How/Where can I download CS4 Design Standard trial?

The Adobe support referencedme to prodesigntools.com for a trial download of CS4 design standard. If I clik thelinks at Download Adobe CS4 and CS3 Free Trials Here (incl. After Effects) | ProDesignTools, the page forwards me to Adobe which says that I need to log-in. However, a ligon does not change anything.
Plan B: CS4 Design standard is not listed here either http://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-suite/kb/cs4-product-downloads.html
I am desperate in finding an active download link.

The ProDesignTools links all work for me.  I am using IE 11, and, first, in the Very Important Instructions section I first Ctrl-click on the Click Here to Visit This Page First link, which shows me a LR 5 download page and most importantly, sets the Adobe authorization cookie, then without closing that tab, I Ctrl-click on the links by CS4 Design Standard and they all started a download, which I immediately cancelled.

    Buy all three from the M.A.S. and it is all yours, cheaper and installable on all Macs that share the same Apple I.D.. However I have heard, but can't confirm, that that doesn't quite have everything the DVD version had.

    Acrobat Standard Trial is not available. You can download the Acrobat XI Pro Trial.
    Also, if you have got the serial number for your windows product, you can get it replaced by the scanner vendor..

    How do I download the Design Standard trial??? I keep getting redirected to design Premium. I know there isn't much difference but I definitely would want Standard over Premium.

    What if I already own the design standard pack, but need the download since I can't use cd's on my netbook?
