I have a new iPhone 6 plus and all is OK. But the mail shows more than 400 'unread' messages whereas there are none in the mailbox or trash or anywhere else I have looked. I can send and receive with no problem. I'm sure I have no unread messages.

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us. -

i have just put a screen protector on my iphone 4 and where there was something on the film it seems to have eaten into the screen. is there a way to clean these marks off?I wouldn't worry. Assuming you haven't hacked the phone you cannot have installed any viruses or spyware just by clicking a link in an email. Sounds like the page you accessed could not be read on the phone anyway, or it was just a dead link.

You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations, so if you only had one installation, you still have the option to install on a second without doing anything further than that. If you originally downloaded the purchase thru Adobe then you might find a download link available in your Adobe account online. My user ID is Keychain Access won't allow me to access my information in my Keychain. I can't seem to fix it. What do I need to do? I don't really know how to explain it but I can access all the other keychains just not my user account keychain. Can this be fixed?

I've read where there are issues with the Nest and Airport Extreme (AE)? Is AE used in the Time Capsule?
If so, i already have a wi-fi router, so can the Time Capsule simply be used for wireless backup instead of as a router if there is conflict?A TC is fundamentally a AE with a sata chip included to drive the hard disk. Some slightly different bios to include disk functions, although most of those are also on the AE. So as a router it is 99.999% identical.
And yes, if you have another router you can easily bridge the TC and use wireless for backups and internet connection. Once you no longer route through the TC the issues with most NAT problems including port forwarding should disappear.. mostly this is due to all apple routers using NAT-PMP instead of upnp which is the near universal standard for opening ports.. without upnp apple keep their routers more exclusive. -
With Firefox 6, you can't close the tab you are in and remain in the program; opting to close one e-mail means you are forced to exit the (e-mail) program completely and then go back into it...this is ridiculous if you are trying to read all your e-mails...not have this issue. How do I uninstall Firefox 6 & go back to the previous version?
I am unwilling to attempt navigation away from these sites. The pop-ups that occur on the attempt to leave a site or to close the browser are exit traps offering incentive to stay.
Once upon a time, when the internet was less dangerous, I would be willing to close the exit pop-ups. Now, after twice being infected with malware trying to close the pop-ups, I now force close whichever browser I am using.
Recently, I clicked on the red X to close one pop-up, and it installed a trojan that I had to pay to be removed. When I clicked on 'Leave' in another exit pop, it didn't exit and it turned out I was giving permission to run a script file. Now that criminals have learned these exit pop-ups can be used to force a click action, the sites using them have become dangerous.
If I force the browser to close using Task manager, Please tell me how to stop FireFox from sending me directly back to the same site because it mistakenly believes it crashed when it did not. I forced it to close because I was on a site that had taken control of my browser and was not allowing me to leave the site.
No other browser sends me back to the potentially dangerous sites. I prefer Firefox, but the new version must have a setting that allows me to get safely away from a problem site? -

Make sure that your computer is not connected to the internet. Then open iCal and choose iCal>Preferences...>Accounts> click on the gmail account and delete the account using the {-} "Remove an account" icon on the bottom left of the Accounts window. -

I see you are using a Stored Procedure, I would therefore suggeste that you add a Previous to each record in there. Then in Crystal you can use Previous() to look at that new field effectively giving you what you want.
In Oravle the LAG function will do what you want, not sure how you do it in SQL Server.
