How to whitelist mail sender?

My sister's e-mails have been ending up in my junk mail folder quite often of late. We often share short messages with links, and she's one of the few people whose links are virtually always of interest to me. Even messages in reply to messages I originated end up there at times. I tell mail that they're not junk when I find them there, but that has not helped. How can I set up a rule so that messages from a specific sender are ALWAYS whitelisted and come to my inbox?
I don't see a way to create a rule that says:
If sender is MySister, never mark as junk, just put it in my inbox.

If that is the case Mail is not marking it as junk, her or your email provider is.
You can test this theory simply, open Mail>Preferences>Junk: Uncheck these two boxes
And then see if her mails continue to go to Junk or Spam.

I am Using Java Mail API to send mail even if there are some invalid mailids in the cc list, But some time mail are not sending because of some mail server issues(eg insuffcent storage), Is there any fuction to handle this issues,Please advice me how to identify.
Is there any other way apart from catching the "SMTPSendingFailedException"

Depends. If all devices are set for automatic synchronization and they all have sufficient capacity to hold your entire iTunes library, then all devices will have identical content and will continue to do so whenever you add new content. If you're using manual synchronization and/or your entire library won't fit on one or more of the devices, then of course whether or not the devices have identical content will depend on you.
3. How does this affect store purchases? Can I sync multiple devices to the same copy of iTunes and how many times can I sync the purchased iTunes store content to devices? I know it's 5 computers, but what about devices?

Unless things have changed, an iPhone can only be synched to a single copy of iTunes. iPods other than the shuffle can be synched to multiple systems by setting to manual sync.

How can i read only .txt file and skip other files in Mail Sender Adapter ?

 I am working on scenario like , I have to read an mail attachement and send the data to R3.
 It is working fine if only the .txt file comes.
 Some times ,html files also coming along with that .txt files. That time my Mail adapter fails to read the .txt file.
 I am using PayLoadSwap Bean and MessageTransformBean to swap and send the attachment as payload .
 Michal as told to write the Adapter module to skip the files .But i am not ware of the adapter moduel . If any blogs is there for this kind of scenarios please give me the link.

Dude, netiquette. Messages like "i need this now! Do it!" are really offensive and no one here is being payed to answer anyone's questions. We're here because we like to contribute to the community.
Anyway, in your case, just perform some search on how you could filter the files that are attached to the message. The sample module is just an example, you'll have to implement your own. Tips would be to query the filename of the attachments (or maybe content type) and for the ones which are not text, remove them.

It's not clear from your post which of the fourteen million possible email/configuration problems you're experiencing.
Seriously - there just isn't enough information in your post to start debugging your problem.
Please start off by explaining what you're experiencing... are you getting an error message? What does it say?
Who is your network provider? Many network providers block you from sending mail other than through their servers, so you may need to configure Mail.app to use your ISP's SMTP serverr rather than Yahoo's. Knowing the error message(s) you get will go a long way to pinpointing this.

Stop Duplicate E-mail Sending, How ???

Database record fields:
, FirstAttemptByCertNumber <-- same certification number
, SecondAttemptByCertNumber
, ThirdAttemptByCertNumber <-- same certification number
, FourthAttemptByCertNumber
Scenario:
Web based airway management report. Four attempts are allowed per patient. An individual attempts an airway insertion and is not successful. This would be recorded in the first attempt section of the report. A different person does a second and attempt and is not successful. The first person attempts a third time and this time around is successful. So the FirstAttemptByCertNumber and ThirdAttemptByCertNumber DB fields would contain the same certification number. After the information is inserted into the DB and e-mail is generated and sent out. Client would like to have all information in a single DB record
The goal (if possible) is to only send out one e-mail for each Certification Number in the DB record. I am able to get the last record id inserted, but cannot seem to get my head around how to stop duplicate e-mail sending.
Is this even possible and if so, any suggestions on how to accomplish such a task? If more clarification is required please ask.

And you have verified that they are indeed being sent by your computer based on an analysis of tcpdump logs or Wireshark logs running on another "believed clean"computer on the same LAN? I would strongly encourage you to submit excerpts of these logs to the likes of Intego, MacScan, etc., if so. You haven't downloaded any freeware from sites of unverifiable integrity, right? Is your DNS settings directing you to the DNS servers that you think they are (perhaps rerouting your sent mail to a rogue smtp server)? In Terminal, type scutil⏎ then type show State:/Network/Global/DNS⏎ and make sure you recognize the IP addresses of the reported DNS servers. (type exit⏎ to exit scutil)
Spammers in Africa can't send their results immediately. Looking at the long headers of a spam returned to me, it's got the same routing info as me and was sent at the same time.
Why not? I doubt that there is some guy sitting there manually doing this with email messages, it is automated, and would probably take milliseconds to duplicate your email, append the canned spam message, and shotgun it back out onto the internet. It actually is possible for an admin to tell if a message was sent from Outlook or OWA by looking at the MessageTracking and the information in

When we first got our new iMac we were able to send e-mail through Safari - somewhere in the last 2-3 years it stopped and we got the failure to deliver message. We then sent e-mails through Mail - it works well and we have gotten used to doing this. However, every once in a while I retry send e-mails through Safari and we still get the failure to deliver notice. I work for a tech support group and one of our clients is experiencing some trouble sending emails. When they connect to their outbound mail server Mac Mail sends the EHLO command with a hostname like 01:23:45:67:89:ab.home
Another Mac on the network sends a hostname like 00:A0:C9:14:C8:29.home2
So they appear to be the a Mac address for the computers NIC followed by a generic location in this case .home, not sure if thats a generic Mac thing or something they chose to configure but because the hostname is not an ip address and contains ".(dot)home" the outbound mail server our client uses believes it to be a domain so then rejects it as an invalid domain when a lookup on it fails.
I've changed the hostname of one of the Macs using the command "cutil –-set HostName new_hostname"
This has changed the hostname when checking it by the hostname command in a Terminal but Mac Mail still persists in using the old hostname. We've tried rebooting the machine and rebooting the machine with the left shift key held down as I believe this does some kind of rebuild of configuration files, but still the old hostname is send when Mac Mail sends EHLO.
How can I force Mac Mail to pick up the new hostname or is there something else I need to do to change it?

You can sign out from the account in iBooks and then sign in to another one.
From the menu bar, choose: Store->Sign Out
Then sign in again with the desired ID: Store->Sign In

By default, there is no logging mechanism in SharePoint for outgoing mails.
Mails in SharePoint are sent by giving an SMTP sever IP address in Central Administration. SharePoint never sends email directly. It relays or routes mails to the SMTP server. So, logging should be done in the SMTP server itself.
There is also another way of doing it. You can enable SMTP service of IIS for sending emails from SharePoint, which would also just relay the mails to an SMTP Server. But in this case, you can enable logging in your IIS SMTP Service. Please visit this blog

In your case you need to check your exchange server for any failure for relaying mails.
