In the print window click on the "Preview" button. At least that is the way it works in Snow Leopard and Epson printers. Which os are you using and which printer? You provided no system information.

Issue in viewing 'Print Preview' of SAPScript output in different languages

I have developed a SAP Script.
It is working correctly in English in all aspects.
I have created few standard texts for headers in SO10 and maintained in different languages.
In Print program also while retrieving these text i have used Order's language.
In debug mode also it is showing texts in different language (Chinese, Japanese, Thai etc...).
But in print preview it is showing as # every where we suppose to print headers from standard texts.
How can i view these texts in their original language (Order)!
Can anybody provide the solution for the same!

Hi,
I have selected 'Supplemental language support' boxes.
But still it is not working.
Can anybody solve above posted issue!
In PO it is showing in Japanese/Chinese etc.. characters.
In SO10 it is showing texts in respective languiages.
In debug mode of Print program & Layout set text is shown in respective language of text based on country of PO.
But in print preview it is showing as # everywhere there must text in different language.
Only in English i am able to view print preview correctly.
Can anybody provide inputs for resolving this issue!

You can see the Print Preview/printout etc using the Transaction ME9F for Purchase Order
Execute the ME9F tcode and execute you will get lot of PO's select any Po and press display message
you will see the print preview
Similarly for RFQ output use the Tcode ME9A
for Contrat use ME9K
for GR output use MB90

Problem while viewing print preview in Portal(EP7.0)

Hello Experts,
We have prepared an ABAP report which generates an output in print format.We have used standard function module(SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME) and the smartform gets displayed correctly in print preview on R/3 side.But when i create a transaction iview and use this report in portal, the output gets generated in pdf format directly.I do not want to display the report in .pdf format but i would like the users to view the output same as in R/3 format.
Please advise.

Suppose i have a file like "bina.xls". Now i want to see the print preview of this file from java code. How is this possible? I s there anybody can help me? now i am in serious trouble with this? I can generate an excel file. But i can not show this file with JExcelApi. i can know that this is possible with jasper report, how this is possible with Jasper Report ? if any one help me with sample code then i will be very gratefull to u . My requirement is when Iam running APP , the print program is RPFI_RFFOAVIS_FPAYM and the standard form is F110_IN_AVIS . I could not view the Script output after running vendor payment.
Where should we be able to view the printpreview for this . My requirement is to modify the form based on client requirements..But i could not view the preview...

Open the form F110_IN_AVIS in form painter(SE71).
GOTO>Utility>Printing Test
Select Print Preview Button or press F8 key.
This will display the preveiw of form.

Many websites offer a "printer friendly" version of a certain page. That IMO is the only way to solve your problem, next to using CSS to use a different style for printer output. Here is a tutorial that covers this:

File------- Print (to Print it)

I got a requirement like in ME23N in the applicatin tool bar Print preview. I have to keep a button in my screen painter and when i click print preview automatically the script has to trigger.
For this i have got the data stored in the table and i have designed the script and its working fine. But my problem is how to call the script automatically when i click prinr preview. Wheather i have to call function 'Transaction' "Txcode" or can any give me the idea for this to achieve?

Use the function module:
OPEN_FORM for opening form
WRITE_FORM to pass data to script
CLOSE_FORM to close the script
at the time of opening the form pass the printer information.
It will give the print preview.

PP Breakdown Notification Print After Viewing Print Preview

I am creating Breakdown Notification from IW21 and want to take its printout from IW22 After looking its Preview .But when we go for Print preview the Print Button is Deactivated .When I go for Print in the Pop-up I can select the Print ,Then i can take the printout i.e before seeing the Preview.
So hope I am clear in Question , I want the Print should activated in the Preview Screen..
Someone suggest of how to about it .

Smartform to PDF, how to suppres Print/Preview dialog

Facing some issues in downloading PDF converted from Smartform.
In the program I am trying directly download a smartform converted into PDF format and save it in local system.
When ever I am trying to execute the program it shows up the Print/Preview dialog before showing the Save As dialog.
I have passed control_parameters-getotf = 'X' to the smartform runtime FM, which ideally should have suppressed the Print/Preview dialog and return the otfdata.

Confirm the following settings;
SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Messages > Output Control > Message Types > Define Message Types for Request for Quotation > Fine-Tuned Control: Request for Quotation > Here maintain the Customized RFQ Output Type with Operation "1" i.e. New
And then maintain the Customized RFQ Output Type in the RFQ Procedure "RMBEA1"
And then maintain the condition record in MN01 for the Customized RFQ Output Type and then check it in ME41.
