Is there anyone here that can help me track down my 150.00 gift for ordering a new Verizon phone? I have combed my inbox, spam and filters. No luck. I had the same thing happen to me! It totally wiped out my iTunes balance and there isn't any way to contact anyone at iTunes to dispute the charge! ExpressLane is totally useless! Can't someone help!

Hi Patje.
From the OS perspective, while we are not prioritizing multi-touch capability across multiple monitors, there are some scenarios that should work just fine right now:
One multi-touch monitor and one regular monitorconfigured together.
Two multi-touch monitors (but not with simultaneous input)
Unfortunately, at this time you would need to use your mouse to drag from one monitor across to another. If you had two multi-touch monitors you could drag an object so that it straddles both monitors and then pick it up again on the other monitor. Unfortunately, there's just no way to bridge that physical space between the monitors in a fluid fashion at this time.

Win 8.1 PRO: Internet Explorer and integrated Adobe Flash Player no hardware acceleration on GMA

HI, i have a little problem with your latest release.
I have make a total update of the system today (win 8.1 pro 23 March 2014) and i saw that hardware decoding is not working on Internet explorer (the option is not available in the adobe tool: right click\settings)
How can i resolve?
Using Adobe Plugin+an other browser resolve this bug but i want to use IE
Another question: is coming a new version optimized for low-end video card? i have a gma 500 GPU and the performance are sufficient

Not likely, since the trend is to move to higher performance cards and not the toher way around.
As to the inability to access settings, that's in your browser, most likely ActiveX controls blocking it. There are two options:
1. Disable ActiveX controls: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/867968
2. Use the online settings manager: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager.html <--Choose from the links on the left of the page.

I have found a temporary solution, allowing the previous version of iTunes (v. 11.1.3 (x64) in my case) to be re-installed. It will allow you to re-establish use of iTunes until the Apple software engineers fix the most recent disasterous upgrade (v. 11.1.4). Is the volume muted? Click on the volume icon in the system tray to see if it shows as muted. If that's the case, I know of a workaround to fix this because if you unmute the speakers now, the condition will come back when you reboot your computer. I don't know the exact steps off the top of my head at the moment as I'm not in front of my machine. Check this first and reply if muting was the problem and I will detail the steps needed to fix the problem.

If you don't really mean a power mac, but rather a new mac, you can never transfer an installed copy of PSE. The first thing to try is running the uninstaller and then installing from scratch. That may very well not work, though, in which case you have a lot more work to do.

Using up to date versions of Win 7 Home Premium, Adobe Flash and ActiveX on an HP Pavillion dv7 laptop. Does NOT happen at all in MS IE 8, but occurs every time in FF 5.0.
Also, Google 'translate this page' links do not work in FF 5.0, but works in MS IE 8. All I get in FF is a blank page, time after time.

I am using a Nvidia 4200M adapter in my Laptop, Driver 266.96, Direct X 11
In my desktop I am using an ATI XFX 6950, latest revision drivers (I am not at home right now so I cant get that info).
The issue I did describe above, but it was a long explanation.
In some flash games the game files load initially and get as far as the "click to start" button. Then the flash area usually goes either all white or all black (usually depending on the falsh game default background color) and then it stays that color. Cant see anything after hitting start (usually most games have an intro video or animation before the game starts, but I cant see any of it.
For the very few games that do start, the flash game or application does not seem to work correctly in that when the rare game starts, it wont save any game files or save files to the pc and so if I exit the game (navigate away to another page or close browser) and then later come back, even though I click the option to save games (and ensure that the flash application slider shows it can save files and lots of space) it does not save and I have to start from the beginning all the time.

Yes/No/perhaps/maybe? You won't know until you try. Windows programs are generally backward compatible, but of course there most definitely will be specific problems like needing to manually adjust user permissions or getting things like printing functions to work.

Two days ago, I loaded Light Room 6. Today I went back to Light Room 5. LR 6 corrupted an entire folder of images, and caused errors on my Raid 5 causing win 7 to run "Chk Dsk" and fix the errors to the operating system. LR 5 has not shut down for the last 5 hours. LR 6 has a serious bug. Anyone else experiencing this problem. Yesterday I was on tech support, waiting for 3 hours, finally they picked up and informed me there department was closing and someone else would call me on Monday. So, I'm working today and all day Sunday to make up for the down time using LR 6.
I don't know if the bug exists in the program or the "Creative Cloud.
Question: Does anyone know why if I bought Light Room 6 [NOT Light Room CC with the monthly rental], I have to enter my serial number if I want to use it?

Entering the serial number is probably part of the registration process.
Just out of curiosity, what were you doing on LR6 when the folder of images became corrupted?

Installed Win 7 64 Service Pack 1 and ThinkVan update stops working

I have a T510 i7, Win 7 Prof. 64, bit and this morning I installed Service Pack 1 from Window Update, and now when I use ThinkVantage to check for Lenovo updates, I press Next....and then at 9% I get the message
...........an error occured whilst gathering user information"
