HP ENVY lagging for 5 - 10 seconds, then resumes normally, only to lag again after 10 - 15 minutes
Hello , I just recently bought an HP ENVY J110 , and whilst i was playing my Games, it lags 5 - 10 seconds, then resumes normally, only to lag again after 10 - 15 minutes . Can Anyone help me on this one, as ive searched the internet and didnt find anything Thanks in Advance, will be much appreciated! Cheers!

Update: my phone's connecting to the WiFi again. I don't know what did the trick. I did nothing since reinstalling the software. It hadn't worked then, it is now. I tried connecting to my dad's phone's hotspot( he uses a Moto G), and it worked. I then tried connecting to the WiFi at a friend's house, and when I came back home, my phone was able to connect to my WiFi! Is it of any significance that my friend's router doesn't require a password? My issue has been resolved( for now; I hope I'm not counting my chickens before they've hatched). For anyone facing a similar issue, I suggest you try everything I did:
1. Turn your router off for a minimum of 30 seconds, turn it back on and try connecting.
2. Click on the WiFi network you are connected to, scroll to the bottom, tap "Renew Lease".
3. Do a soft and hard reset.
4. Reset network settings.
5. Back your data up, erase all content from settings menu, restore from backup.
6. Reinstall your software( put it in recovery mode).
I am not sure which of the above worked for me. Make sure you try everything. If none of the above works, take it to a genius bar or an authorised service provider. Good luck! :) -
My iMac freezes for 2 - 4 seconds then continues normally..
I've never had problems with my iMac but this started occurring occasionally and it worries me...
Could be a symptom of something?I suspect your system is starved for RAM. One simple way to check is use your computer as you normally would and open Activity Monitor (Applications - Utilities - Activity Monitor) and see how much Free RAM you have. You will see something similar to this in the lower left once the *System Memory* tab is selected:
Free 2.22GB
Wired 757mb
Active 1.58GB
Inactive 214.3mb
Used 1.75GB
Post back what yours is showing and then we can get a better idea. -
Macbook screen goes black for a few seconds then reappears fine
The last two days my macbook screen has gone black for a few seconds then reappeared a few seconds later. Its as if it goes to sleep for a few seconds. The two times it has done this it has been charging. I have checked for hotspots but i have not activated any. I only bought the macbook air two months ago and have been really careful with it so i am confused.

Step by Step to fix your Mac
but I suspect your going to first have to create a data recovery drive
Create a data recovery, undelete boot drive
to get your data off the machine,
then do a #20 to eliminate the bad sectors as that's why your getting the "pinwheel" it's getting a delay reading from the drive, right when your trying to log in too, what a bad spot for it to happen.
Step by Step to fix your Mac -
When I try to power up my iphone 4 32g, it will stay on the apple screen for a few seconds then turn off. even when I try connecting it to my computer it turns on for a few seconds then turns off. Whats wrong with it? and what do I do about it?
Have you tried charging it with another known working USB sync cable? After letting it sit to "charge" for at least 30 minutes, have you tried resetting the device by pressing and holding both the Select/Center and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

When using my ipad air it keeps coming off the page I'm on or app I am using and going back to the home screen. Also when using my ipad the screen will go white with a black apple icon in the middle for about 20 seconds then it makes a ping sound and goes to the home screen. Could anyone help please. So can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? I cant surf the web because as soon as I click on the Safari icon it will pop up for a split second then dissapear and take me to the Ipad homescreen. This happened when I downloaded the IOS 7.0.4. I have the IPAD 2.

I have a CC Photography License and tried loading the new Lightroom cc but it will not open (only flashes the welcome screen for a split second) then goes blank. I tried uninstalling it, rebooting, etc. several times and it will not work on my Mac with Yosemite. Please help!

I click to start FF (shortcut, directly on program file, etc.) and I get an hourglass for a couple of seconds like it's starting, then nada. As mentioned, I see FF show up as a process in Task Manager for about 3 seconds, then disappear.

Try to backup and restore you device in itunes...restoring the device is like removing the iOS software off the device and re-add in a newer software, after you have restore you device, MAKE SURE YOU SET UP YOUR DEVICE LIKE A NEW DEVICE, DONT NOT RESTORE FROM BACKUP!!... give the device a chance to use the newer software and see if the issue still persisting, if the issue still on going then its would be a hardware issue.
Call Apple Care and see if your device is still under warranty to get it replace -

My Ipod touch is in recovery mode but when I go into Itunes to restore it, it will only stay connected for a few seconds then ejects itself from itunes. How do I keep my Ipod connected long enough to go through the restore process?

Music app stops playing for a few seconds then starts

It's back!!!!!! The problem went away for a few days now same issue. It only happens when I am listening to sound files on the headphones - sudden pause then restart in the middle of playing the sound file, this happens with different music/podcase apps. No issue with bluetooth streaming or speaker phone. So it appears there is a software bug with Lollipop update - never had this problem with KitKat. Factory reset does not fix it. I wish there was a way to revert the phone back to KitKat. Hoping the new Lollipop update would fix this.
