How to use WEB ADI in R12 project accounting- Need urget

Hi Friends,
How to use WEB ADI in R12 for project accounting, right now iam working in a client place, i need to show demo on WEB ADI functionality in project accounting.
Iam trying in different ways, it is showing error msgs, if any body have WEB ADI R12 exp, please guide me.
I need to upload manual transactions through WEB ADI..
What are the setups need to do, i have user guide but unable to solve my probelm..
It is very urgent to me, please reply..

Thanks for replying this post. I had almost lost hope.
As you suggested above, I tried to set the DQM Synchronization Method Profile Option to Batch using System Administrator responsibility but could not as the Profile Option is read only at all levels- Site, Application, Responsibility,User,etc. Please what am I doing wrong ? Thanks

I think you need to write the code for this from scratch (built on top of existing HTTP functionality). There may be open-source J2ME code you could use. I've never tried this so I'm afraid I don't know any more. But maybe that is what you were asking... i.e. does anyone have code that does this already...

For you question you want to get data from data base using web service connection. Here I can give you some suggestions
1.Write a web service to retrieve data from data base, then use Xcelsius u201Cweb service connectionu201D under u201CManage Connectionu201D section to consume the service and get the data from data base to spread sheet.
2.Xcelsius also provide you a tool to generate web service with easy way (without coding). (Suggested)

How to use web service consumer as a source to connect to Salesforce?

I see a lot of articles and mapping xmls on how to use web service consumer but as a newbie I am not able to view the object schema from my salesforce enterprise WSDL after importing it in Informatica designer as a source. My enterprise wsdl has operations like create, retrieve, upsert, delete etc so if I want to read data from account then could someone guide me on how to use the web service consumer to view the fields after importing the wsdl. After importing the wsdl and selecting the operation say create, the columns (ports) displayed shows different groups but it doesn't list the object fields? what am I missing here? And what is the operation to read data from Salesforce is it "retrieve" from the entripse wsdl? As a newbie on this, I appreciate any inputs on this topic.

You call webservice by clicking. You call webservice visually.

How to use Web Dispatcher in XI

XI receives some messages and passes them onto CRM for processing. The user ID that is used between XI & CRM communication of Service user type.Due to this reason, this user has consumed the dialog processes available during the process.The error seems to indicate that the load was too heavy and that the system ran out of memory blocks reserved for XI to CRM communication. There are 2 application servers for CRM, in addition to the central instance.We can use the web-dispatcher in XI (instead of a particular Application instance).
Web dispatcher will then assign the message to the available application instance.
The question is How do we Use Web Dispatcher in XI with respect to this scenario??
Can anybody put light on this issue.

note: the table ar_location_values is obsolette in R12 so what is the replacement table in R12 for this?

Hi BW people,
Since we want to modify our reports for printing (and the How-To about enhancement of web printing does not really answer to our requirements) it seems that the Excel alternative is just what we were looking for.
Unfortunately I have been working with these classes for 6 hours now to get a very simple Excel file, but without success. I did fix the bug like Thomas Kauffman told on the forum, changed the dataprovider and prefixes and I followed every single step of the How-To document(also the check of folder options to open/save the .xls file),... The only thing that happens: the URL has changed (bookmark) and the page is reloaded again.
So no Excel file, neither a dialogue box. I also walked -a very long time- through the code (in debugging mode) starting from ZCL_RSR_XLS_HELP_WINDOW_PRINT->PROCESS_CMD but I can't find anything!
Is there anybody with the same problem and -better- with a possible solution to it?

its used say you trigger your workflow in system A and want to trigger workflow in system B using the WF in system A, you could do that using WebActivity Step in system A workflow (though I havent used it).

I am unsure if this is the right forum for this question. Let me know if it is not - and where I should go.
Anyways, I'm building a JSF web app, in which there is a datatable page displaying some business data. The app is going to be deployed and run in the customer's web server, but the data to be displayed is from the business solution provider's database. Currently the provider supplies web services to retrieve the data. So, my task is to call these web services from my JSF page, get and display the data.
I've never used web services before. Can someone give me a quick start, as what I need to know to use these web services, and how to use them in coding terms. I googled the web quite a bit and finally decided to turn to SDN forum.

Link provided for mySAP ERP Enterprise Service Package ECC-SE 600, does not work. My company is SAP customer and I am SDN member.
Do I need some special login or membership to download ES packages?
I also understand that I can access the Enterprise Service from the ES Workplace (implementation) and for that I have to Apply For an Account. I applied for an account at this link https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/esareg .
After applying for an Account should be getting an email with user Id/password OR I can use the my Service Market Place ID?
Tried entering the my service market place Id, does not work.
