Hp Deskjet 3525 problem with 364 ink - misleading information

I've bought original 364 ink. 364 ink because after Printer installation in my Operation system i have "HP Deskjet 3520 series" Printer plus Printer Software is identifying it as 3520 series Printer.
Keeping it in mind I bought Ink 364 for 3520 Printer but this ink is identified as "incorrect cartridge", after detailed investigation I've discovered that on the bottom side of Printer i have small label with information that my printer is 3525 model, after further investigation it appears that i need different kind of INK.
OFC I'm unable to replace already opened INK in the place where i bought it.
FYI even driver for 3525 printer is named 3520.
Question: Is there a way to activate 364 Ink in my 3525 Printer ? or the only way is to buy another INK (655)
This question was solved.

Hello Milosz123,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I am sorry to hear about the confusing information regarding which inks need to be used in your Deskjet ink Advantage 3525. From the information I have been able to find, the inks used are the same.
There could however be a different number depending on the region or location you bought / use the printer.
Try the steps outlined here: 'Incompatible Ink Cartridge' or 'Ink Cartridge Must Be Replaced' Message Displays on the Control Pan.... If those steps are unsuccessful, I would then suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you.

    Hi Bart,
The description of the field VBKD-BSTKD will appear in sales order (VA01/02/03) Header  Order data tab.
If you notice the text for below one it is PO Number where Number starts with upper-case N and it iis not the one which you changed.
Also this is a hyperlink to sales header order data screen.
You need to enhance the code via sales exit to fix this.

  • Problem with "View project-level information" permission when accessing build definition in Visual Studio Online

    Hi,
from some time all our team members are experiancing problems when acsessing list of builds on Visual Studio Online or when trying to edit build definition in Visual Studio. Error message suggests problem with missing View project-level information permission:
"TF50309: The following account does not have sufficient permissions to complete the operation: XXXXXXXX. The following permissions are needed to perform this operation: View project-level information."
I've checked permissions of my User account and Group. "View project-level information" is set to Allow on both levels. We didn't make any changes in security configuration recently. Does anyone faced similar problem?
Short term solution was to add all users, to Project Collection Administrators Group, but it is not what we would like to live with.

It seems that the problem was fixed and Project Collection Administrators permissions are no longer required. Great :-)

  • A problem with the ink cartidge

    Hello,
I'm from Israel so some of the things I'm gonna say are translated from hebrew. My printer is "HP psc 1315 all-in-one". About a week ago I changed ink cartidges, and they worked fine until yesterday. Yesterday, for some reason I had an error on my computer telling me that I need to straighten my ink cartidges - but when I press on the button in order to straighten them, it doesn't do anything but move to the next message as if it was straightened. In my printer, next to "check of ink cartidge", there is a flickering red light, and next to "copies" it says "E". Anyway, it doesn't let me print anything right now.
I tried some stuff, such as the options I saw on the computer regarding the printer, and some physical stuff like moving with my hands the ink cartidges and even removing the printer's plug from the outlet. All of these didn't help.
What can I do in order to get my printer printing again?

Try the troubleshooting steps here., especially the part about cleaning the cartridge contacts.

  • HP Deskjet 1510, Problems with printer setup

I'm trying to install my new HP Deskjet 1510 All-In-One printer and I've been having a really rough time with it. My operating system is Windows 7 64-bit.
When connecting the printer to my laptop via the usb port it always says that the usb device is not recognizable, and I can never finish the installation and link my printer to my pc. Within the control panel it is described as an "unknown device". Right now the printer functions just fine as a copy machine, and it's the second one I have tried so it can't be broken. I've also already tried swapping out the usb cord for a fresh one but that didn't seem to help either. Is there a seperate driver I should download for the usb cord?
    Any advice is appreciated!

