How to Wirelessly sync and connect my iPhone 5 to itunes?
Hey i just wanna no if there is a way to sync iphone and contacts and trasfer songs and delete songs ect wirelessly to my mac itunes.
just everything the same but without the cable

With you phone connected to your computer and itunes open select your phone from the list on the left then click on summary tab, scroll down to OPTIONS and check the box beside Sync with this phone over wifi. Now you will not need to connec the phone with a cable. On your phone in settings/general tap on itunes wifi sync and then sync now. Your phone needs to b epluged in to power and have wifi available

Cannot sync and backup the iPhone using iTunes
I developed the program and uploaded it on the iPhone. The problem is that with the my application installed, I cannot sync and backup the phone using iTunes. As soon as the app is removed, I was able to perform the expected sequence of backing up and syncing the phone. This issue affects both Windows and Mac users of the iPhone app. This happened on iOS 4.0 with both an iPhone 4 and 3GS. How can I solve this problem?

Iphone will sync with one and only one cpomptuer at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current content and replace with content from the new computer. This is the design of the iphone.
It will erase the content when you sync.
Why not update from the comptuer with which you normally sync? -

Launch iTunes on your Mac, plug your phone in, select it in the sidebar, select what you want to sync under the various tabs, hit the sync button. If the sidebar is not visible, go up to the "View" menu & select "Show Sidebar".

yesterday i plugged my new Iphone in to my laptop and connected it up with Itunes. Itunes then deleted all my pictures off my new phone and reset my new phone with all the settings of my old phone! how do i get my pictures back????? Before you say Icloud they are not on there

future reference import your pics to your PC, that way you can always sync it back using itunes

I went ahead and signed up for the free Sync and Connect since I like how I can more easily text from the web using My Verizon. However, I was wondering, now that I'm on Sync and Connect, do I still have to run VZ Contact Transfer on my iPhone once a month to backup my contacts to Sync and Connect/Backup Assistant, or will they remain on my account now that I'm a Sync and Connect subscriber?

When i connect my iPhone to iTunes, it says i have to set up my iPhone, and wont allow me to sync any media i have already purchased on it. My phone is not new, so I dont understand? This all came about when i updated the iOS 6 software. I have tried to re-set up my phone but it makes no difference and deletes everything off my phone.

If that won't work, perhaps you can use Find my iPhone from a computer in your iCloud.com account to erase the device.

This has nothing to do with the Find my iPhone app being installed on the phone, but you do have to have Find my iPhone activated in the iCloud settings on the phone. -

How have you managed to get apps on your phone that are tied to a different and unknown AppleID?
If these apps were not purchased by you, having them is effectively software piracy and you should purchase them using your own AppleID if you want to keep hem. -
My laptop died so I've installed itunes onto another PC and my music is all on an external hardive which is connected to the new PC. How can I sync my ipod with the new itunes and get all the music onto itunes?
You might consider itunes match for moving CDs you've copied into your itunes library if you dont have a way to use home sharing.

It scans your music library and if it finds music that is already in apple's itunes catalog it'll automatically "unlock"/"store" these in the cloud for you. I have 300 apps organized in folders on my ipod touch 4th gen, and connected my iphone 4, these apps have copied over but none have been placed in folders, any ideas how to replicate folders from ipod to iphone...?
What may work is to restore the iPhone fom the backup of the iPod. However, if the two devices ahve different apps that come with the device, that may mess up some of the folders.

There are 3rd party utilities available that "rip" content into a compatible format - most include an iPod and/or iPhone format selection. If a video plays in iTunes, iTunes includes an option to convert a selection for iPod/iPhone.
