How to view multiple edits on a picture

Hello All,
I am using lightroom 5 and a lot of the times i will edit a raw file in various settings. here is a example;
First edit will sharpen and tone the picture
Second edit will be in black and white.
Any any time is there a way to save the two edits so i can switch back between them so i can export them as jpeg? when i view the rar picture in lightroom develop mode i see the the +- box on the picture however, i only see the last edit i did (in this example it was black and white)
i am sure there is a way to do this i just don't know how

Thanks, i just searched VC and also found History and Snapshots. the history is just what i was looking for for the current pictures and i guess i will also start to take snapshots. whats the difference between Virtual copy and snapshots?

How to view and edit local contacts

Hi there,
I recently got my Z10 and I cannot find how to view and edit a local contacts on my phone. I've imported all my contacts from a SIM card, but only SIM card's contacts are displayed when I choose All Contacts.
I would like to have view of the local contacts, becasue local contacts don't have limitations regarding amount of characters in the contact name which I want to edit.
Can anyone help with this ?

in your contacts settings, turn OFF all contact accounts (SIM, BBM ETC) then afterwards you should be able to just see your local contacts.

Select them and press the Option, Command, and I keys at once. The resulting window will change its content based on the selection.

I am directly now using crystal report viewer control in my vb6 project.
As mentioned in previous mail, i have created a Interop Wrapper class over crystal report viewer control in .Net using visual studio 2008 and i am making use of wrapper class in my vb6 project.
I am able to access all the properties that have been defined in my Interop wrapper Class but the only stuff i need is to view multiple reports generated one after the another for a single button click Event.
Please find below the code that iam using to load and generate reports.
Note:
1. frm is the instance of my Interop Wrapper Class built over CR viewer control
2. All the user defined methods of Wrapper class that you see below will internally call the actual crystalreportviewer   properties defined in my Wrapper class
Say for e.g   frm.DisplayToolbar(True) will internally execute crystalreportViewer1.DisplayToolbar = True

Ironically enoughy, many users were angry and disappointed about the new tabs in Safari, but yet you seem to want to use tabbed browsing. Be aware that the new Music App is decidedly different than the old iPod as well. No song lyrics, and some other features are no longer available in the music app either.
I love most of the features of iOS 5, but you should take a look at what is in store for you if you update.

Hi Anubhav,
You can edit the template via SE80 -> Internet Service -> BBPSC01.
Then you can navigate to the specific HTML template (SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS).
After saving the template you need to publish it again.
Before editing the Standard template, please make a copy of the content to avoid syntax errors due possible changes!

How to view multiple pictures in a SMS message as a slideshow??

I have the blackberry curve 9350/9360 and i occasionally get sms picture messages from friends with multiple pictures that i have to open up seperately to view. Is there a way to change the settings so that it will open up as a slide show and i can use the mouse to scroll through the pictures without having to open each one individually. Also the size of the picture is small, is there a way to re-size it so that the picture will fit on the entire screen?? My old blackberry used to do this automatically and I miss that option. instead of using set attribute you should use bind table method to display/update the records in table view.
step1 ) collect all the data in a local table
step2 ) and the bind that lacal table with your node

How to view multiple output parameters from web services

I have used the Labview tool to create a .NET assembly from a WSDL file.
In the WSDL file the service has been defined to return 2 output parameters.
In Labview, when I invoke the method for this service the first output parameter ends up as the return value of the method. I can create an indicator for this and it gets updated properly when I run the VIS to use the web service.. The indicator is an integer value but recognizes the type defined within the WSDL file.
The second output parameter shows up as an output value. When I right click on it and create an indicator for it I get a .NET icon on the front panel rather than an integer value.
How can I view the value for this second output parameter after running the web service?
Is there a difference in how multiple output parameters handled in newer versions of Labview (I am using verison 7.1)?

How to store multiple edits of the same file

When I edit photos I typically create several versions of the same photo. The first edit I will end the filename with an "x". The second edit I will end with a "y", etc. For a black and white edit the file name ends with "bw". An edited version scaled down for sharing will typically end with it's long side dim i.e. IMG_2345_960.jpg. I'm new to Lightroom and it looks like only one version is stored in the data base. Can multiple versions be saved in the catelog? How would I set my version system up in Lightroom? Thank You.

You can also use "snapshots". Snapshots are saved and when you open a RAW file just select the snapshot you want and output the image.

How to combine multiple edited audio tracks in multicam?

I have three camera angles each of which has audio. I would like to combine the audio from all three cameras but the challenge is that I want to edit various points in each audio track separately and synchronized with my cut points from one angle to another. My plan was to edit the audio in each of the 3 tracks then detach the audio from each track and recombine by overlaying them into one audio track. However I found that I cannot detach audio from tracks within the angle viewer where I've made my audio edits. Is there a way to do this or is there a work around?

I found a clumsy work around. I used Audio Hijack Pro from Rogue Amoeba to capture the audio from FCP X of all three camera angles. From the Angle Editor I enabled the audio monitor for each angle and in the Timeline played all three tracks while Audio Hijack Pro recorded the combination of the thee. This allowed me to capture all of my audio edits from the Angle Editor from each of the three tracks. I then copied the combined audio file to the multicam project, aligned it with the multicam audio and reduced the multicam audio to essentially zero, leaving only the combined 3-track audio that I had added.
This approach got me through the project but there must be a better way to accomplish this. Any suggestions?

We have a requirement to use Business Rules with OSB. We have OSB 11.1.1.5 installed in Clustered environment. Installed SOA composer patch on top of OSB 11.1.1.5. I have createed and deployed the sample Business Rules WAR/SAR targeted it to Admin Server. I could able to open Business Composer URL. Though unable to see any Rules. Nothing is available in Composer. I have privilege as "Admin".
In Server --> Deployments --> Composer war is active.
What else I need to check to view the Business Rules in Composer! Please let me know quick remedy to overcome!

Don't know much about SOA Composer (sorry - you've hit the BPM forum), but you should be able to see the business rules from the Oracle BPM Composer. If you've installed BPM, go to http://xx:####/bpm/composer and you'll see business rules after poking around a little. Let me know if you need more help finding them.

REMOTE LEARNING
I'm trying to find a way to view images from 2 or 3 digital camcorders or even webcams on the desktop of my MacBook, then share that desktop live online with music students so they can see closeups of my hands, instrument, etc. Is there a way to do that
I may do desktop sharing through Adobe Connect, but if someone knows a better way, please advise. (Adobe says the frame rate of live camera feeds on my desktop, vs the frame rate of Flash which Connect is based on, may be different, and if so, make the video image poor; anyone verify that?)
Lastly: audio over iChat is crappy with musical instruments. That's using the MacBook's built-in mic. The sound is compressed and distorted. Would using an external mic improve the sound? Is that the nature of iChat? Would Skype sound better?
Lastly: if it's impossible to share multiple camera views like I want, then maybe it's possible to simply hook up a video switcher and change the camera feed being sent to my MacBook and out via Skype. Anyone have facts about doing that?

Whenever I open up a new document on Word a separate window pops up. If I have 3 different word documents open, I have to shuffle through 3 different windows in order to find the right one. Since I work on different homework assignments simultaneously sometimes I need more than on doc open. Microsoft Word for Windows has add ons which can provide you with multiple tabs in one document so that you don’t have to shuffle through different windows. Is there anything thing like that for macs? I searched but I couldn't find anything mac friendly. Or is there a way to change the preferences on Word in order to allow multiple doc view in just one window?
