How/where do I get /usr/bin/make for lion?

Previous OS X releases came with a DVD that included an "SDK" package to support normal unix software development (gcc, make and so on). Having just bought a new macbook pro with lion pre-installed, there's no DVD, no SDK. Does this exist anywhere?

Sorry, I should have looked more before posting. I found XCode via the "App Store" -- glad to know it's still free, sorry to see a bunch of people having trouble installing it. (Maybe I shouldn't be trying to download 2.9 GB via my home DSL...)

Missing /usr/bin/make

(Oracle Standarad edition 8.1.5, RH6.1)
When I ran the 8i patches I get a bunch of error messages in the log files saying that the command gmake is missing. This in turn creates other errors and causes the relinking to not work correctly. I have read the 8i patch FAQ, but unfortunately I don't have /usr/bin/make either. Any ideas?

Then you have to install make from your RedHat CD, then if needed, do the symbolic link.

It needs the restrictions passcode. You or someone with physical access to the phone had to set it. It can not set itself.

You'll probably won't find any. Because right now here at work we are using Reports 6i and when we upgraded to Windows XP we have to download a patch just to make it work in.

an exact part match for any vintage product has not been searched...
Most that I have looked into, show any battery "out of stock" &/or listed "used."
A good electronics shop with an understanding of how these batteries are wired
in their case (and any controller chip circuitry) should be able to install new cells
inside the case; however opening these may present a problem if done forcefully.

sorry for this stupid question. I have been looking up in google "where does apex get user details from for login in" and nothing answers my question. Basically I wanted to know when you log in your application how does apex know you have access to this application. How does it know you are a valid user because I am creating an application which basically checks if a user exist in one database and also checks if he/she exist in the second database.

It depends on where in the dv7 model series your PC falls.
There are 2 types of second HDD cables. The one Kamat pointed out for the dv7 6xxx series, and then there is this one at the link below for these dv7 series:

So, you will need to know what dv7 you have.
I believe they ship worldwide. A forum member from Italy got his from here. That is how I know about this site, and all about the fact that there are 2 types of 2nd HDD cables for dv7's.
The only part number referenced for a 2nd HDD cable in the service manual is for the dv7-6xxx series.

Maybe because it's not a 'genuine' retail version? Many OEM versions just don't work - and I've no idea which flavor of Win7 your friend downloaded. Obviously one that Boot Camp doesn't recognize. Best to just pony up the cash for a full retail version, of some flavor - and use it. You COULD, of course, download the 14-day trial version of Parallels Desktop and see if you can install Win7 as a virtual machine... it might or might not work. Boot Camp just isn't finding the resources it needs on the copy you have - try Parallels and if that doesn't work just purchase a retail (or student discounted) version.
