How to view/send picture text while talking on iphone

I've updated my iPhone 4S to try correcting the inability to receive/send pics while talking on phone but to no avail. What should I do next?

If you are in the U.S. and your carrier is Verizon or Sprint, you can't access the internet while on a call with their network. MMS with the iPhone requires cellular data. You can send/receive an iMessage when on a call while the iPhone is connected to an available wi-fi network.

    I found this on another forum and it worked:
    Go to the iCloud settings and turn it on for your calendar (and contacts if you're having trouble with that as well, because I was).
    I was immediately able to create events and contacts after that. Once you've turned on iCloud for those apps and they've been fixed, you can shut it off again and shouldn't have any trouble.

    You got the new iphone?????   I have same problem.  I transferred audiobooks to device to find no audiobooks on device (despite it being in iTunes as if it was).  Have you found a solution?????   I even tried to change import settings on format transfer but hasn't worked.

    Do you have MMS Messaging turned on? Settings>Messages>MMS Messaging = ON.

    Are you getting an error message when you try to view them?  Do you have problems receiving text messages?  Are you able to access the browser and other data applications on the phone?  Try sending yourself a picture message and repost with the outcome.  Tell us if there is an error message.  Thanks.

    someone could be hacking into your iPhone..... what I would do is to restore your iPhone (which will erase ALL your data)..... and change any passwords use on that iPhone..... and if you have to, go to where ever you bought the iphone and tell them that someone is making calls when ur on the phone.... If this doesn't help... sorry for wasting your time

    If you start in the Photos app in thumbnail view then you should be able to use Edit button (the icon of the box with the arrow coming out of it on iOS 5) at the top right of the screen to select up to 5 photos and attach them to an email (or to Facebook, Messages) via the Share button top left.
    On iOS 6 you can also select photos directly from an email in the Mail app by pressing and holding in the body of the email, and after a second or two you should get a magnifying symbol appear - release the screen and a popup should show with one option being 'Insert Photo or Video'

    By sharing playlists you mean sending the list of song titles along with the songs themselves you can't.  That would violate Apple's contracts with the studios regarding sharing music, videos, books, etc.  Which is strictly forbidden. With the single exception that I am aware of which is Home Sharing.
    If you just want to share the list of song titles you could take a screen shot and email that.  Hold down the home button and press and release the power button.  The image is then stored in your camera roll.
