How to validate house bank no when creating check information?

dear sir ,
I am sandipan . I am very new in this field. My requirement is that when i am doing 'create check information' in FCH5 t.code there is a field house bank (field- HBKID) . the value i am giving payment document no. ,paying company code ,
Fiscal year , house bank , Acoount id , Check number . I have to fetch the value of GL/ACCOUNt from bseg table and that
company code and g/l account no i have to pass in SKB1 table and i will get the house bank (field -HBKID) . I have to match the house bank no of FCH5 T.CODE WITH this house bank no. For that i need badi or exit. but no badi will fire and no helpful exits are there. How can i solve this issue. Please help me with your valuable suggestion.

GET_CHECK_INTERVAL
this FM is called to validate your check number.. may be you can write an enhancement there or just after coming of that. keep a debug point inside this FM and check..
this is what looks like in PAI of that screen.
by the way, many exits and badis trigger in that tcode before saving the job. you can try
FI_F110_SCHEDULE_JOB badi and see if that triggers

but what is in this matter with encoding UTF-8 ?
in my understandig, the xmltyp created should be UTF8 (16),

Short comment that may help, if you've added the cert while the TMG MMC is open you need to refresh the MMC on the node second to the top (right-click on server/array name and select refresh) or simply restart the MMC.
Then create the web listener as desired.
As always you need a cert with the EKU of server authentication (regular web server cert will do) with the corresponding private key and the cert needs to be trusted on the computer where TMG is installed.

While creating check information in FCH5 we get error like
EFS649 The check information alreay exists in check management .
how to rectify this..?
We receive processed check information from bank and upload it and use it to create batch upload to create check info in FCH5.
why is this error happening during processing in sm35..?
Is there any pre requisite step to configure check number in sap..?

Dear,
You have to see how your check lots have been configured, check whether you have created check lots with sequential numbering or Non-Sequential numbering.
Ex: Check lot 1 (100-199)
Here, the system stars from 100, 101 etc.
If its sequential then the system will pick the check in ascending order or the range, but if it is non-sequential then the user can give any number in that check range.
Ex: Check lot 1 (100-199)
User can use his check numbers as desired...like 101 or 199 etc.
Take the check number and put in fchn and get the document, if you want the processed check number then you have to void the check and delete the check information before you use that number.

Hi Chandu,
There is no need for you to create house banks for vendors, You need to directly do the assignment in the vendor master. You can run LSMW for updating all the vendors using XK02 (Change of Vendor Master) in that Bank Details.
Coming to RTGS and IFSC code, there are no specific fields available for these two as they are only useful in INDIAN SCENARIO, you can use Bank Number field for updating either of RTGS or IFSC code and you need to decide to use another field which is not used by your client for updating the second one.
Decide which fields are not used and update these RTGS and IFSC code in those.

I have configured active Directory with weblogic 10.3.1. Users and groups display correctly under the users and groups tab. When creating a new user only the defaultauthenticator provider is displayed in the drop-down selection. How do I get my active directory authenticator to display here also for selection?

I'm confident that the Active Directory provider is read-only. You could write your own Authentication Provider for AD that supports create/update/delete functionality, but it is not included in the out of the box AD Authentication Provider to my knowledge.
I know both the Default Authenticator and the database authenticator are read/write.

the StoredCertificateSettings let you install the uploaded cert onto the vm, but this does not allow you to replace
the RDP cert which created by Azure when the VM is created.

the highlighted cert is automatically created by Azure for the virtual machine to secure the RDP connection.
so when you try to remote to the VM, you will see this error, because the cert used for the RDP on the VM is not installed into the "Trused Root Certification Authorities" on local machine.

In Azure, this feature is called
custom data. Currently, you can inject custom data into an Azure VM by using the
Windows Azure command-line tools (--custom-data).
I assume that it is not supported in Python API. You can use “custom_data=xxx”
within “create_virtual_machine_deployment” to check if it works.

