Hi,
RSPCLOGCHAIN gets populated when a process chain gets executed. There is one more table RSPCPROCESSLOG, this table is useful when you want to see the status of individual process in the process chain.
You can create a join on these two tables on LOGID to get the overall status of the process chain.
The technical content cube 0TCT_MC21 (0TCT_C21 and 0TCT_VC21) on Process Statistics is built on the datasource 0TCT_DS21. This extractor is built on these two tables. The cube comes as part of BI Admin Cockpit. How to check how this table is populated in PL/SQL

This is based on assumption that it using a trigger , function or procedure to update this table tbl1
how can i find out how tbl1 is being updated ? do i check thru those "referenced by" ?
or it updating another table set off a trigger that updates tbl1A can i find out from tbl1's details i.e those referenced by ?
pld advise as i do not know how tbl1 is being populated with certain data

Dependencies can help only if table populated with static SQL, placed in stored procedures.
Any kind of dynamic SQL or direct SQL-calls from client can't be tracked in such manner.
But You can try to query V$SQL in order to find exact statements modifying table.
My favorite way to solve such issues - SQL*Trace.

How VBDPR-WERKS gets populated while invoice creation

I have two orders for which i am taking the invoice printing.
For one order , order type is SERAand for the other SERV.
For SERV order type the field VBDPR-WERKS is getting populated in the print program where as for SERA order type this field is not getting populated.
Can anyone please any reason behind this..Is there any config issue in this..

Hi Gaurav,
first if some deletes the condition record for a paricular condtion record,then ask ur users to uopdate the prices by goin to the condition screen.
second create a pricing procedure determination for your billing type in t code ovkk
and in that pricing procedure just maintain the settings as per mentioned by Mr.Lakshmipathy.

First check whether w_day_d is populated for the year 2011 or not. If not you need to populate W_DAY_D table till 2011 or till the required year. After that it will populate w_mcal_day_d.

How does a table get populated.

I am working on a report that picks up data from the table PPFTTRIGG. The report works fine when there are entries in the table. however I noticed that the table is getting filled randomly and hence the reports output is not proper. So my question is, how do I find wat populates a table. I tried the where used list and got nothing out of it. I looked at the program and the BADIs that could possibly populate the table. none of these have helped me find this out. Can anybody please give me a clue.

Sap script symbol, how value is getting populated

We have a Delivery Note in which it says Total units = 56. But in debug I saw the symbol &UNIT(Z)& which is getting this value 56 on Devlivery.
I want to know from where this value is coming on layoutset? can any one please tell me....as this is not table field or custom variable that is coming from print program.

Hi,
I think through debugging only you can find the same.
In your script utilites activate debugger and your include set a break point in the open form and after reaching your include
in the debugging screen press f6 and find where your unit value is coming from.
In your script display check defination select here also you will find in which programs your form is triggered.
Your include is using in many program, if you know program then keep a break also in your program especially in write_form
function modules.

Table PPFTTRIGG not getting populated

Hi,
I am in the process of solving an issue where some of service confirmations are locked. Some of the service confirmations are not getting sent from CRM to ECC system. If we run the program RSPPFPROCESS, it picks up the actions from table PPFTTRIGG and sends it. However all this works only if the table PPFTTRIGG gets populated with the actions. How does this table get populated? I have not found anything in the where used list of the table or in the BADIs.. Does the configuration in SPPFCADM have anything to do with it? Please help me.

Hi,
You are trying to pass too many fields for the structure (wwt_fields) .
Look at the FM 'RFC_READ_TABLE' for 'RAISE DATA_BUFFER_EXCEEDED' you'll have an idea.

How is the table MCHB populated?

Dear SDNers,
Need your input on how the table MCHB gets populated?
for ex. when i create material master mm01 and save, material gets created and an entry is made in master table.
Similarly, how /what tcode is processed to update the table MCHB.
I am looking for field CLABS, as to how this is getting populated.
Effort by me:
I looked at the where used list for the table mchb and was able to locate a standard report RM07KO01- Stock consistency check. In this there is an include RM07KOF4 which contains perform update_mchb.
I am not able to locate the code as to where this table is getting values populated from.
Am i being right in my search ? if not please guide me.

It is being updated while any Goods Movement happens...
There are various T-Codes for it..
MIGO
MB1A
MB1B etc etc
