I hv used briefing book with the help of delivers in OBIEE.
But How client can read report in this format when this gets delivered them
Can u plz help me

You can save all your reports into briefing book then set it dashboard page then all other users able to download and read that report.
alternatively u can also install each user end and then they can run it.

How to view downloaded books

I have purchased ebooks with my iPad and have downloaded all the iCloud programmes. The books appear to have been downloaded onto my home PC as the titles appear under iTunes on the PC. I cannot figure how to open the books to read them on the home PC (on the iPad is OK). I'm worried that if I loose/break my iPad, I've lost all the books.
Also, I accidentally downloaded all the photos on my home PC onto the iPad (hundreds!) and now I can't delete them. Even when I try to delete each photo individually under 'photos' (when the 'delete' word appears at the top left) they still won't delete.
Can anyone help me? I'm hopeless on this stuff.

You cannot read them on a computer.
ibooks are ONLY for iphone/ipad/ipod touch,
You delete photos the exact same way you put them there. The sync process. Open itunes, connect ipad, select what you want, sync

How to view iPhoto book pages full screen

I have made a book in the latest version of Aperture. Now I want to view the pages of my book in full screen view - the book, not the individual pics. It would be great if I could make the book pages into a slideshow too. I can't work it out - HELP!!!

Welcome to the forum.
It's a bit of round robin, but you can make it a slide show. Go to File >> Print Book. In the print dialog click the PDF button in the lower left corner and choose "Save PDF to Aperture". This will bring up the import PDF Import dialog. Choose either Tiff or JPEG, and either chose a project or create a new one to save it in. Voila! You now have images of the pages to make a slideshow with. You still may want to crop the borders off the pages.

HOW TO VIEW PHONE BOOK ON PCSUITE?

My Nokia N70 fell to the ground and the screen is history. Phone works fine but i cant see a thing, just a constant shiny white glow
In the meanwhile i have another older model, nokia 3120 which i inserted the SIM. Many of my phonebook numbers are missing
I have been told this is because those missing numbers are on my N70 phone memory card and not the SIM, sounds logical.
Ok, next step. How can i transfer those phone memory numbers to my sim card if i cant see a thing on the screen? I cant! Next step: Transfer phone memory data to PC via PCSuite using backup. I do it, all seems fine, i go to content copier file and i have a large .nbu file. I want to see those missing phone numbers on my pc and i dont know how to...
My question is:
How do i see my phone book numbers on my pc?
There must be a way!
What other solutions are there?
Please help! this is a very urgent matter

In phone browser, click Contacts & refresh (F5 or View>Refresh) If there is anything accessible it'll show up. A Updating dialog box pops up with dots flying to & from the phone & PC. Else it seems you'll need Nokia's dealer support or maybe try & buy Noki. The database file could be damaged or erased. It does not show up in the phone browser directly as a file.
Had a similar problem some years back lost 300+ contacts, re-building that was fun... since then I export a .csv file from Outlook and copy the .vcf files to my memory card every week. In addition have subscription to PLAXO which backs up Outlook to the web.

How to change Default number of rows displayed in a Briefing Book

Hi,
We have a requirement to deliver a dashboard containing 7 dashboard pages to the business users.
To achieve this, I have created a briefing book by adding all the required dahboard pages and scheduled an agent to deliver the briefing book in PDF format. However, the briefing book delivered by the agent shows only 25 rows for all the analysis (reports) included in the dashboard pages.
I have already made the following settings:
1. At the report level, edited the table view property to show 150 Rows Per page.
2. At the dashboard page level, edited the PDF and Print properties to Print All Rows.
3. Edited the instanceconfig.xml file to include the following tag under <Table> tag: <DefaultRowsDisplayedInDelivery>15000</DefaultRowsDisplayedInDelivery>
Please advise if there is any setting which can help in increasing the default number of rows in a Briefing Book (OBIEE 11.1.1.3).

This is a bug in 11.1.1.3
Bug 12671370 - BRIEFING BOOKS DO NOT SHOW ALL ROWS
As a workaround, you may want to click on the "Display Maximum(500) rows per page" button on the dashboard page before you download to Briefing books.This will work for reports with less than 500 rows.

How to create a briefing book in Shared Folders

Firstly, can the subject of this thread be achieved?
I am able to create a briefing book (within My Briefing Books) and use delivers to deliver it to myself. However, I receive the access denied error message when trying to send the same BB to a user.
I have created a folder within the shared folder area and copied my BB to the folder. I have added this user to the presentation server administrators group and tried using delivers to deliver the BB from the shared folder, but alas it deosnt work which suggests the BB in essence doesnt exist in the shared folder.
Anyway, can anyone let me know if it can be done, if so, how is it done?

I just figured out how to view the body of the SOAP error. (I just needed to cast the Exception as a SOAPFaultException to view the details).
This is the error I consistently get: Internal Error: Session is not available. Aborting. (SBL-ODU-01006)
So now my question - has anybody else run into this?
I log in - get my session id. Try to call a method and get (2 or 3 times in a row) this 'Session not available' error and then it works. I try and make another method call and get 2 or 3 more 'Session not available' errors.
I thought it might be a timing issue (where I am making too many requests/second) so I added a little 'sleep' time between method calls with no difference in response.
Ideas?

The important thing to remember abuout iPhoto is that it's a database. And like any db, the data must be imported into it. By default, when you import the pics to iPhoto they are copied into the iPhoto Package File in your Pictures Folder. If you have NOT changed the default, then yes, you can trash the pics outside of the iPhoto Package File.
Most people do this.

Interactivity within Briefing Book Reader

I was wondering if you create a briefing book .sbb file which is a snapshot of a dashboard, whether there is an option to be able to drill into some of the graphs on the dashboard to their detail level when viewing in the briefing book reader.
For example, if I have a graph on a dashboard and there is a navigation link on one of the measures to be able to drill into a detail report, how do I set up the briefing book to be able to have the same interactivity as the dashboard it came from. Or is the best practice to keep adding pages to the briefing book and view them one at a time without any user interactivity.

Briefing book primarily consists of static reports. So you need to add all the pages to the briefing book. But if you want the same amount of interactivity you can use disconnected analytics.
