iTunes support is online only. E-mail them again. Realize they may not necessarily respond immediately.
Of course if you had your purchases backed up on a hard drive you wouldn't need to contact them at all and they could be back on your computer in a matter of minutes.

How to view Contact Person's Occupations in WEB UI

Hi Experts,
While creating Contact Person, you have a provision to select Occupation (drop down list) of a Contact Person. This works fine in SAP GUI, but in WEB UI, the drop down values are not displaying. I activated the Occupation field in assignment block using personalization option, still you can view only blank input field.
Any suggestions or pointers will be highly appreciated....

Viewing contacts through iTunes?

Hello oh-so-knowledgable ones!
Hope you are all enjoying the Olympics!
I've got a doosie....
Long story short. Due to an accident, which caused a crack in the screen, the lower third of my original iPhone screen no longer responds to touch (making the "slide to unlock" impossible). "No problem," I thought, "I'll just make sure everything is synced up, buy a new iPhone 3G and all the contacts will transfer." (I'm sooo **** clever) So I tried that, and it seems that the syncing must have somehow been affected on the iPhone side since some contacts I know I had on my iPhone did not show up in my address book on the iMac. I believe I've tried all of the obvious things; rebooting the computer, rebooting the iPhone, re-re-re-syncing, & changing where "new contacts" are placed in the iMac address list.
Soooo...
Is there anyway to view my contacts on my iPhone through my computer? Is there a program that I just haven't found through Web searching? Will I have to open the oh-god-don't-mess-this-up terminal? Am I just f#$%ed?
Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Contacts are not backed up with iPhone backups. They care synced from your address book program. If you entered all your contacts onto iPhone but did not sync them to Address Book (or Outlook)then you will not be able to retrieve them.
Contacts cannot be read in iTunes.

How to view lyrics on iTunes 12. No lyric option in Get Info

Platform: Windows 7 Ultimate, 16Gb RAM
Previously on iTunes 11 I had added lyrics to the mp4 video files. However having downloaded iTunes 12 I find that the option to view the lyrics via 'Get Info'
on the drop down menu seems to be missing. Am I missing something?

Had the same problem with the Mac but shift didn't work for me, it was "option/alt" while using File or right-click > Get Info. Thanks for the tip.
I hope that menu doesn't go away. I have a few songbooks labeled "audiobook" that I don't want to label "music". It looks neater to keep it as a songbook; audiobook in this case. This way when I shuffle music, the songbook doesn't get in the way, and I can still shuffle the songbook in the audiobook section when I want to.

My father never makes backup for his iphone. However, he accidentally plugged his phone in my computer and sync...now all the contacts in his phone are lost...his phone is iphone 4S...Can anyone help me with this?

The iphone is designed to be synced to your computer regularly. His contacts should be in whatever program he has chosen to sync.
If he has failed to do this, then they are gone.
