Hp Color laserjet 3500 not work - help wated

My printer laserjet 3500 has been out of work for a week.
It tell these;
1. Open lower rear door. Fuser is Hot. Press both sides of fuser to ensure it is fully seated.
2. Close the door. Turn off printer then turn on. If errors reappears, record message and cotact suppor.
I keep doing per suggestion, but out come still the same. I rang Hp service support, the guy asked me to send e-mail. I could not find support e-mail address but reach this board. Can any Hp-technician support help me out? Please.
Question:
a) Does the printer need repair?
b) Estimated cost.

Try installing the windows 8.1 drivers from HP's support site, those are more likely to work.
For any issues clarify your OS version, is it 32 or 64 bit?

Urgently need a driver for my HP color laserjet 3500 to install on new laptop with Windows 7! HP and Windows sites say there is no driver for Windows 7. I really love my printer but need the driver. What can I do?

According to this HP website, Vista driver only works for 64 bits win7

Color Scheme Updates Not Working

Color schemeing is hugely helpful for me. I recently migrated from a Win7 machine to a Mac and have been trying to change the color scheme. I uploaded a dark scheme I found, that worked okay, but when I go in to make some additional tweaks, they simply don't save. I'll make the change > click OK > go back go the Preferences menu, review the change I made, but it won't show. As if the change didn't happen at all.
Quit the app after making the change doesn't seem to really help either.
Anyone experience anything like this?

I may be a little confused, but if you are working with a gray or white layer the color burn will not work as there is no color to work on. Does that make sense?

the settings are gone, i guess. But even worse, I cannot get the iPad2 to play Full HD thru the Apple digital AV adaptor using apps that support (and advertise this), like AVPlayer HD. This definiteley used to work before one of the last iOS upgrades. (I am now at 5.1.1).

It all depends on the codec the file uses, Karli.
What model of camcorder is this video coming from?
Are you working on a Mac or a PC? Have you got the latest version of Quicktime, per the program requirements? When you started your project, did you select the settings for a DSLR at 720p? This is a vital step since it will activate the components your computer will need to work with many of these types of files.

I upgraded other night to 10.4.10 and I'm now unable to print to my USB connected HP Color Laserjet 3500 printer. Anyone have any idea what might be the cause and how to fix it?
FYI, I already tried reinstalling the driver and fix the permission but no luck.

1. Right click speaker icon (right hand corner)
2. Select Microphone devices
3. Right click Microphone
4. Enable it
5. Click Apply/Ok
