How would I put a design of mine on top of a T-shirt?

Is there a specific way the design needs to be set up in Illustrator or do I just tell my shirt printer to put my design at the top of the shirt? I have an example below. Thanks in advance.

To expand on what has already been posted, you would have to get the shirt patterns to use as templates and then prepare the artwork accordingly. The shirt is then printed inkjet ( or silkscreen, but I doubt it ) and sewn together as part of the process.

In iTunes, on the bottom left is a box with an arrow up (if it's an arrow down, don't click), click on that and the icon will change with a box and an arrow down.
Find the file on Safari/FireFox/IE/whatever internet browser you use, and click and hold the picture. Now drag it to the iTunes window, and release on the empty box in the low left pane. (You can also copy/paste the image from the internet, and onto the song.
For multiple songs, select the songs you want to modify, right click (apple click for Mac), and select "Get Info". Copy and paste the image into the Album artwork box, and make the sure the tick box is checked. Apply (and select ok to the message that appears, warning you of changing multiple songs). Let it process and in less than a minute, you'll have album art.

it can refer to another site but you should avoid doing that unless the site does not allow you to have a favicon .

I saved the video onto my desktop, but before that I saved it to the iTunes library. i then tried to put it onto the iTunes library but it wouldnt go on there.

You cant transfer comercial videos to your ipod, its against the law..... but if you have any home movie youi'll need to convert them to play on your ipod. use Handbrake for mac users all in one app, for MS sorry folks you need two

I purchased a copy of the Student addition of Cs5 Design Premium from a local Uni Book store. I have misplaced the disk and now have a new lap top I need to install the program on. I have tried to download the trial version but can't find it as Cs6 keeps coming up.

Try a manual backup of your ipod to save your data and settings, here's how to:
Make sure your new computer is authorized in iTunes. Disable autosync in itunes, connect your ipod, right click on it in the device list and choose backup.

Transfer your purchases the same way to copy all apps and bought media from the Store to your computer.
Set up at least one contact and event on your computer to be able the merge your calendars and contacts after your ipod got wiped during the first sync.

Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in itunes and transferred your purchases.

They got pushed to another page of the Home screen. Scroll from left to right to find them. You can then move them to where you want them.

If you're using iTunes 7, you can copy music that you purchased from the iTunes Store back to iTunes directly. If you're not using iTunes 7 or want to copy other tracks, the easiest way will be to search VersionTracker for "iPod". You'll find a number of utilities that can transfer your tracks and your playlists from your iPod back to your PC.

You should always maintain a backup copy. This is very important.

Do you have the 4 puzzle pieces in 4 separate files? If that is the case...
1. Create a blank canvas large enough to fit the completed puzzle.
2. Open one of the piece files.
3. Select just the piece (minus the background).
4. Copy the selection to the clipboard (Edit > Copy).
5. Activate the canvas and paste from the clipboard (Edit > Paste). The piece will be placed on a new layer with transparent background.
6. Do the same with the other pieces.
7. Now you can rotate/move the pieces as necessary to fit them together.
If the 4 pieces originally are in the same file you can do similar: select each piece and copy/paste, etc.

There are a number of things which are unclear about your question.
I'll tell you one way to approach this though.

I don't know enough about what you mean by LastImageClicked but you need some way of knowing which path you are going to delete.
Then you might well have a problem if it's showing in an image control.
You will need to copy the picture off disk into a new bitmapimage object.
If you just do
<Image Source="p001.jpg"
Then that image will grab the file and you won't be able to delete it - you'll get an error.
In my experimental code p001.jpg is set as content copy always so it ends up next to the exe in the bin when the solution compiles.
You would probably want a full path to a file there.
