Hey , Welcome to the HP Support Forum. I see that you're unable to use ePrint or enable webservices with your HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer. I would like to help. Have you tried the basic ePrint/webservices setup method as recommended by HP? If not, give that a shot first. If this is not new to you please read on, I have some more suggestions that might enable this feature for you. I recommend you set a Manual DNS on your printer. Here's how: Click on the HP ENVY 7640 icon on your PC desktop (note that I've used screenshots for a different printer, but the steps are essentially identical) to access the HP Printer Assistant. Click on the Embedded Web Server link (EWS) and then click on the network tab as indicated below: Next, click Wireless and then IPV4 Configuration as indicated below: Next, click on Manual DNS Server and input the numbers exactly as indicated below, clicking on Apply to complete this aspect of your setup: For the next step, you can use the EWS 'Webservices' tab to enable webservices/ePrint or enable from the printer's front panel by touching the icon. Touch OK to allow this feature to activate and also to allow for automatic printer updates. If you were able to complete the above-noted steps without issue, you will be ready to send your printer ePrint jobs. For more information on how to setup a custom ePrint address click here. If you're an Android or iOS device user, click here for more information on how to use the HP ePrint app. In its most basic iteration, you can send your printer ePrint jobs from any web-ready device by emailing content you want to print directly to your printer's @hpeprint.com address. I had a similiar problem, with my multiple devices. I open iTunes and when all devices were connected I went to the info section on each device. Under info I checked the sync calandars. Under that I click all calanders. I then did the apply in low right. I then did the sync function and it fixed it for me. You have to do this for each device.
I also checked the device (ipad,Iphone) themselves and change the calander selection to NO Catagory. Hope this helps.

Can't download an application from the net because of an apple security block

I can't install an application from the net because of some Apple security block. How do I remove or get around the block? The instructions in help say to double click the application and all that happenes is that I get the same window saying I can't install.

It's usually not necessary to change any security settings, and as a rule you shouldn't.
To make a one-time exception to the security policy, follow these instructions. They apply to Installer packages and other installable items as well as applications.
Some defective software installers may fail when Gatekeeper is enabled. Think carefully about whether you really want to run such an installer. If you do, temporarily change the setting to
Allow applications downloaded from: Anywhere
When the installation is done, revert the setting.
Some applications that don't have a developer signature have been reported not to launch the first time unless Gatekeeper is disabled. The warning message from Gatekeeper is that the application "is damaged and can’t be opened." Again, think carefully about whether you want to trust the application. There are a variety of file formats for storing and sending video. You will probably want to install VLC, which handles most open formats. RealPlayer is used on their proprietary format.

The most straightforward way (assuming your iPhone 3GS is running iOS 6, which it should be) is to use iCloud to house your contacts.
Then it would be trivial to have your contacts synced and maintained between your MacBook Pro and your iPhone.
P.S.: Sorry, I said contacts but meant notes. iCloud would work for both.

You can install Oracle Web Services Manager (OWSM) as a stand alone product, but the easiest way would be to use the OracleAS SOA Suite Developer Preview, that contains all the SOA components (OWSM, J2EE, BPEL, ESB, ...)

My @me emails don't push and I can't send @me mails from the phone

Hi all, for the at least the fourth time since I've had it my 3G iphone has stopped receiving push mobile me emails.
I also can't send emails out from the @me address on the phone (although I can do perfectly from my MBP)
Is this a common problem? is ther any fool proof way of fixing it? Are there any settings I should double check?
The account was set up by my mac when I first synced it to the phone, I have reset all the mail account settings using the tick box in itunes.
Any help appreciated!

Sending has never been a problem with my MM account, which is a former .Mac account that I accessed with my first generation iPhone for over a year and for the last 6 months with my iPhone 3G. I prefer not accessing my MM account via push for email - automatically fetching every 30 minutes is fine with me as there is never any email sent to me so important that I need to be notified and the message delivered as soon as the message is recieved at the incoming mail server, so I can't comment on push access not working properly.
I suggest deleting and manually recreating the account with the iPhone's mail client - disable including the account settings being transferred to your iPhone via the iTunes sync process followed by deleting and manually re-creating the account with the iPhone's mail client.

I purchaced A TV series on Itunes and I can only view 30 seconds of the show.

I bought a tv series and can only play 30 seconds out of 45 minutes....please help.

I am having the same issue. It shows the entire series purchased. I downloaded episode 1, no issues. now i am on episode 2. i downloaded it. at 1st i could only hear audio. i rebooted, now i can only see 30 seconds of the episode.

Can only print one page to the Adobe PDF printer "device".

When I print to the Adobe PDF printer device I can only print one document. When I print a second document I get the message "Adobe PDF Creation cannot continue because Acrobat is not activated." However, if I reboot, I can again print a single document.
I'm running Windows 7 pro-64 bit. I have Adobe Acrobat X pro, version 10.1.7 installed AND ACTIVATED.
Any suggestions for solving this damn headache would be much appreciated. I'm sure tired of rebooting to print PDFs.

OK, here are a couple of ideas to try....
Go to Help and try Detect and Repair.
If you have Acrobat, you can try to distill the document or try a Save As

I think SAP have changed the hardcoded PRINT event to BTX_PRINT event. Try to change this event in your blueprint table. (See 850647 oss note)

Instead of using a sequence I suggest you use a state machine. By using a state machine you can begin anywhere you like.

Web service error: WS Security can only be applied on a SOAP document

I am facing the problem that when calling a web service I got this error message:
005056B855B2002A0000013B000032C70005105EF7348C38 : WS Security can only be applied on a SOAP document.
Some information about the webservice:
Transport Binding: HTTP SOAP with Attachments
Authentication: Basic
Netweaver version: 7.01.06
The webservice is based on EJB. Basically I want to add two operations in the webservice: one to accept attachment as input. the other one returns a file as attachment.
Does anyone knows why this happens and how to resolve it? Thanks in advance!

I lost my iphone (4). I ended up buying a new 4S. NOW my original iphone has been found. I had had the 4 disabled and it can only be utilized now for emergency calls. How do I backup my original phone and get all the contacts?

I lost my iphone and had to replace it. All my contacts were on my original iphone which wasa a version 4.
I had to replace the phone and now have a 4S. I had never backed up my original phone. How do I download all my contacts to icloud etc so I can upload to my new 4S?
Right now the original phone is "disabled" and it tells me I have to enter my 4 digit pin. It also says the only calls I can make are for assistance...
Once I have downloaded my contacts from original phone to icloud???...how do I sink my new 4 S.
Also, I have a new ipad and it has 3 G. I have lots of data in my ipone plan and don't need more. How do I "share" the data plan between my iphone and ipad? How do I keep the data backed up that is on both iphone and ipad.

In Regards to this, You possibly wont be able to get the contacts from the iPhone 4 unless there is a back up file on your computer.
The original phone would be disabled due to alot of attempts of the wrong passcode. If all your contacts are on the cloud at the moment, you would be able to just set the iPhone 4S up with iCloud on it then Turn On "Contacts".
This would be bring all the contacts down from your iCloud onto your 4S.
But you will only be able to merge your contacts with the cloud when your original iPhone either has been enabled or the passcode was entered.
If you have previously already had iCloud on that device and have contacts Turned on, you will be able to just enter the same Apple ID you used for iCLoud on your original phone and use it on your new one.
Your able to check what content your iCloud holds via www.icloud.com
If you are unable to get past the disabled screen, then unfortunately the device will have to be put into recovery mode and then restored via iTunes NOTE: This will delete all data.
