How to use the BCC in the Address Book

I run OS10.3.9 and Address Book 3.1.2 My question is, Why isn't the BCC next to the "TO" and the "CC"where the addresses are? The way it is configured now I have to Drag & Drop the names out of the To or the CC boxes on the email form to the BCC. Is there a workaround for this?

Refrain from using those buttons and drag the address to whatever address field that you want to use for that recipient.
1. Open New Message Window.
2. Open the Address Panel Window (Ignore the buttons).
3. Drag the desired Address(es) from the Address Panel to the address field of your choice.

Since This is service is secured, means it is using OASIS web servie securyty user name token,
I am trying to use AXIS adapter. and I want to configure HandlerBean in which I want to use apache wss4j api to add the userNameToken. I am looking for some documentation on this.
I need to add SOAP action element too as I can not configure this one on the communication channel.

How do I customize the toolbar in my address book in Leopard? Is it gone?

My old Ibook with tiger crashed and I upgraded to a macbook pro with leopard. It appears that I can't customize the toolbar on the address book? I used to have actions (send email, configure, etc) on the address book in my old tiger system.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, Apple removed the "Actions" icon from Address Book in Leopard. You have to use the "Send email" option that appears when you click on "Work" or "Home" next to the email address on a contact page. Similarly "iChat". I'm not sure about "Configure", but you can use the Edit button at the botttom of the window to change a contact's details.
