How does one configure Mavericks to extend a desktop across multiple displays?

Thanks, but I tried that and all I get is two mirrored displays. It doesn't seem to matter if I have "Displays have separate Spaces" checked or unchecked. I still have two mirrored displays. Other ideas, perhaps?

How to use Space as field Separator?

I have a flat file with space (multiple spaces between different fields) as a delimiter. Whenever I try to upload the file it doesn't allow me to perform. In the external tab when i chose CSV file and do not give any value in the file separator, it just pops up an information box '00H not allowed as a separator' and when I try to use ASCII /hex value '0040' still get the same message. The problem is, file is coming from 3rd party and they don't want to change the separator as comma or tab delimited CSV file.
1) Is there any program which I can use in TR to convert space as coma or tab delimited and then feed the value to different fields? OR
2) How to read the one line as one field and then feed to multiple fields?
3) Any other solution/idea?

Hi Mau,
     Goto you Flatfile Datasource -> Extraction Tab -> Data Format (CSV) -> Data Seperator -> ' ' ( ie. space ).
     It will consider the space as the seperator.
     Hope it helps you.

Using Spaces

I'm trying to use spaces, and although I've set it up with apps in each window, it seems that the only way I can switch between windows is if I click on the app in the dock, then it goes to the window or if I click on the spaces icon in the top menu bar. I'm supposed to be able to switch between windows by hitting the arrow keys or number keys and although that is selected in the prefs, I can't seem to get that to work.

How to use the Columns Hidden | space in the bottom of af:panelCollection?

I can see a row of Columns Hidden | Columns Frozen in the bottom of component af:panelCollection - pc1 which have an af:table - t1 component inside in designer view,
and can see there is a blank row space only with "|" inside when the page is running.
Now I want to use this blank row space such as to display row numbers for the table, so I set the property for the panelColletion as following source code:

It works.
As in my use case, can draw an af:toolbar component into statusbar of Panel Collection facets in Structure view.
There is still a small issue:
cannot see the Columns Hidden|Columns Frozen component in the Structure view,
and if drop more than one af:toolbar into statusbar, the sencond one will fall/wrap into second row, even though there is enough space on the first row (to occupy a second row in statusbar will be a waste of space), and cannot see how to adjust.

How to get all GroupSpaces name using Spaces API, irrespective of user logged in?

Can anyone please tell me, how to retrieve list of all group spaces using Spaces API. I have used this method getGroupSpaces(null) to retrieve all group spaces, however it returns only the logged in members groups.
Is there any way to get all groupspaces details?

I am trying to partition a 640 GB hard drive for my 17" MacBook Pro. I created a partition of 30GB for the "System Start Up Disk", and after installing the original Tiger OSX software, and then doing the Leopard Upgrade Install, It says that I am out of disk space on that partition.
Does anyone know how much disk space is sufficient for a typical System Start-Up Disk?
How about disk space for Applications?

When not booted from that drive (meaning, I believe, that it's not allocating swap or page space) my OS X 10.5 system uses 68.4 GB, including 10 GB for applications, 2.5 GB for the Developer folder, and 25.5 GB for user folders.

Can someone explain how to use WebCenter 11g Web 2.0 Services in WebCenter Interaction 10gR3. I have installed Webcenter 11g Spaces. I also have Webcenter Interaction 10gR3 installed. Wanted to find out how can I make use of 11g web 2.0 services i.e. wiki,blog,discussions etc. in WCI 10gR3. How can I configure those services in 10gR3.
As reading oracle notes it says there is a seemless integration of Web 2.0 11g Services in WCI 10gR3 but can't find any steps, tutorials or examples on how to do that. Any help is appreciated.

How can I tell how much heap space is actually in use by a node? If I pass in ...
set memory=1024m
set java_opts=%java_opts% -Xms%memory%
set java_opts=%java_opts% -Xmx%memory%...then memory usage starts high and stays there. I feel like I don't really know how close I'm getting to exhausting my cluster's memory as I insert objects.

select sum(bytes)/(1024*1024) "Mo" from dba_segments;For the used space of the Schemas you may use the query below:

Manish, that's fine. But after doing that and requesting the Spaces Wiki page I'll get a login prompt from Wiki. How do I manage the security hand over mechanism? I'm sorry, but I don't understand the SAML stuff mentioned before in repect of this context here. It refers to a Single Sing on setup for Spaces which I don't have and use. I'd like to propagate the pure WLS embedded LDAP based login to wiki.

Or you can download OmniDiskSweeper (free). It will list your disc usage in order of size and you can follow the paths to find individual files or applications.

I have an iPhone 4 and want to know how much free space is necessary to update to iOS 6 using WiFi (not through a computer). I updated another iPhone with a MacBook Pro and it stated that I needed 2.5 GB of free space. My son has the other iPhone and he has to update via WiFi.

I think it might be different depending on what version you're running at the moment.
I upgraded my iPhone 4 with 5.1.1 to iOS 6 and it was about a 800 MB download by WiFi.
