How to use SQLCODE -54

can any one help me in using sqlcode -54 in exceptions. this is my code below.

You can use [EXCEPTION_INIT|http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B28359_01/appdev.111/b28370/errors.htm#i1863] pragma directive:
