Howto move COPA reports from a CO area to another

Dear colleagues,
In a system I have to move some PA reports (KE30) from a client to another but also to other CO area . E.g. report ZXXA1 from client 300 CO area 1000 to client 400 CO area 8000 . Is it possible or I must create again the reports ?

COPA reports belong to an operating concern, not a controlling area? So as long as the controlling areas belong to the same operating concern, you should be able to execute them.
But I think you actually want to copy them from one operating concern to another? To the best of my knowledge that is not possible. It also makes logical sense that it will not be possible, because each operating concern has its own table and field definitions, so SAP would not be able to provide functionality to copy between such vastly different environments.

Hi,
You can use the Transaction SCC1 to move the data from One Client to Another Client for a Client dependent table.
The data should be present in a Transport and you can import to Transport to any client using SCC1.
Contact the Basis team to know how to use SCC1.

Yes, i can see datatype and number of columns is same in both queries.
i have challanges to copy message but Error message seems to general. Error says (near to FROM) and I checked there are three FROM in query and all seems to be ok
Query is something like as below

How can I move a task from a Summary Task to another Summary Task in the same task list?

Hey, I tried to move tasks through the SP UI from one Summary Task to other in the same task list, but I didn't find possibility for it.
Then I spent time to learn the SP Client Object Model and now I can read tasks form the list. I see every task has a "FileRef" and a "FileDirRef" field. If I think right these fields show the relation between list elements for example between
a Task and a Summary Task elements.
I changed these fields' values and I tried to Update the ListItem but I got this error message: "Invalid data has been used to update the list item. The field you are trying to update may be read only."
I really need to move tasks what were created below a wrong Summary Task so please explain a method or pattern how I can do this. (I can create a new Task below to any Summary Task and I can set field values but I hope there is a way to really move tasks (I
mean I should change the right field values somehow.).
I can reach the Task List both on the server and client side so I'm very interested in every solution. PowerShell solution is also good for me.
I'm using SharePoint 2010 SP2.

Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you want to move a task from one summary task to another in the same task list.
We can do it like this:
We can create a Gantt View for this task list, then copy your tasks inside a summary task, then navigate back to the other summary and paste, then go back to original and delete.

Why you want to move dashboard one user to another user is not clear your requirement.
I have few ideas please try it. I am not sure this is what you’re looking so far.
1. We can try to move the dashboard manually through FTP software like (Winscp) this is Linux and UNIX.
Are you trying move dashboard in windows, we have only one option through catalog manager we can move to dashboard, if you getting any error please post me we try to help out this.
2. We can give dashboard access to both users then both users can able to see the dashboard page.
If it useful for you please give me points.

If you want to change the iTunes Store account associated with them, you need to redownload them from that account.

Having read some other posts I think I have answered my question. If I was somehow able to terminate my old (unwanted) account and Apple ID I would no longer be able to access the material I bought with that ID- so I'm stuck. I have to learn how to manage that situation.

I am going to transfer my Asset from One Business area to another business area. So, I allready created a new asset and transfer through TCODE-ABUMN. But system gives me this error
Posting with trans.type 320 not possible (No acquisition posted)

Diagnosis
Transaction type 320 belongs to a transaction type group, which can only be used to post to assets to which posting has already been performed. However, no postings have been made to this asset.
Procedure
Use a transaction type from a transaction type group, which can be used for the first acquisition to an asset.

First make sure in your company code global setting in the OBY6 for company code wise ..Iin this screen Indicator: Business area financial statements required if it is ticket
Please don't change business area for old asset . because it will effect the Business area balance sheet. So create new asset and change business area at cost center level
Finally transfer the balance from old asset to new assets in the ABUMN
OR
IF you want solution as per your issue ..Go to SPRO-> Financial Accounting-> Asset Accounting->Transactions-> Specify Default Transaction Types
Here enter Default Transaction Types 300 Transfer of retir. old assets data from cap.asset
in the filed of Transfer Between Areas

No. If you used any upload tools like LSMW, perhaps you may use that for uploading the second controlling area.

Transfer of a Asset from one Business Area to Another Business area

Hi Gurus,
I am working for a Indian client in ECC6.
presently we are using "ABUMN" TCODE to transfer asset from one business area to another business area. But, in this process we have to create a new asset or transfer to a existing asset with new business area. So, we are retiring the Old asset transferred and the total value and accm. dep is transferred to the new asset.
Now, my client doesnot want to create a new asset, he wants the old asset no. to be retained and keep track of the transfers from one business area to another.
In Time Dependent intervals, i am unable to change Business are. it is only allowing to keep track of changes in Cost centre. Likewise i want for Business area.
Can anybody help?

Hi Jaya,
we need to maintain the screen layout rules for the asset master data for the above issue.
Path: SPRO, Financial Accounting, Asset Accounting, Master Data, Screen Layout, Define Screen Layout for Asset Master Data.
Double click Define Screen Layout for Asset Master Data.
Select your screen layout and double click "Logical field group" folder.
Then double click on "3 Time dependent data" and double click "Field group rules".
Here maintain the rule for business area exactly as it looks like for cost center.

What's the RFC name for BPS to transfer data from one Plan-Area to another?

I created a role for BPS planner.This include all authorization except the RFC authorization for transfering data from one plan-area to another.However, even I set the '*' to the RFC name. Am I missing something? Any suggestion is appreciated.

Finally, I found that this error message will be pop-up when the authorization is not right. For example, if you don't have right authorization to access the corrsponding InfoCube which the BPS is based on. Now, I find the root cause and fixed this issue.
