HP eStation all in one C510a, software update

I did an update for the tablet from the printer, it is the beta Froyo update. After the update the tablet wil not start up anymore. It starts up till the logo from HP appears and than nothing happens anymore, except an empty screen. What can I do? I did not interrupt the update or something like that.

I am on my FOURTH estation that has been replaced by HP because of malfunctions. The first three stopped working after the update. I accidentally updated this one and now when I dock the printer, I get an error message saying that the printer is not avaliable on this network. I try to sync them and get the same message. Have restarted my printer/router - uninstalled and reinstalled the software/printer - nope - not working. I can print from my zeen (sometimes) but I get the message saying my printer is not available - try to click the pinter wifi button and it is grayed out and says, "Printer not available" - ugh! HOW FRUSTRATING

In order to run Windows Applications, you must own the applications and, since they require Windows, you must own Windows. There are technologies like wine that will allow Windows applications to run without Windows, but they tend to be flakey at best.

The software is included in the full feature package. I would recommend downloading and running the HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers.

How do I uninstall my Canon all-in-one printer software? I followed the online HELP instructions of moving the apps to TRASH. But I still had lots of files, and one app, that I could not get rid of.

HP PhotoSmart 2575 All-In-One Driver/Software Install Issue - Windows 8.1

I've just bought a new Sony Viao with Windows 8.1 (64 bit) installed.
I'm trying to install my HP PhotoSmart 2575 All-In-One so downloaded the driver and software installer from here:

The file downloaded fine on to my desktop, i double click it and then the Exctracting... thing moves along to 100% then goes off the screen. Then nothing happens. I was expecting some software for the printing and scanning to be installed or some further install files to be added to my desktop.
What do i do next?

Thank you for updating me. I can definitely understand the frustration you must be feeling, especially when things seemed to be going great then it changed.
I have 2 documents to follow next. First, please try the steps in the document titled "Software Installation Stops Without Warning and With No Error Message". When you get to "Step three: Install the Software", it references HP SmartInstall. Please don't worry about using that program as it's specific to some of HP's LaserJet printers. Please use the HP's Printer Install Wizard instead of HP's SmartInstall.
If that document doesn't resolve the issue then please proceed onto the 2nd document titled "The Progress Bar on the Software Installation Stops or Stalls".
Please let me know how it goes. I want to ensure we have your printer installed and working.

HTC One M9 Software update

They are poor with ALL updates... Still waiting for Galaxy S6 5.1.1 update 3-4 weeks after other carriers Debranded my HTC M7.. going to have to do it with the S6 I guess.

When I plug in my iPod and it syncs it says that a bunch of my apps cannot be loaded because my iPod does not have the latest software to support them, but I have done all of the iPod software updates and the same apps were working fine just weeks ago...?

I plug in my iPod to charge from my computer and it syncs with my iTunes, but I've been getting a message that a list of 13 of my apps cannot be loaded onto my iPod because it doesn't have the latest software to support them. I have done all the software updates for my iPod and iTunes says it is completed up-to-date. Do I need to delete the apps and redownload them or what?

ok well like lllaass said, most apps require 4.3 or later iOS software. chances are since the apps worked before, the apps themselves got updated and will no longer work with your software version.

Computer loses network connectivity with HP Photosmart Premium All In One C309a software installed

I am having an issue where my computer (Window XP Media Edition SP3) will loose all network connectivity after some variable amount of time when my HP Photosmart Premium All In One C309a drivers and software are installed. I cannot access the internet or other computers on my network from the affected computer until it is rebooted. When I uninstall the drivers and software, I do not encounter the loss of network connectivty. When I reinstall, the problem starts again. Within 24 hours, I will lose network connectivity requiring a restart. I have the software and drivers installed on another computer running Windows XP Professional SP3 without problems. Both computers are connected via ethernet cable to the network. The printer is connect to the network wirelessly. The printer works fine initiall from the affected computer but then after some variable amount of time computer seems to lose network connectivity. The driver installed is HP Photosmart C309a series (61.81.634.0). Thanks in advanced.

There are a few things to check.
First, is your security software getting in the way, here? Disable it to test.
Second, have you downloaded this firmware patch for your printer?
Third, did you install this software?

