Hello Gurus,
We have a issue regarding to view attachment that was attached to Fi document.
Document was posted on last year and some mail attachment attached to that document.
We are able to view the attachment because it is archived.
Could you please let us know any one how to view attachment that is archived status.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi,
There is no standard procedure for change of BSEG table. You could develop your own using CHANGE_DOCUMENT function module.

How to view an attachment (in a forum post)?
http://forums.adobe.com/thread/419236 - the poster inserted a jpg attachment, but I cannot find how to view that attachment. Left-clicking, right-clicking, double-clicking... all does not do anything?
Does anybody here know how to view an attachment in this new forum? I've seen this kind of unviewable attachments a couple of times, although some attachments pose no problem, as thisThank you very much; I can do that, but most forum posters (seeking help) won't know that...
Anyway, just testing it:
good - that works!
P.S. of course that works for images only; not other documents. -

OnClick how to view the attached files from OA Page
Hi,
How can I view the attachments of type Text, URL and File in a new browser window. In OAF Page I have a query region that shows the names of the files and need to implement a functionality that whenever a user clicks on any name it should show in a new window the contents. It it's of type URL then it opens that URL Page in a new window. If it's a plain text it shows the content in a new window and if it's a File clicking on it should ask to save or open the file, the files can be of any type i.e. .doc, .txt, .pdf, .xls, .gif etc.
I want to view the attachment in a new browser window. Anyone?
ThanksThe Canon 7D Mark II requires Camera Raw 8.7 which is not compatable with Photoshop Elements 10.
You have a few choices
1) Upgrade to Photoshop Elements 13
2) Download and Install the free Adobe DNG Converter. Use the converter to convert the CR2 files to DNG files which can then be used in Photoshop Elements 10
3) Use the Canon software (DPP) to convert the Cr2 files to TIF files which can then be used in Photoshop Elements 10
Note: If you are on an old operating system like XP or Vista then you need to upgrade your system.
For the DNG converter see here.

Points will be rewarded for sure.Hi Murali,
please see SAP note 376086 which might be usefull for this question.
Please take a look at the following which should display the document
tab in QM02 and QM01.
Use the transaction QCC2 to enter the notification customizing.
-> Notification Creation
-> Notification Types
-> Define Screen Templates
- Define Screen Areas and Tabs -> Press Choose
Now select the notification type where would like to have
this functionality.
Open the 'Extended View: Tabstrips and Screen Areas' folder
Select a tabstrip, view the details (Ctrl + shift + F2) and
add the screen area 092 to it.
This allows a connection to the DMS-system in notifications.
Best regards,

But, when i double click the Line item like Acquisition, sale, it isnt going to the FI doc and i receive an error message " It is not possible to view the accounting document" since its archived. In asset explorer, there isnt any document no., so I am unable to find which document it is.

Hi
As an administrator I want to view or access archive project,How Can I do that
PS- I have archived project using below method
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg597607(v=office.14).aspxThe process indicates only non-admin users be given the Deny permission to view, so as an administrator you should be able to access the project. You should be able to simply access that project fro project Pro, or a view like "All projects"..
If you inlcuded yourself in that security group by accident, just take yourself out, and you will be able to see the project.

Hi experts,
i need to view the archived content of the archived idocs. i tried with SARI(Infostructure SAP_IDOC_001),
but i cant view the content of the archived IDOC's. the scenario is like,
> IDoc's are archived using SARA
> Delete that IDOC using SARA
> SAP_IDOC_001 infostructure got activated using SARI
after that i tried to view the content in WE10, but i cant. Is thr any other steps i missed here?
Plz help on this.
Thanks,
murugan.Hi,
After activating Infostructure, Did you build the Info structure? If not then build it.
Path > SARI > Customizing > Status > Build structure > Select the Archive file and run it.
Note: After successfull execution the archive file will have green signle.
Then you can display the archived IDOC's
Hope this will help you.

How to view archived material master
Hi,
I need to view the archived master master.
When I checked in forum I found out it can be done through tcode SARA
and object MM_MATNR. But I cant find archived material master in it.
Please guide me.
regards
sathyaHi Sathya,
The set of files which you are getting are the archive files. All your archived materials will be contained in those files. If you know the date when the material you are looking for was archived, you can select the archive file which was created on that date. Or as Juergen mentioned, if there is a proper note for the archiving session, it will be easier to find. In case you dont know the archiving date / there is no archiving note, then you may have to run MM72 on the archive files one by one till you get your material.
Thanks,

Archive & View Archived TDS documents
Hi All,
Can anybody explain me the procedure how to do Archive TDS Ddocument(2ID) and how to View Archived TDS documents(J2IE).
It is urgent, please help me out in this regard.
Regards
SrinivasHi Anandh,
Based on the settings provided by the Basis Team, messages in Adapter Engine will be archived. In your case messages from Adapter engine archived for every 5 days. You can also view these archived messages at RWB.
RWB --> Message Monitoring --> Messages from Component = Adapter Engine --> From = Archive Click Display button.
At Filter select From Date and To Date --> click Start button. Then you can able to see the archived messages from Adapter Engine.
Reward points if this answer is helpful.

Sridhar.
