That's true. If you have a valuated material and you take a Free GR then your MAP will come down or become lesser.
So, if you do not want to change the MAP, only option is to create a new material which will be non-valuated and then follow up with PO with Free indicator and then the GR. NO accounting entries will be generated in this case.

You can't. You can only purchase songs in your local iTunes Store. To buy content from another store you'd have to live in that country and create an account in that particular store.

Adobe does not sell older versions of their software so your only option to get CS5 would be to find third party vendor and take your chances there. Adobe does still sell CS6 software though I am not sure if that is a global offering.

The only contract-free iPhone 6 that is unlocked is the T-Mobile unit sold directly by Apple. That is a GSM iPhone. If the 4G/LTE bands are the same in Panama it should work. But check with your carrier to see which system they use (CDMA or GSM) and can you just purchase a nano-sim to use in the iPhone 6.

The lower/advertised price for the iPhone in the U.S. is AT&T's subsidized or discounted price for the iPhone, which requires signing a two year contract with AT&T for the subsidy or discount that AT&T pays Apple on a subscriber's behalf.
The iPhone is sold in the U.S. as carrier locked with AT&T only. None of the iPhone functions work until the iPhone is activated with AT&T with the exception of being able to make an emergency 911 call in the U.S. Apple nor AT&T in the U.S. will ship an iPhone to anyone outside of the U.S. AT&T also sells the iPhone in the U.S. at a no-contract/no-commitment or at the full retail sales price which is much more expensive, but the iPhone remains carrier locked with AT&T. A verifiable billing address in the U.S. is required along with a credit check by AT&T which is no different that what is required with a two year contract. The no-contract or no-commitment for the iPhone in the U.S. is billed the same as a subscriber with a two year contact but since there is no contract it is on a month to month basis which can be cancelled at any time without a penalty.
The iPhone is sold in Germany as carrier locked with T-Mobile I believe. Not sure of the iPhone is also sold as officially unlocked in Germany. If so, Apple's support and warranty for the iPhone is honored in the country where the iPhone was sold officially by Apple only. If you are able to purchase the iPhone in Germany as officially unlocked for use with a carrier in Egypt, if a problem develops with the iPhone that requires an exchange under warranty, you would have to return to Germany for an exchange under warranty.
The sales price for the iPhone in each country is determined by the official carrier for the iPhone in each country.

It may not work if you have some differences in field selection between the old material type and the new material type (e.g. batch mandatory in old material type and hidden in new material type)

Unless you can show some form of residency you cannot buy from another country's store. The question on cross store purchasing is asked frequently so I'll just quote the most complete answer (courtesy of Dave Sawyer) from the many given:
