How we can start all services automaticaly

dear friends,
i have oas 4.0 on windows nt 4.0 with service pack 3.
i need when i start windows nt all services should be start automaticly i.e. listener etc.
i tried through control panel and select services and select startup automaticly but it could not startup automaticly when windows start.
how can i solve or start all services automaticaly.

You may need to set up from your windows NT to to control panel, select SERVICES, go to all the oracle related services and set them to startup automatically.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

You should be able to:
Disable automatic syncing of devices (Edit > Preferences > Devices)
Backup the device to the new installation (Right-click device > Back Up)
Transfer your purchases into your authorized library
Recover any other media using third party tools as suggested in this post from forum regular Zevoneer
Restore the device from the backup
This process should switch the association of the device to the new library, preserving the data and settings in the apps.
May also be prudent to attempt a backup to iCloud directly from the device before you start... Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > iCloud Backup > On. It won't save any media but it would preserve the general account settings and documents in case anything goes wrong while you are trying to extract your other data.
When you get it all fixed, make a backup!

If you cannot put it in recovery mode to restore it, you'll have to try putting it in DFU mode to restore it as described in this post: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2648467?threadID=2648467&tstart=0. That's the last thing you can try. If DFU mode doesn't work you probably have a hardware failure and you'll have to have Apple take a look at it.

After calling Cursor.delete, call Cursor.getNextDup to move to the next duplicate, then call Cursor.delete again, and repeat.