Related issue with SR 3-6472229431 and SR 3-6471130611.
We're using DIS 11.1.6 64-bits (2011_11_29 (rev 9756) 11.1.6.97) in a Windows 7 64-bits workstation (with UCM 11.1.1.5 in a Linux machine). The check-in of images to UCM goes fine.
I'm trying to make some metadata fields required when creating a folder. These fields are required when making a check-in, but not when creating folders.
Folders_g is enabled. DesktopTag too.
EDIT: Patch: 14695303 - WCC 11.1.1.5.0 BUNDLE ( MLR 16 ) NOV 6 2012 applied.
Is it possible?

After reading your response and rereading the original question a bit closer, the metadata prompting feature does not apply to creating new folders, only content.
Again, though, I think the focus here is in the wrong place. The metadata applied to a folder is intended to be ultimately applied to the content. You can build global rules that fire on submission of content to check if a field has a value, and throw an error if the value is empty.
If you expect users to create folders (and actually apply any metadata to the actual folder itself), you will be disappointed. Experience shows that users are not interested in that level of detail when creating content, let alone folders. Letting typical users create folders is a bad idea anyway, as they tend to create the same inefficient folder structures they previously created in file shares within Content Server.
If you need to tightly control folder attributes, you'll be better served by locking down the ability to create new folders. Otherwise you're looking at some type of customization. Keep in mind that you won't be able to customize the right click behavior of DIS. Any changes to DIS would have to be an enhancement request.

The condition type is set up as a cond class B(price) with a calculation type B(fixed amount). All works great, however, when creating the condition record it is requiring an entry for currency. Is there a way I can have currency default in when creating the condition record?

I got a problem filling PA fields properly when creating an FI document via FB01 with BDC session. There is no problem filling PA fields properly with bapi 'BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST' as background and document is being created succesfully but when I try to create FI document via Batch input session and when Profitibality segment screen comes , PA field values don't fill the appropriate PA fields in this screen and cannot be created document. There is no problem sending appropriate values to related fields in the program code because I debugged and seen it. Do you have any idea for solving this issue?

In some scenarios when the program is run in the background then some screen numbers are different. Maybe you can try to simulate the program in background mode.

How can I select alternative BOM when creating subcontract purchase order?

In our business, a finish good material always has different production versions at the same time. Each of production versions has its own alternative BOM. When I create a planned order, I can select wanted BOM through specifying production version.
But, when I creating subcontract purchase order, there is no field for me to specify the production version or which alternative BOM I prefer. In this case, I need to create a planned order at first. And then, convert the planned order to purchase. Only through this way, I can create a subcontract purchase order with my wanted BOM.
So, I wonder if there is any way to select alternative BOM directly when creating subcontract purchase order.

can you give me additional information about your solution?
BUT I would not expect the sytem to offer you during the Purchasing cycle the different Production Versions as it is not meant to be. I remember having the same requirement some time ago and we solved it the way I described above, additionally we created a Pop up window with a user exit during the PO creation which offered the different production versions and if the one linked with the quota arrangement, the standard PV, is used in the PO.
We also have the same problem, we activated businessfunction SCM_GEN_02 so that it is possible to have several production versions for one supplier, but unfortunatly it is not possible to change the production version in the purchase order. (business function does not seem to be very integrated)
So i would be very interested in your solution because acually it seems that i have to modify the sap standard.

When they have made that choice (only one) they can proceed and pay by Paypal.
But what happens if they want to pay their subscription at the studio in cash or if they want to wire the money on my bank account?
Well, it's not possible to select either of those two options and by doing so inactivate Paypal.
That's the problem.

Hi,
In this scenario, I would suggest you to create another form for the cash and wire payments. This form can be embedded to the current form you have, students who wants to pay via cash or wire transfers; they can click on the link and fill their application separately.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable Paypal; using the conditional form elements.
