How would I put a document on 30 ipad devices using a PowerSync Cart?

Using a PowerSync Cart how would you put a pdf, word or excel document on to 30 ipad's??
Any advice from any one would be very helpful...

if you want to save you can press the power button and the home button at the same time and this is going to do a screen shot of your ipad screen.

I am helping out a local sports team with music for their players. They have purchased an iPad and are currently buying about 150 songs from iTunes so that the kids have music to listen to while they practise. They also want to be able to use the iPad to play MP3's that were created specifially for the team (local sponsors, etc). The team doesn't have a "team" computer that they can sync to it though. They don't want someones personal computer used with the iPad. They would like it to simpoly be a "team" device
Problem though... how how do we get the MP3 tracks that are the sponsors into the default music app on the iPad? We have no computer to do this with. Are we out of luck?
We could use a computer, but we DON'T want it "syncing" or being associated with the iTunes ID that already is partnered with whomever's computer we use.
Does anyone here know of a solution?

You can buy the Pages, Numbers and Keynote apps from the App Store (the versions that are used on a Mac are separate purchases, Macs and iPads use different operating systems).

The backup saves many settings, but it copies photos and other files from the computer back to the iPad after IOS5 wipes the disk. Plugging it into her computer will re-sync it.

In iTunes, on the bottom left is a box with an arrow up (if it's an arrow down, don't click), click on that and the icon will change with a box and an arrow down.
Find the file on Safari/FireFox/IE/whatever internet browser you use, and click and hold the picture. Now drag it to the iTunes window, and release on the empty box in the low left pane. (You can also copy/paste the image from the internet, and onto the song.
For multiple songs, select the songs you want to modify, right click (apple click for Mac), and select "Get Info". Copy and paste the image into the Album artwork box, and make the sure the tick box is checked. Apply (and select ok to the message that appears, warning you of changing multiple songs). Let it process and in less than a minute, you'll have album art.

Some documents is unprotected but as soon as I open them up the edit function become not available anymore associated with the "lock" picture in the file name.

Would you explain what you mean by the "edit" function? What are you trying to do? Are you trying to edit existing annotations (sticky notes, highlight, freehand drawing, handwritten signature, etc.) or fill in a form?
Would you check the document permissions of your PDF document on the desktop version of Adobe Reader? (Sorry, you cannot get this information in Adobe Reader for iOS on your iPad.)
Open your PDF document in the desktop version of Adobe Reader on a Windows or Mac computer.
Press Command+D for Mac or Control+D for Windows to bring up the Document Properties dialog.
Click the Security tab near the top of the dialog.

I mean is there any table updates the flag or document number. This document numbers are available in table BKPF.
I will explain clearly.
1) If new document is created... then BKPF will created entry with Doc type is "AC"
2) If above document is reversed using transaction FBR2.... then table BKPF will create document with doc type "AD".
But How would we knows Document type "AC "is reversed or not? Is there any field will update for this doc is reversed or not?

Well, you aren't getting the correct response because you're using the wrong term and likely the posters aren't familiar with FBR2. FBR2 is not a reversal transaction. When you use FBR2, you are simply generating a REVERSE posting, not a 'reversal' or cancellation. The REVERSE (meaning 'opposite') posting is made according to the configuration you have for your document types and posting keys. The only way you can identify this is via the TCODE field.

Okay, I figured out that Windows has "AutoPlay" settings which can automatically download photos and videos from a newly connected device, such as an iPad Mini. I think I could open it in Windows Explorer too that way but the auto download solved my problem.

Have you considered using JDOM? ( www.jdom.org )
The XMLOutputter class can write the Document to a file. ( The Document however will be an org.jdom.Document object ).
If you are weary of a new API, you could just create a new File object called abc.xml and stream the data from the XML Document you have to this new File object.

You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)
