Howto add group service packages to organizations

please, ignore this message. i've opened another post with most specific information about the real problem.
hi!
im sure this is pretty trivial but i can't find it in any documentation.
in the "Sun Java System Communications Services 6 2005Q4 Delegated Administrator Guide" i can read:
"For instructions on how to allocate and assign service packages, see the Delegated
Administrator console online help."
but on the help buttons i've clicked on the console there's no info about assigning group service packages to organizations.
any help will be appreciated.

Hello Shika,
No, the multi-level categorization can be used to more accurately categorize a single issue, but it doesn't provide any capabilities for grouping related tickets. However, you could always create a Case (part of Case Management) to link Service Tickets that are related.

  • CSS VIP Issues (Source Group with 'add destination service')

    I have a pair of Cisco CSS 11503 boxes with a ap-kal-pinglist applied to both virtual routers, as a Critical Service, on the Primary CSS.  When a link goes down, the VRRP fails over all traffic to the Secondary, as expected, but there is an issue with two particular VIPs.  These VIPs have Source Groups configured, like below:
    group WEBSITE_ABC
      add destination service XYZ_Server_1
      add destination service XYZ_Server_2
      vip address 10.10.3.25
      active
    group WEBSITE_XYZ
      add destination service ABC_Server_1
      add destination service ABC_Server_2
      vip address 10.10.3.24
      active
    Once a failover occurs, the VIPs are unreachable via a browser.  I have also seen 1 VIP OK and 1 VIP not, but never both working.  At times, when I failback to the Primary, the VIPs are OK again.  The services are reachable via a browser during this issue.
    any ideas?

    You need to check if during the failover the css sends a G-ARP to inform that the arp associated with the nat ip address now belongs to the secondary css.
    Get sniffer trace during failver and check if this g-arp is sent.
    If not, this is a bug and you need to report it.
    If yes, then the problem is not the CSS but another device on the path...did the switch correctly learned the new path ?  Does the server have the correct arp table ?

  • Response Group Service stops repeatedly.

    We have a 3 node Lync 2013 FE pool, running on Windows 2012 R2 Datacenter.
    The response group service on all nodes stops periodically at different times. Obviously once all the pool members have stopped this service the Response Groups no longer function. We see the following events in the logs that show the issue:

    Please make sure CMS replication update to the latest status.
    Try to install the latest update for Lync Server and reboot the server.

  • Can I have a blackberry and not pay for the internet service package?

    Hi I am new to this and my t-mobile phone that I have broke and I am looking to upgrade to something that will help me stay a little more organized but do not want to pay for the service package that comes along with buying a blackberry from t-mobile. I know that I could get one from craigslist or ebay or something and was wondering if I could just put in my Sim card and it would have all the basic functions without the internet and emails.     The way the organization works is that it will have an all contacts and then your grouped contacts. You would not be able to just have the grouped contacts with out it being in all contacts. You can organize them on your iPhone by following the steps in the iPhone User Guide.

    That is the Purchasing Group and the Vendor and the Chart of accounts.
    Before I can GO to General and Specify the Service Mumber(AC01)
    Can This Purchasing Data Can be Automatically Detmined in the system How to Do It?

    One common fact here these servers have all been deployed from a Hyper-V template, servers build with all roles and features then Sysprep'd and stored in the SCVMM library as a template to deploy from.
    Any ideas as right now it looks like we have to rebuild all of our nodes.

    OK I think the CheckSUR log issue was a one off, I've now run this again against one of my other Hyper-V template IIS servers that has the same issue with Add / Remove role features and the log reports "No Errors Detected"

    you must know that:
    - there is no necessity for putting a thread in a group
    - if you WANT or NEED to put it in a group, the procedure is the following one:
    1 : create a threadgroup object
    2 : when you create your thread (or thread extension) object, you have to call the constructor containing the threadgroup parameter
    a reply was posted to show you how to proceed ; take a look at it
    but keep in mind that there it's not an obligation to handle thread groups

    After installing an additional language, (Italian), I am trying to find the Service Packages SAPKITLPSA for "SAP Solution Tools Plug-In (ST-PI 003C_640)" and SAPKGEI03A for "EA-IPPE 300: Add-On Installation". I have been looking "everywhere" on service.sap.com/swdc, but I can not find it.
    Can someone please point me the right direction?

    I only see attributes for mailMsgMaxBlocks, mailQuota, mailMsgQuota, mailAllowedServiceAccess, etc.

    Max Calendar Aging (which I assume is the deletion of older calendar events) is enforced by the cscomponent command, which also doesn't make use directory attributes to determine which events to delete. Please refer to "Chapter D.7 cscomponents" in the Calendar Server 6.3 Administration Guide for further details.
    So no, it isn't possible to my knowledge.

  • Implementing "object-group service"

    Running 8.2(3) on an ASA 5510
    I have created the two following object groups.

    I have run into an issue with "domain" working in the tcp-udp type. The following access-list does not work without explicitly calling out "domain" for both TCP and UDP. Everywhere I looked I appear to be doing it right so what am I missing. Does "permit tcp" need to be "permit ip" to cover both tcp and udp? I found one article with someone suggestiong just make it "permit tcp" and it will work. Not in a position to test at the moment so figured I'd ask here. Want to be sure I'm not getting bit anywhere else related to these object groups in case I am not implementing them correctly?

  • How to bulk add group members in Open Directory

    So the workgroup manager interface is ghey. The + sign to add group members drag&drops users one at a time. I need to bulk add group members.
    I tried ldapadd to add all the users quickly and that doesn't seem to work. The ldap group record now has all the users populated, under the multivalued attribute memberUid), but workgroup manager doesn't see the bulk group members.
    Any idea how to do this?

I tried that, and either did something wrong or? I deleted bridge cc 64 bit, then went to cc and downloaded bridge cc (not sure if it is 32 or 64) and the program still does not open. any ideas?
