Welcome to the HP community,
I read your message about the alignment page not printing when the screen displays that it is. I would personally think that there could be an ink cartridge problem causing the alignment page not to print and I have a few suggestions for  you to try.
1. Reset the Printer and try printing the alignment page again:
Press the Power button to turn on the product.
With the product turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 15 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.
If the product does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.

    Hi , I see by your post that you are unable to print, copy or scan in black. I will certainly do my best to help you. I would do a hard reset to see if that will resolve the issue.
    Leave the printer on and unplug the power cable from the printer and wall outlet for 60 seconds.
    Then reconnect the power cable to the printer and wall outlet rather than a surge protector.

    I have a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 All in One printer. The problem i am facing is that printer starts printing even when the paper tray is closed and paper gets rolled. Earler it used to give amessage on compter screen that paper tray is closed.

    Hello there! Welcome to the forums @ShobhitK ,
    I understand your Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 is printing when the paper tray is closed. I have had the same thing happen to me too! I, personally now leave my paper tray open all of the time to avoid the paper being fed through the rollers with the tray closed.
    If that isn't an option for you, you could try running the Print and Scan Doctor tool if you are running a Windows operating system. The tool might correct any software errors to hopefully have the printer prompt you with the message that the tray is closed, if you happen to print with the tray still closed again.
    If you are on a Mac, you can try Mac OS X: How to reset the printing system and re-adding the printer.

  • HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 Ink Catridge Cannot move at a particular location.

    My HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 is fucntioning properly except that it stops prinitng at a particular point of a document. It will print fine all other documents without a problem. But there are some pages in my pdf documents which will create a problem in my printer while priniting. There is no problem in the document but the printer will stop printing and tells that the ink catridge cannot move. It is like I have 14 lines in my document. It will print fine upto 10 lines and after that the problem occurs. It will never print after that point. But it will print fine if I try to print any other different documents. I have check for paper jam or smearing and everything I could but none of them is helping. Please help me.

    I see that you are having some printing issues.
    Is the issue only with the one program that you are using for that particular document?
    I suggest that we start off by simply running the HP Print and Scan Doctor.

  • Incompatible ink cartridge for hp deskjet ink advantage 3545

    I recently purchased hp deskjet ink advantage 3545. Till yesterday it was working fine. Today it started giving an error of  incompatible ink cartridge. I have neither changed the cartridge neither refilled the ink. In this forum I read that it could be issue of power cable. However, I also have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet. Please help.

  • Problem with HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 printer

    Hello. First of all I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year!
    I recently bought a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 printer. The printer works fine (prints, scans and copies). There is only one problem with it. It returns me an error when I'm shutting it off. This happens very often but not always, it is kinda annoying. The error is displayed as: ERROR CODE 0X02B7C2ED SM_MODULE C  (the error is also shown on the image). I tried to Google the problem but without effects. I don't know what could be the problem. Can someone help me please, because I have no idea what could be the issue. Thanks for any replays.

  • Can I connect HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 to multiple routers

    Hi 
    I recently purchased HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 and have connected it to one wireless router.  I have 3 routers at home to cover a large area. How can I connect HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 to multiple routers? 
    Is giving a static IP address an only option? What are the drawbacks of using a static address, if any?

    Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
    HP printers, in your case the Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545, can only connect to one router. If you have three routers setup in your home, to print you will need to be on the network the printer is connected with.
    If these routers are setup like repeaters, then it is possible for this to work, but not supported by printer support. If you are not sure if your setup is consisting of two routers being repeaters, watch this HP video to learn more.

  • Where do I find driver software for Windows 7 for HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515 Printer

    I have a new HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515 Printer.  When installing it Windows 7 keeps saying unable to
    install Deskjet 1510 as windows cannot find driver software.  Where can I find it.  I have the Disc and tried
    going online to no success.  Anybody help.

    I understand you have a Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515 printer that you'd like to use with just the color cartridge. I will certainly do my best to assist you with this.
    Your printer definitely has the ability to print with just the one cartridge, as indicated in your printer's User Guide (on page 28) , but you do have to remove the black cartridge to do this. If you have removed the black cartridge and it still won't print, I would certainly recommend checking your ink levels (page 25 in the User Guide) to make sure the color cartridge has enough ink. If it does have plenty of ink please reinsert the black cartridge, close up all of the access doors and then pull the power cord from the rear of the printer. Wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in. Once the printer is settled, try removing the black cartridge and see if you can print with just the color cartridge again.

    Hello.
    My HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 1515 printer has been working correctly since a year.
    I had to replace both ink cartridges and I changed only the black one since I needed that one most. 
    But, the lights keep flashing and the printer wont print. Please help?

    Hi prabirsen,
    You can run the add printer wizard to install the Generic Driver, (this will create a 2nd printer icon-select the one you want when printing from certain applications) or Update the printer driver you have now to work with the HP Software.
    To run the add printer wizard:
    For Windows 7: Go to start, devices and printers, then click add printer across the top.
    For Windows 8: From the start up screen, (tiles menu) type in "Devices and Printers", select settings, click on Devices and Printer, click on add a printer.
    Updating the printer driver so it can be used with the HP Software.
    Installing an Alternate Print Driver in Windows 7 for a USB Cable Connection.
    Installing an Alternate Print Driver in Windows 8 for a USB Cable Connection.
    Step 8, select USB if printer is USB connected.
    Step 11, select Deskjet 9800.
    What operating system are you using? How to Find the Windows Edition and Version on Your Computer.
    How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)
