HP 7520 How do I fax multiple documents from the computer

I want to fax multiple pdfs directly from my pc, I do NOT want to print them and use the printer to fax.
I cannot find a way to do it.
Any help will be greately appreciated!

I'd be happy to help you with faxing from your PC
As long as you have the Fax driver for your printer installed you would just open the PDF you want to fax, click File and Print, and on the print dialogue window you'll want to make sure that the Photosmart 7520 FAX is selected, and then the program should give you the spots to put in a phone number and so on.
Let me know if that helps, if not, please let me know what operating system is on your computer and which program you use for your PDF's and I will try to find more specific instructions for you

I'm trying to attach multiple documents from the "Pages" app to my email. I'm using an ipad. It is only letting me attach one at a time and send each document as individual emails. I would like to be able to send one email with all 4 documents at the same time. Any suggestions?

But there is not a paperclip to click to attach any documents either. Is this all connected and something in my ipad settings needs to be adjusted?

You can only attach one file at a time to email in the Pages app
You cannot attach files in the mail app. If you want to email a file, you do it from within the app where the file is saved such as what you did with Pages.

You may press the start scan button on the printers control panel or use the HP solution center that must be installed in your computer to scan a document or photo.
Scan to email:
Some printers don't have the option in the control panel for scan to email. Mostly it is with the HP solution center software that should be installed in your printer.
Note:
For Windows the software is called HP solution center
For Mac it is called HP utility

You can select multiple adjacent files or folders by clicking on the first one then shift-click on the last one. Multiple non-adjacent files or folders can be selected one at a time by command clicking on each one. Click on any selected file or folder then drag/drop to trash.

I do agree with Bonzo that it seems strange that there isn't a way to do it *efficiently* without having to hook the iPad to a computer.
I know there is an alternative: in other words, you're right, Lawrence - it is possible to delete multiple files at once by following your instructions (i.e. tapping on each photo once, etc.) - but if you want to delete lots of photos, it takes ages to tap on every one of them.
Does anyone else out there know of a way to delete multiple photos on the iPad/iPhone/iPod touch without having to tap on each photo separately, or having to hook up to a computer?

How Do I "Disconnect" A Player From The Computer, Without Disconnecting

Okay, so here's what I want to do...
I do a lot of my "media management" on my computer at work (downloading and transcoding music), and so my music player is constantly connected to my computer. However, sometimes I want to use my player WHILE connected to the computer.
However, when it's connected, it's always in the "docked" mode. What I would like assistance doing is "disconnecting" the player from the computer from being "seen" by the computer, yet allow it to continue charging, while plugged into the computer. I know this can be done, as I've done it before (on Windows XP), but cannot remember how to.
Can anyone help me refigure out how to do this in Windows XP and also in Windows Vista, please?

Well, sadly, I have tried this, and it does not work. The computer still sees the player, it just isn't autodetected, but the player still sees that it is connected to the computer, so I cannot charge and listen to music when it's connected to the computer... :'(

How Can I Fax Multiple Documents in a Single Fax?

I need to fax several documents as a single fax. I scanned all the docs into my Mac and now have half a dozed individual files. I select all the files and launch them in preview, but when I go print to fax, only the currently displayed document is faxed. I have selected "Select All" but that did nothing. I don't think I should have to send each scan individually!!
Is there a simple way to fax multiple images/scans/documents/etc. to the same number in one shot, WITHOUT using a program like Word and importing all the scans and creating a multi page word doc.
You would thing Preview should be able to print all docs currently displayed in the side bar.
Any help or suggestions (including free/shareware programs) would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately. my Epson 3170 Photo does not come with scan-to-fax software.
I ended up creating a word doc and inserting the scans into it - on scan per page.

How do I move multiple fields from the end of the document to another section?

For some reason when I click Cntrl+V, it pastes the multiple fields at the end of my form rather than at the point of paste within the document.

Select all of the fields that you wish to copy then use Ctrl-C. Scroll to the part of the form where you want to paste the copied fields. Select the field that you want the paste to occur after (ie, the pasted fields will appear after/below the selected field) and use Ctrl-V.

How Can I delete multiple messages from the same address in Mac Mail

Hope this is in the correct Community. Hope someone can help me to delete multiple email messages from the same email address.
At the moment I can do it by holding down the Command key and highlighting each email, but that can be difficult with many messages
to delete. Is there a quicker way?

Thanks for the reply, appreciate your input. I did find another way of doing it and that is to highlight the first e-mail, hold down the shift key and click on the last one. That highlights them all and then they can all be deleted. Your ideas also work of course and I thank you for that. Cheers.

How do you select multiple emails from the contacts book.

Using 10.8.4. I would like to use mail and select multiple email address' from the contacts book to send the same message to multiple persons. I thought I used to be able to select more than one at a time from my contacts book. Am I crazy or did they change the way it works from the previous version of software.
Or, could you go to the contacts book and email from there. Either way it seems like it was easy to do and now I have to select one at a time and keep going back to the contacts/address book for another name.

Once you open a new message, you should be able to just start typing the first letters of the contact's name, and Mail should give you a dropdown to select from:
So, you should not have to go back and forth between your contacts and mail....anyone in your address book should show up on the dropdown as well as anyone you have received emails from or sent emails to even if they are not in your contacts....
Is that not what is happening for you? Are you using the Mail app on the Mac?

How can I scan multiple pages from the ADF to one pdf file?

I wirelessly scan double-sided multiple-page documents, typically 37 pages, using an ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) from my HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911g to my MacBook Pro. The scanner works fine except it tries to save the files as 37 separate files and either it or the MacBook runs out of memory as it turns it into a massive file, 300mb or so. How can I get it to just scan it as one file? I have the quality setting at 300dpi.

Thanks for the information I requested.
I am going to add a screen shot of what you should be seeing when scanning with the HP software.
You must have PDF selected to be able to scan a multiple page document into one folder.
Once you select PDF, you will see the option to Save as one file.

How do I remove multiple accounts from the iOS Notes?

I recently signed up for iCloud and began syncing all info across it. On my iPhone Notes app, it lists 3 accounts: On my iPhone, On my Mac, and iCloud. How do I remove On my iPhone and On my Mac, so that I am just using iCloud?

I did this awhile ago although I don't remember how I did it. I believe these accounts should disappear once you have deleted all the notes in their accounts on the iPhone. You might also look at the iTunes Info sync settings for your iPhone to see if the option is still there to disable it. Although I believe direct syncing and it's options were removed. You can also try swiping sideways on the accounts to see if the "Delete" button appears.

How do I open multiple locations from the History after selecting them with Ctrl+click?

Let's say I want to read some of the Mother Jones and Alternet articles I'd linked to from e-mails over the past in two months. I open my Firefox history. I do a search of the history libary to get a list of all the relevant locations. Then I use Control+click to select the few articles I want to read. I'd think Ctrl+O would open all those selected, but it doesn't. There must be a more efficient way than what I'm doing now, which is to open a new tab in the browser window, go to history, double click one line, wait for the page to load; open a new tab, go back to the history search results, click on a new location, wait as it loads, repeat.

Where are you viewing your History? <br />
Have you tried the History Sidebar? {Ctrl + H} <br />
You can {Ctrl + Click} the pages you want to open in new Tabs, one at a time. <br />
Also, if you have your Options > Tabs pref deselected for '''When I open a new tab, switch to it immediately''', it might be less distracting with all those pages opening in the background.
