HP Color LaserJet CM2320 MFP Series PCL 6 - Colour Priniting Issue

Hi,
We have a HP Color LaserJet CM2320 MFP Series PCL 6 at work and it has started to print incorrect colours, when printing a document that should come out as grey and red it comes out as green for the grey and yellow for the red. Some of the cartridges are getting low but none have run out so not sure what to do. Can someone please help as we have things we need to print but they are not printing correctly.
I did try calloing for support hbut after speaking to two sets of people I got put back onto the voice active service whcih just took me around and around in circles and didn;t get me to human being so I gave up.

Hello!
I'm new here so please forgive my mistakes.
I have a Samsung s 5230 phone and a HP Color LaserJet CM2320 MFP. The phone has the option to print pictures, sms and e mails via a printer that has bluetooth. I don't want to buy a printer, so I thought, could it work if I emulate a Printer on my computer and send the things i want to print out from my phone to my computer and print it out over the hp pc suite and the network? i dont know a emulator for computer is this possible or has hp something like that? please help me.
I hope you understand what I mean.
Shematic:
get sms -> s5230 system print out-> computer gets the data over bluetooth and a printer emulator -> HP pc suite prints it out hope you can help me... =)

Unable to UNINSTALL "hp Color LaserJet CM1312 MFP Series" from Windows7 64bit OS on HP-8730w

i am unable to UNINSTALL the "hp Color LaserJet CM1312 MFP Series" from Windows7 64bit OS installed on HP Notebook 8730w Mobile Workstation.
If i click the uninstall button using the original printer driver CD, nothing happens; no error messages either.

This seems to be a commercial product. For the best chance at finding a solution I would suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support!

HP COLOR LASERJET CM2320 MFP DO NOT SETUP IT ON THE WIN7 64BIT USİNG IT ON THE NETWORK

my hp color laserjet 2320 mfp is not possible to setup it on the my win7 64bits when ı want use it like network printer.But since 2 weeks ago ı can see it on the network when ı want to install it using orginal hp product sotware.When installing the software is not found by software on the network.Why ı am not able reinstall it again.But so intresting it is possible install it using win7 64bits drivers.İf ı install it by these drivers ı can not use all funtions of the printer.I want use orginal software for installing it on my computer and to use all faciliies.I tried all possibilities for windows part .Delete all drivers from pc,registry part but no solution. ı would like find a solution.ıs it possible any problem windows part if it is. what kind of problem and solution.Please give me a help...

HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP ME PCL 6

I've been using the printer for about 1 month and no problems. Just tried to print a document and now its printing with color lines thruout the page horizintally. checked my cartridges and it shows they are more than 50 % full.

I hope this helps, but if the issue persists, what you can do, is use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

HP laserjet CM2320 mfp series printer.

My printer screen is just blue. There are no messages on the screen except the HP logo. All the menus does not rrespond. What will I do to reset it to the previous state of operation???

This almost 2 Months now we are trying to get a printer repair by HP.
I was not expected such a horrible and poor service support from reputed company like HP. Actually there is no service and support form HP products.
We have already paid Approx 17K just to see the printers by the HP service people , as till date have not received feedback for the spares and further services.
Today when I have called your representative, we have been advised that there is shortage of Spares at HP as it very special spares. Assured me for a feedback.
Its only name left otherwise your product and your services are almost dead.
Anyway if you are still interested to help us and to sort our issue then please organise the things son war footing otherwise please confirm us to throw the printer from our organisation. And stop making fool of people and sophisticated way of thieving their money by selling your products and services.

You may most likely need a HP Toolbox FX to configure the settings and put password protection.
Open HP ToolboxFX in one of these ways:
In the Windows system tray, double-click the HP ToolboxFX icon ( ).
On the Windows Start menu, click Programs (or All Programs in Windows XP and Vista), clickHP , click HP Color LaserJet CM2320 MFP Series , and then click HP ToolboxFX .

HP Color Laserjet CM1312nfi MFP cannot scan

Dear HP support,
I use a MacBook and my printer is an HP Color Laserjet CM1312nfi MFP. When doing the HP setup assitant I connect the printer to the MacBook with a USB cable but the assistant does not recognize the printer and I cannot carry on with the setup process. What do I need to do? My OSX version is 10.10.2

Scanning is no longer supported on Yosemite, only printing and faxing are available for the operating system as you may find listed by this chart for the HP Color LaserJet CM1312 MFP Series:

The HP setup assitant is not a part of the software provided for 10.10, it is intended for older verisons of the OS and therefore it does not work
You may try the 3rd party Vuescan scanning software which seems to support your scanner with no need for any other driver:

HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177 Series Fax sends but won't receive faxes

I can send faxes using HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177 Series Fax but I cannot receive them. I have faxed test pages and the setup is correct. Any suggestions?

