How to view facing pages in new Pages?

I have a number of Pages files which were converted to the new format (v5.0.1) under OSX10.9.1, but which now don't appear to display with the pages facing each other. Only single pages are displayed. Probably a dumb question, but how do I change the View so that I can look at pages 1 & 2 on the screen next to each other?

You can disable portrait and then insert a graphic image large enough to serve as your frame or background. To that add text, shapes and other images managing layers with Arrange. Ta Da! Fixed Layout.

How to view list buffer in new debugger?

Any body knows how to view the list buffer generated so far while debugging in new debugger.It says, after first write statement a new button appears in tool bar.I couldn't find it.Please help.

The option Goto -> Status Display - > Display List (or Ctrl+F12) allow you to see the output so far written to the sysout in the Old Debugger.
if you are using the new debugger the only work around that I have found is to switch to the old debugger
( Debugger -> Switch to classic debugger)
You can then use CTRL+F12 to see the list output. Then you can switch back to the new debugger.
According to my thought this facility seems absent in new debugger.

We are migrating from CR2008 SP3--> CR2011 (Unmanaged RAS SP5, OEM Edition 14.0.5.882)
We have JSP page which wraps the CrystalViewer output between a ReportMenu page

When we upgrade to CR2011, the viewer is showing the report in a BOX
if we right click view Source, the report content are not shown.
Is there any parameter to view the report source?
I tried to print the output using viewer.getHtmlContent(request, response, servletContext);
It does not output the Report Content....

We are using JAVA SDK and already we are hiding the ToolBar by setting
viewer.setDisplayToolbar(false);
viewer.setToolPanelViewType(crToolPanelViewTypeEnum.none);
The documentation says if
viewer.setOwnPage(false); then the <HTML></HTML> will not be generated by the
viewer.processHttpRequest(....)
But if I output the data generated by this method it does not have the report output....
We are expecting that and process further using javascript

Adobe update messed up how I view online pages

I recently had an adobe update,After the update was complete pages were really messed up when I was online.

Would you like to explain how you are viewing pages, browser, OS, version of AA, and all. Your post indicates you are having some problem, but we have no clue what the issue is other than it doesn't work. That is like taking your car to the shop and saying it does not work. They can drive it around for a while (maybe) and see what is wrong and charge you in the process, or you can help and point at what it does, when, etc. Sorry, it is just that there is not enough info except to say good luck at this point.

How to view all pages of a multi-page HTML email in Mac Mail 5+ (Lion to Mavericks)?

In previous versions of Mac Mail (up to that included with Snow Leopard, Mail 4), it was possible to scroll through all pages of a multi-page HTML email, like that send from the Tivoli Storage Manager reporting system.
Since Lion, that has not been possible. The first page displays, but that's it.
As a possible complication, I'm accessing an Exchange server, not IMAP.
I have not been able to find a setting that might be related to this, nor have I found anyone who seems to be perturbed by this issue. Perhaps there's very few of us trying to read multi-page Tivoli reports on a Mac.
In any case, I would prefer not to switch to a different mail app, or sign on to the Outlook Web Service version of our email to see the full report.
Any thoughts?

I've been able to find someone willing to do some testing that I can't do without installing old versions of Reader on my computer. The surprising (to me) result is that the Submit button causes the problem. By simply removing the Submit button, Reader 10 is now able to print page 1. The Submit button was set up to do a "mailto". I don't know whether other destinations also cause the problem of the page not printing with old versions of Reader.

I am using Dreamweaver CS4 on a Mac. I am trying to post the first page of our newsletter on the page. See http://indianaeagleforum.org/newsletter.htm Here it is FrontPage 2002 and the newsletter was done in Publisher 2007. I am redoing the website in Dreamweaver. I can save the Publisher file as a .jpg but then the page is too wide. It saves as 1276 px wide and the web site is 955 px wide. In FrontPage I can specify the width and still keep the correct aspect ration and it will shrink the page. What should I do in Dreamweaver? I can save the Publisher file as a .tif or.png or as .html. I am afraid the .png file would not print well. What would you suggest? Thank you.

If you really want to follow our recommendations, there are still plenty of opportunities to "optimize", resize (by using compression techniques), correct, cut, aso. all your images for the web.
Very good "little helpers" you will find in Photoshop, Fireworks, Microsoft Office Picture Manager, MS Photo Editor aso. Perhaps you work with all of them already or you know them at least, so the application should not be a problem.
"Microsoft Office Picture Manager" as an element of "Home and students" I prefer if it's necessary to convert multiple images at once in different sizes.

Hi Joanne, I don'y have Pages, but perhaps we can work backwards from this info in it's PDF on usage...
Here are ways to view facing pages:
Click View in the toolbar and choose Page Thumbnails to view facing pages in the thumbnail view.
Click the Page View control in the bottom-left corner of the window, and then choose Two Up from the pop-up menu to view facing pages side by side in the main document window.

How can I work with facing pages in pages ver 5

I have become very dependant on the facing pages display in older versions of Pages. For design and page layout for booklets it is most essential.
I have downloaded (upgraded) to version 5 of Pages and cannot figure out how to get the facing pages display back. My booklets all show now as a long list of single page thumbnails.
My question is how to display facing pages. Without this feature version 5 is a downgrade not an upgrade.

I would like to add my voice and concerns to Frank's post and second abra100pro's requests. Why eliminate such crucial features?

proper opening of an older pages document w/o deleting stuff in tables,...!
