I can't view your image files - they both show just as rounded-corner filled triangles in white squares, like this:
Don't know whether it's settings on my machine, or something wrong with your image files, or something else that affects other people as well.

    Hey @Germanimagenet ,
I suspect your question would be better answered in the HP Enterprise Business Community, as your HP Printer is a commercial model.

  • How to avoid the page timeout with the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise CP4025?

We are using a DOS application developed with DB4 and running always on the same XP workstation. One month ago we changed our previous HP color printer (was broken) buying a newest CP4025. With the previous HP color printer, and also with another printer we have (HP Color LaserJet CP2025), our application works very well. But using the CP4025 now we have a problem.
When our application prints in PCL mode, sends the first part of job, then the application perform some calculation tasks with the database and sends the final part after about 30 seconds. We don't know why, but the CP4025 seems to have a timeout after about 15 seconds that cause closing the printing job with a sort of end of page, printing wrongly a half page, and after a new page with the second half of the real single page.
Why the CP4025 have a so short timeout? Our previous HP and also the CP2025 works well with our application, without perform any kind of short timeout.
Anybody knows how is it possible to avoid this timeout with the CP4025?

In theory PCL5 jobs should only be terminated and forced to finish printing via either an IO timeout, the network connection being closed, or an end of job command in PCL5.
You can check/change the default IO timeout value through the front screen. You'll find it by navigating to Configure Device->I/O->I/O Timeout. I would recommend making sure it is set to something around 120 seconds.
Do you know whether the application itself is generating the PCL5 job, or whether it is going through a print driver to generate the job?

    Hi,
I am one of users of HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color MFP M575.
I would like to know can I set the printer do not print my fax number and fax header on paper when I fax my document to others.
I had login as admin but I did not see where I can config it.
    Thank you.

There is no change to this problem after 6 months since the last post. Put simply, and as stated in the previous posts, there is no way to scan a document and receive the image on your PC. If you are working with graphics for any length of time or want to create an image for inclusion as an image in a document or web page using this piece of equipment will not allow you to do so.
Great shame as every other function works well - it cannot be beyond the wit of HP to include a Windows application that enables you to scan an image, receive it in the software you are using at the time (e.g. Outlook, Word, Photoshop...) and use it in your work.
HP Printers several years older than this £1000+ Enterprise printer were able to do this simple job and have done so for a great many years. Just being able to use Microsoft's Fax and Scan would be start.

  • HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color MFP M575 - Can't scan from Windows

We recently purchased and installed an HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color MFP M575 to be used as a networked all-in-one solution for a number of offices. I have been able to get it set up on our network and have installed the appropriate drivers on the requested Windows 7 x64 machines, and network printing works perfectly. However, it seems that despite the fancy scanning features available from the all-in-one itself (scan to email, scan to a network folder, etc.), I can't find any way to do an old-fashioned scan from Windows.
I have installed the full software solution available on the driver download page for the device, and while Windows lists the device as a "Multi Function Printer; Scanner" it does not recognize it as an actual scanner. The built-in Windows Fax and Scan simply reports that no scanners are installed. The software installation did not include the HP Solution Center (which I am used to seeing from my experience with various other HP all-in-one devices) or any equivalent for direct scanning. The driver download page for the device does not include any separate scanning drivers, so I can't be certain if they were included with the full installation or exist at all. Some of our staff also use Adobe Acrobat to scan, and even that fails to recognize the MFP as a scanner.
We'll eventually be setting up the device to scan directly to a network folder, but we need a fallback while IT takes their time getting it set up; I can't imagine that the simplest option is not available at all. I must be missing something here, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: To add, I also ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor. Interestingly, it reports the device as a printer and only offers to "Fix Printing" without any sort of resolution for my scanning problem.

  • LaserJet Enterprise 500 color Printer M551 walk up usb printing

We have a few  LaserJet Enterprise 500 color Printer M551 that we use with walk up usb printing.
the problem is that somtimes when a document is saved directly on the usb drive you get two files called "documentname.pdf" and "._documentname.pdf", now the hidden file is normaly a few kb in size and no problem exept it shows up as the first documents on the printer and this makes the printer spew out random characters,
is there a way to make the printer not show hidden files?

  • HP Color Laserjet 1515n won't print

Haven't been able to find an answer anywhere.  Even disconnected from the network and stand-alone, the HP Color LaserJet 1515n (product number CC377A bought at Costco not too long ago) won't print.  Can't print configuration page, no demo page.  Nothing.  It just sits there saying "printing" and flashing but never does anything else.  Tried resetting through the menus. Didn't work.  Tried holding down the right arrow and X to reset NVRAM.  Didn't work.  Any help?  For when I do get the printer to work on it's own, I'm on Windows 7.

    http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-All-in-One-Install-Setup/How-to-load-the-scanner-driver-for-HP-...
    Dear Experts
I have installed a HP Color LaserJet 2840 on windows 7 OS (I am not sure if it supported OS or not ) that was given to me by a friend.
It is a network printer but the driver that I had installed ( downloaded from HP website ) doesn’t have a scan utility that can be used by any PC connected to my home network.
What I am doing right now I connected the printer using a USB cable and I am using “Windows Fax and Scan ” option to do scan.
Printing no problem all PCs are able to print
Any suggestion how can I overcome this issue ?
    Thanks

    >> ...  Preserver Orientation is also checeked ... I don't know what this means (I don't have access to a LaserJet CM6040, or its drivers, or to Windows Server 2008, so it may be something like a driver setting which I'm not familiar with?). First thing you need to do is to try to establish whether the problem is associated with the printer, or the printer control sequences generated by the printer driver (or perhaps something else). Print a small sample (sanitised data) document which you know exhibits the problem when printed, but select the 'print to file' option in the Print dialogue. Then analyse the content of the resultant .prn file to see just what the printer is being told to do. If you could supply a suitable .prn file, I could analyse it.With the old Enterprise printer forums, you could post file attachments, but now that all printing support has moved to these  Consumer forums, you can't do that (at least, not until you've used the forums enough to become trusted). You can perform some analysis yourself, using the PRN FIle Analyse tool in the PCL Paraphernalia application, available via http://www.pclparaphernalia.eu