Do you have an answer machine on this line? If so, how many rings to answer is this set to?
Do you have an Internet Service on this line?

HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw - PostScript support?

I'm looking to purchase a new printer/scanner/copier(/fax is a nice to have, but not mandatory), and I'm deciding between the following models:
HP LaserJet Pro 100 color MFP M175nw
HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw
PostScript support is important for me, and I know that the 175 has this. However, I'm not sure about the 177, even after digging through several web pages and documents. Here's what I found:
- The main specs page for the 177 says that it supports "PCLm". I'm not familiar with this PCL variant, so I don't know how it compares to PCL5 or PCL6, etc. I was unable to find more information on "PCLm".
- The "Software Included" section of Page 2 of the PDF datasheet for the 177 mentions "HP PostScript" driver. This is the only place where I've seen any potential indication that the 177 supports PostScript. This section also mentions a "PCLmS" driver. I could not find any further information on "PCLmS".
- The for User Guide the 177 only mentions PostScript in a section that refers to ePrint. However, it does not imply that the 177 itself supports PostScript.
- The Product Specifications page (in the Support section of the HP site) for the 177 has a "Printing Specifications" section which lists only "PCL3 GUI" next to "Device languages".
I'm guessing that the 177 does not support PostScript, but does anyone have any more definitive information? Also, is there a description of PCLm / PCLmS somewhere?

Hi ,  I would be happy to help shed some light on the issue your are having with trying to setup this Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw to receive your faxes on your PC.  I have looked into this further for you, and I'm pretty sure this model doesn't support receiving faxes on your PC. You can double check to make sure I haven't missed it in the COLOR LASERJET PRO MFP M177 User Guide.
I did however locate a different model, where in the manual does provide instructions on how to set this feature up but it is a black only printer. Its the LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw (again black only, no colour.)
Step 5 (Optional): Configure settings for receiving digital faxes (Windows) The product can save incoming digital faxes to a computer folder. Use the HP Digital Fax Setup Wizard to configure the settings. This feature is available only for Windows. 1. Click Start, and then click Programs. 2. Click HP, click the name of the product, and then click Digital Fax Setup Wizard. 3. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the settings.  HP also has this feature available on it's HP Officejet Pro 8610/8620/8630 e-All-in-One Printers, which are Colour Inkjets. Some of the commerical products also support this feature but I'm unsure of which ones. I would really suggest contacting HP Shopping for more information on these models. Mac cannot detect scanner option on HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw after trying every method

I have recently purchased the new printer HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw and I am having a lot of trouble trying to scan. I have spend hours trying to fix this.
I have tried all the methods on this website, (trying through preview, printers and scanners (no scanner option showing) image capture, etc. I have also installed all the necessary drivers with no luck (CD and from HP website)
Then I tried all the other methods that were listed, I have tried restarting, deleting drivers and proceeding through image capture, preview and sanner and printers, it just does not have scan option anywhere.
The printer is working fine though, and I am connected to the printer through wifi
I do not know what else to try, please help.

I see by your post that you aren't able to scan through the wireless network. I would really like to be able to help you resolve this issue.
When you added the printer, did you add it as a Bonjour printer or did you have to type in the IP address and add it through IP Protocal? The reason I am asking is because when adding the printer through IP Protocal you can only print, your not able to scan with the printer added this way.
Check the driver name that is installed for the printer. It should list just the printer's name. (HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw )
Click the Apple menu and then click System Preferences. Click Printers & Scanners, highlight the printer name on the left side and on the right side of the screen should show the name.
If the printer name isn't listed properly, delete it and add the printer name back in from the list. Click the - sign to delete the driver and then click the + sign to add the driver. (you might have to click the drop down to select the printer's name to add it in)
If you are still having issues, uninstall the printer software.
Uninstalling the Printer Software.
Repair the Disk Permissions on the Mac:
Close all applications.
On the Apple menu bar, click Go, click Applications and then click Utilities.
Double-click Disk Utility.
Highlight your hard drive/partition on the left.
Click Verify and then Repair Disk Permissions.
Restart the computer.
Empty the trash.
Reset the Printing System:
Note: This will remove all printers in the print and Fax/Scan, any printer removed can be re-added later by clicking the plus (+) symbol.
Click the Apple icon and then click System Preferences.
Click Printers & Scanners.
Right-click (or Ctrl +click) in the left white side panel, then click Reset printing system.
Click OK to confirm the reset.
Type the correct Name and Password.
Click OK to reset the printing system.
Then install the printer software again. HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M176/M177 Series Software.
If the issue persists, connect the printer directly to the Mac and try and scan through a USB connection. Just to rule out a network issue.