Good News All-In-One has been updated for CS-6

You can now go to All-In-One website and get the update to their programs so that they will now work in Photoshop CS6. I was able to get the download last week after talking to the technician and received an e-mail today that the update is available for both 32 and 64 mode.

I have lost my old All-In-One HP printing software, due to buying a new computer and new HP printer. Can I get that old software so that I can open my Xmas Card album again?

Your new printer should come with a new software called HP Photo Creations. Please use this new software to make Christmas cards, the old software may not work on your new computer. If you can't find it on the CD, please download from the following link:

All info lost after software update...need help!

I was running a software update in order to make sure I had the latest on my computer. After I restarted the computer and 10.4.4 was loaded, I went into iTunes, address book, iPhoto and I nothing was there. Now this might be normal, but I was unaware of this and now I have a huge pit in my stomach because I lost a lot of information that took me months to compile. Is there anyway to retrieve any of this (pictures, addresses, music) or am I just out of luck? Thanks for all help in advance.

Turns out those error messages it gave me were because it didn't sync properly and create a backup. Which is why when I restored from backup it didn't reload my old info. Instead of assuring me that I would have the option to restore my info, it would have been nice had it told me that a backup hadn't been completed and that restoring my phone without it would leave me with nothing.
Tech support had me use my old SIM card to import my old contacts. This worked, but I've entered contacts since getting the new phone that aren't on my old SIM. And doing so left me with a bunch of re-organizing to do (deleting, combining, entering First and Last name fields...) it took me several hours.
I didn't get my appointments back, cause my old phone was just a phone, and that info wasn't on the old SIM, but I'm REALLY glad I got my contacts.

after having done a regular software update, my macbook didn't start up anymore.
so I had to reinstall everything.
the programm iphoto and the pictures that were in it were gone atferwards.
so does anyone know if I my photos do still exist? where can I find them? What can I do to get them back? shouldn't they still be somewhere on the laptop?

When you ”re-installed everything“ did you wipe the disk first? What re-install option did you use exactly?

Hard drive runs all the time after software update

After a software update from Apple a couple of weeks ago, for some reason the hard drive now runs noisily and continuously ever since. It's never run that way in the 3 years I've had the machine. It would run briefly sometimes while using some websites, but it would always stop and quiet down once the site was done. Anybody else had this happen? Thanks - L Agnew.

Make sure you have enough available drive space for updates. Right click your MacintoshHD icon and then click Get Info. In the Get Info window, where it says: General click the black arrow so it faces down. You will see Capacity and Available. Watch that the available drive space never falls below 15% of the total drive. (Some say 10%, but that's pushing it). Not enough drive space will cause apps to crash and freeze, including browsers.
If drive space is the issue, you need to copy files to external source. Don't forget to delete the originals on the hard disk.
If drive space isn't an issue try deleting this file. com.apple.softwareupdate.plist
/Users/YourName/Library/Preferences. Drag that file from the Preferences folder to the Trash, empty the Trash and reboot. Launch Software Update either from the Apple Menu or the System Preferences/Software Update pane.

Installing HP Photosmart 7520 all in one printer software

My new HP Photosmart 7520 will not install on my Dell PC. I have the 32-bit Windows Vista OS. When installation begins I immediately get the error message: "Key not valid for use in specified state". I've tried installing the CD and the software from HP on-line, all several different ways. I 've used the troubleshooting download from HP but both methods do not solve the installation problem. I've temporarily disabled the firewall. I've done disk clean-up and defragmenting. I've restarted the PC more than a dozen times during my efforts. Even Microsoft Windows can't install all the software from updates - only the fax portion. If I can get past the point where the error message occurs I think the software will install.
I hesitate to try the Geek Squad. My experience with them is that most of the geeks aren't competent and it's a crap shoot getting assigned one that is. They will be my last resort.
Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone have a solution?

I understand you're unable to install the printer drivers for your Photosmart 7520 printer.
The error you have listed is a Windows error and not attributed to the printer software. You can confirm this with the fact the error occurs when trying to install from Windows update bypassing our installer.
You may want to try following the suggestion in this thread made by @Gemini02 which seems to help resolve the issue for some users experiencing the same problem: Re: key not valid for use in specified state.
