            Sub: HP Inkjet Printer 2010- Levied  repair charges of device within warranty-
                     Information seeking before approaching Consumer Protection Forum-
                    Accountability-  requisitioned:-
            Ref:1.Serial No. CN07S11G6W of HP 2010 printer.
                     2.Invoice No.7783 dated 19.02.2011 of M/s Computer Care, Thavakkara Road,
                        Kannur.
                     3.Receipt No.10248 dated 05.09.2011 of M/s Sahar Communications, Prestige
                        Center, Sub Registar Office Road, Kannur 2.
I invite your attention of above references. I am a citizen of India( The Citizen ship Act 1955), Public ( Section 12 of Indian Penal Code) and a Public Servant in Government Department under State Government of Kerala, let me know some valued information from you before approaching the Honorable Consumer Protection Forum for Court of Justice ( Section 20 of Indian Penal Code ) and unfair trade practice against the Consumer Protection Act 1986 proceeded from your approved agency, that:-
I bought a HP Inkjet printer Serial No. CN07S11G6W from  M/s Computer Care, Thavakkara Road, Kannur vide reference 2nd cited with One Year warranty on 19th February 2011, which is good condition when I Purchased. I lodged a  complaint for not printing the machine on 3rd September 2011 to M/s Computer Care, Thavakkara Road, Kannur, they receipted the equipment reasoning that “ the printer cartridge carrier dose not move”. Due to the urgency of my work, I approached to M/s Computer Care on 5th September 2011, they returned the machine and informed me that to approach Hewlett Parckard approved agency to rectify the defect which is within warranty period. Again I booked complaint on 05 September 2011 to M/s Sahar Communications, Prestige Center, Sub Registrar office road, Kannur for repairing the warranty product. M/s Sahar Communication, your approved agency they had been rectified the defects and returned the printer and levied charges of amounting to Rs.450/- ( Rupees Four hundred and fifty only, vide reference 3rd cited above)
In the above, let me know that:
1. Can they charge any from me except the physical damage occurred?
2. What kind of action may take against your approved agency from your side about this?
I got amputated the good faith (Section 52 of Indian Penal Code ) and dissatisfied of M/s Hewlett Packard.
An early action is solicited.

Hello and thank you for posting on the HP support forums.  What you may want to check is any malware, viruses and spyware.
When you have operations popping up for no reason nine times out of ten means you are infected.  This would not be a hardware issue.
