HP 8610 wont find Ipad

Question

I have tried the solutions already posted for not able to print from Ipad and the Ipad still wont find the Air Printer.
I have a new HP 8610 and I can print using the HP e print from the Ipad and the desk top PC work perfect. The printer SSID is the same, the internet is connected, the IP address is 192.168.1.106 on the ipad and 192.168.1.107 on the printer. Could this be the issue?

Your IP address do not look problematic at all. Please complete the following steps and let me know the outcome;
Solution one: Restart all devices and check network connections
Follow these steps to restart the router, Apple device, and HP printer, and then check the network connections.
Step 1: Turn the router, the Apple device, and the HP printer off
Follow these steps to turn the router, Apple device, and the printer off.
Turn off the router. Check with the router manufacturer for instructions on how to turn off the router.
NOTE:Do not reset the router.
Press the Power button to turn off the HP printer.
Turn off the Apple device.
Step 2: Turn the router and the printer back on
Follow these steps to turn on the router and printer again.
Turn on the router, and then wait 30 seconds to let it complete its start-up process.
Turn on the printer. Wait until the initialization process completes.
NOTE:Do not turn on the Apple device yet.
Step 3: Make sure that the printer is on the network
Follow these steps to make sure that the HP printer is on the network.
From the printer control panel, print a Network Configuration Report. Consult your manual for steps if you are unsure how to print this report.
Check the Active Connection Type in the General Information section on the report. The connection type should be Wireless.
Check the status in the 802.11 Wireless section on the report. The status should be Connected. The printer IP Address also displays in the 802.11 section of the report for active wireless connections.
Make sure that the Network Name (SSID) on the report is the same as the name of the wireless network for your networked printer.
If the HP printer is connected to the correct wireless network, continue to the next step.
If the HP printer is not connected to the correct wireless network, go to HP Customer Care , type your product number in the search field, and then browse to the support document about how to connect your printer to a wireless network.
Step 4: Turn on the Apple device and check the network connection
Follow these steps to connect the Apple device to the network.
Turn your Apple device back on.
Tap the Settings icon ().
Tap Wi-Fi.
Make sure that Wi-Fi is set to On, and that there is a checkmark next to your wireless network name.
Move your Apple device as close to the router as possible, but no closer than 6 ft (1.8 m).
Return to the Settings menu, tap General, and then make sure that Bluetooth is set to Off.
Try to print.
