How to view archieved delivery documents

Hi Team,
Actually my requirement is to see the archived delivery document in the system.
Kindly help me.
Actually one user has deleted the delivery by mistake.
the client wants to know who has deleted that delivery document.

Hi,
if you have done the PGI(Post Goods Issue), you can't change the delivery.
If you want to change the devlivery Qty, you should create the delivery with Partial Split (= X) and you can deliver the splitted qty with a new delivery.

How to view an .xls document using Swing

Hi folks,
I'd like to view an .xls document in the same format as in Microsoft Excel. How can i accomplish this using jdk1.5 (swing).
I've gone through JExcel doc but dont know how to use it. I appreciate if u guys provide an example...

My requirement is like this.. In my app i have to give an option to import recipient no's to JList from an .xls file.I've already achieved this in previous version of my appln by a condition that recipient no's should start from A1 to end of that column. But im trying to update it, by allowing the user to view the .xls file and select the no's of his choice(from any row r col)... I hope u understand

How to View Word 2013 Document in ActiveX Object

I know that the old method of viewing Word docs was to use a webbrowser object. This doesn't work now since the document opens in word instead. MS has a workaround, but suggests not to use it for new projects(it involves changing the registry and I'llbe distributing this app to other machines so this isn't an option). I'd like to know if why webbrowser2 doesn't show up as a usuable ActiveX object in LabVIEW 2012 and if anyone knows how to use the Word document object so you can scroll and navigate a word document.

Thanks, But that doesn't help when there are figures(pics) in document. As A workaround, for now, I have switched to rtf files. The attachment shows what I was trying to achieve except I had to save the word document as a rtf document and load it into a rich text document container (found under .NET & ActiveX). This preserves formatting and pcitures whereas the method above does not. I still think this is not optimal as in older versions of MS Office, this was done easily as shown in the Diagram Disable Structure.

How to view the attached documents in IW22 & IW52

Hello guys,
Help me out.
I have attached documents in DMS thru cvo1n maintaining object link for maintanance notification & service notification and selected coreesponding notification number each.
When i go to transaction of IW22 or IW52 i am no-where finding suitable icon to display the attached documents.
The link is proper since i checked in CC04 which shows the document attchement to the selected object link.
So how to retrive the atached document in both the transactions.

please see SAP note 376086 which might be usefull for this question.
Please take a look at the following which should display the document
tab in QM02 and QM01.
Use the transaction QCC2 to enter the notification customizing.
-> Notification Creation
   -> Notification Types
      -> Define Screen Templates
         - Define Screen Areas and Tabs -> Press Choose
           Now select the notification type where would like to have
           this functionality.
           Open the 'Extended View: Tabstrips and Screen Areas' folder
           Select a tabstrip, view the details (Ctrl + shift + F2) and
           add the screen area 092 to it.
This allows a connection to the DMS-system in notifications.

How to print multiple Delivery document at one time?

Could you tell me how to print / re-print mulitple Delivery documents at one time?
VL02N could be only used to print 1 delivery documeny by document which is time consuming.
I could only remember the Transaction starts with VL ...but do not know it exactly.

Sort order - 01
Processing Mode - 02
                     1     First Processing
                     2     Repeat Processing

                     4     Error Processing (Only New Messages)
Shipping Point - 1000
Delivery - Few Delivery docs
Output Device - My printer number

How to Auto Fax Delivery Document?

Hello SD Guru's
Need help with enabling this function to auto fax delivery document to the shipping point fax machine, whenever our customer service creates the delivery for the sales order. I have completed output condition type configuration in terms of processing routine & partner function for Medium = 2(Fax) & progra RVADDN01 & my Delivery form. What other things I need to take care of in order to make this thing work. By the way, couldn't find the Fax test program RSKSENDF as mentioned in some other thread.

I think you'll have to active the FAX capability with transaction SCOT, (+ may be active a profil parameter in RZ10 )

How to view deleted delivery

Hello All,
I have a sales order for which the delivery is deleted.I want to see the delivery details.I have the delivery number but am unable to find it either in vl03n or Likp table.
I am also not able to find it in the document flow of the sales order.Is there any transaction or table where i can see the details for the deleted delivery.

I solved this problem this way. Because the delivery is realy deleted from SAP you can use only a data paralely created with your delivery.
VL22 - Change report - no all information are there
MB51 - Material document list
- Reference field of the selection screen is your deleted delivery number - insert with * before and after for exampel 80011313. You will get info about material movements related to your delivery. When you double-click material document there detail about article number, batches, partner/customer etc.
I hope this help although this is a litle late after your question.

How to view an archived document?

I have a database record in bseg table showing the document no. and line items. but when i try to display the doument it says, it might be archived .so, cant display. is there any way to look at the document or say if its been archived document or a deleted document.

If data was archived with archive object FI_DOCUMNT you can read data running report from SE38 FAGL_ACCOUNT_ITEMS_GL.
Remember to set data source to archive.

Delivery document creation after Posting of Goods through Purchase Order

Dear All,
Could you please help me out by letting me know how to create a delivery document flow i.e. entry in VBFA table after Posting of Goods through PO, I have Inbound delivery document that I know & also a succssfull Material document that is created and can be viewed through Purchase order history BY USING ME23N transaction code.
so please let me know is there any way to create a delivery by inputing delivery no., Material Doc & Material Doc year

Additonally:
At the time of GR the inbound delivery ican be updated in MIGO also if you set the suitable indicator in:
SPRO > LE > Shipping > Basic Shipping Functions > Configure Global Shipping Data (V_TVSHP-SPE_INB_VL_MM)
(see OSS note 1050944)
Even though you implement this change or w/o this change post the GR in VL32N, you won't get the document flow in table VBFA.
You can use table EKBE to get the necessary information.

sales --- delivery -- billing..
so for delivery, reference document is sales order,
for billing, reference document is delivery...
hope this clears the entire thing... always go for item level linkage.. its accurate..

SD create Collective delivery document against scheduling agreement.

Dear freinds,
I have created scheduling agreements for single material , and updated forecast deliery agaisnt IDOCS,
now I want to make a single delivery agaisnt four different materials.
I use Transaction VL 10 for Delivery due list and selected diff. materials four items,executed backgroud run,
system is creating two delivery documents instead of one.
Please advise me how to get single delivery document against multiple delivery due items.
in customer master i marked to order combination, partial delivery allowed up to 9 deliveries

Just I need your clarifications for my below queries to fix this issue .
There are 6 line items in this scheduling agreement .
For 3 line items , delivery schedule date is 02/08/2008 . for another 2 line items, delivery schedule is 05/07/2008 . due to this different delivery schedules for line items in scheduling agreement . whenever user creates delivery , delivery split is happening .
In order to avoid this problem , can ask user to change delivery schedule for another 2 line items to 02/08/2008 from 05/07/2008 . ?
If user change this delivery schedule for this line items , is there any ramification in anyway ?.

Total weight in delivery document

Hi gurus,
1. how total weight in delivery document is determined when i am doing multiple orders in single delivery.
2. My requirement is to delete a delivery documnet but it was not deleting, i analised that " total weight in delivery document " usually determined " as "KG" but instead of "KG" UOM is determined as 3"(cubic inches).
anybody help me in this issue to solve this.

Dear Kishore
Your UoM in delivery will always flow based on the weight details you maintain in material master Basic Data 1.
In Delivery, you cant change the weight but can change in sale order.