    Hello Technicolor,
    Welcome to the HP Forums.
I see we are having a bit of an issue getting the printer installed on your Windows 7 computer.
First off, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Please click on the following link that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector.
Please remove the usb cable from the printer and from the computer and leave it disconnected until further notice.
The next step is to remove any software that may have been installed incorrectly. To do so, please click on the following link for Uninstalling the Printer Software.
Once the uninstall is complete, please restart the computer.
When the computer is back up and running, please click on the next link and save the file to the Desktop so that it creates its own icon. This will make it easy to find when the download is complete. HP Deskjet 1510 e-All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers.
The installation will give you step by step instruction's.  It will also tell you when to connect the usb cable so please do not connect it until prompted to do so.
If the troubleshooting does not help resolve your issue, I would then suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you. If you are calling within North America, the number is 1-800-474-6836 and for all other regions, click here: click here.

  • Problem with reading MP3 tag information

This may be a simple fix, but I'm having no luck figuring it out. I've got an application here that scans through a given directory for all files. We are going to assume that all files below the given parent directory are *.mp3 files. Every file we find is going to have its path stored into an ArrayList. After the ArrayList is created, we will then through the ArrayList, getting the String value which is a path to our MP3 file.
The application works well when I am simply printing out the ArrayList to the console. It's printing out everything in the ArrayList. The ArrayList consists of both directories and paths to actual files. The problem comes when I am trying to take the String from the ArrayList, pass it into my getID() method. Here is the code. i've commented the line in my main method that is giving me problems.

    System.out.println (ID3_2.getArtist () + " - " + ID3_2.getTitle ());
If I type in an actual String that is a path to an MP3, such as:
getID("/home/tristan/My Music/Incubus - Drive.mp3"); Everything works fine. I've tried casting the value pulled from the ArrayList as a String and then passing it to the getID() method, but my exception I am getting is:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ClassCastException: java.io.File cannot be cast to java.lang.String
            at audioidreader.Main.main(Main.java:38)
Java Result: 1Line 38 is the line I have commented out. Any ideas?

You're right. That is a bit misleading. Anyway, I
decided to not cast (String) to it. It was a simple
fix just like I figured, but of course I figure it
out after I made the post.
getID (files.get (i).toString ());fixed my problem. Thank you.But not in the correct way. You should really use the canonical path or the absolute path.

  • HT1918 Problem with change Pay method Information

I'm trying to enter MasterCard account I have worked in retail outlets but also hide NONE (without a bank account)

What happens when you try to add your card, and what sort of card is it, credit or debit ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is and if it's being declined then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

  • Problems with MainConcept and Startup - information please?

I'm trying to help some friends who have PhotoShop Elements on their 64-bit Vista computer.  Beginning a day or two ago, whenever they'd start their computer, two Explorer windows open, both to "Documents."  I wasn't able to find anything that looked like it should cause such a problem, finally settled for systematically going thru the ENTIRE (extensive!!) list of Startup programs in System Configuration Utility (Start > msconfig.exe), and disabling a Startup program, and then doing a Restart.  When the machine would start back up, the two Explorer windows would again open.  I would go back into SCU, re-enable the last, and then disable the next.
Finally, when I disabled MainConcept, the problem went away.  I tried several restarts;  it really seems to have solved the problem.  When I re-enabled it, the problem returned.  All other Startup programs are enabled;  this is the only change.
Has anyone else seen a problem like this?
    Any explanation?
What are the implications of leaving MainConcept disabled in Startup?

I have already tried reducing the MTU as well as the Beacon Level, Threshold, and Fragmentation. That did not work. To get the ip address of the modem is where I do cmd prompt ipconfig right. If so, I have not done that yet and since I am at work I will do that when I get home. the ports I have opened on the router for the xbox were 80, 88, 53, and 3074. Like I said when I did that it actually got worse cause my NAT was open but then it went to Strict.

Hi  - Go ahead and try the steps in this document.  It will walk you through cleaning the contacts on both the cartridge and in the carriage.  What can happen over time is ink residue can accumulate on the contacts preventing the ink cartridges from working properly.  If this doesn't resolve the issue, try setting the cartridge with the nozzles face down on a damp paper towel for about 45 seconds just to resolve any problems with the ink nozzles.
    Hope that helps.
