HP Laser Jet Pro 200 MFP M276n. Printing problem

I just buyed it and its used by everyone on network. Installed it on every laptop in office ( Approx 7-8 Laptop). when i install it, its working fine but after few days.. specially in few system.  it becomes really slow. like if they send printer of 10 pages. the first page will start in 2-3 min. the job goes instantly. the printer start working . the display screens shows printing. but it just make noises and after 2-3 min job start. then when 1st page come out. it again start to do working on printing and after 1or 2 min. the secont page comes out..  some time it print all the pages like that each page after 1-2 min. some time after few pages. the printer screen shows canceled .. and stop printing there..  i uninstalled the driver then again installed . it then working fine... but same after few days .. its like that..

    I have an HP Laser Jet Pro 200 Color MFP (M276n) that I had installed and woking fine. 
    I changed my desk and removed the USB from the computer and when I plugged it in again i could not print or use any of the functions through the computer. I'm running 64bit Win 7. 
    I've tried unistalling the printer and downloading the laster driver package from HP.com.
    But when I try installing it and come to where the installationprogram want me to connect the USB-cabel the printer doesn't show up (I can't click "Next" to begin installtion).
    So right know I cant print and I can't reinstall the printer. 
    How do I fix this??

    Make sure the usb cable is plugged in properly, the right port at the back of the printer. If still doean't work, maybe get a new usb cable?

  • Laser jet pro 200 will not copy

    Hi, I have had my laser jet pro 200 for at least 6 months and only used it as a printer.  For the first time today I tried to copy something and I got  a blank piece of paper.  I tried the flat bed as well as the feeder and same result.  Hopefully there is a setting I missed.  Any thoughts?

  • Laser jet pro m475 won't print through the wire

    Hi laser jet pro 400 as just decided it's going to print anymore through the wire. Tried three different wires no good. It says not communicating with printer. Tried others computers and it the same.

  • Need smtp user id and password for mac os..so I can scan to fax with HP laser jet Pro 200 m276

    I'm tring to setup my HP laserjet Pro 200 Color Mfp M276nw to Scan to fax. I'm being promted to  give the SMTP user id and password. I'm usin mac os 10.7.5 Can anyone help me out with this issue?  I called yahoo twice. They never return calls as promised. Thanks, Darrell

    I understand you've been unable to get the information needed to use the scan to fax feature on your HP laserjet Pro 200 Color Mfp M276nw. If you're using 'Yahoo' as your mail provider, I recommend using the following settings:
    SMTP server address: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
    User name: Your full Yahoo Mail email address (including "@yahoo.com")
    Password: Your Yahoo Mail password
    Port: 465
    TLS/SSL required: yes

  • Laser Jet Pro 200 m251nw will not print envelopes

    my new printer will print documents -- but not envelopes. I have followed the loading directions on the website. The envelopes load and move through the machine but they are blank. Again, I have no trouble printing documents. Please help!

    I see you are running into issues printing envelopes.  I would love to try and help you, but I do need a little information first. I am linking a few HP Support documents below that will show you how to find which operating system you are using. Also, if you're using Windows, please include whether your operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit. With this information we can provide you with accurate information.
    Mac OS X: How Do I Find Which Mac OS X Version Is on My Computer?
    Which Windows operating system am I running?
    Is the Windows Version on My Computer 32-bit or 64-bit?
    Also, does this issue occur when printing from a specific program, or when printing from multiple programs?

  • I purchased LASER JET PRO M1132 MFP yesterday, installed and I can't find the "Solution Center".

    I can't find "Solution Center" , so when I scan I can file the document or do nothing, just print.

    Hey Maria,
    Did you install the full feature driver pack when you installed the printer? Sounds like you may have installed a basic driver that only allows for printing. Let me know what operating system you are using and I can link you to the appropriate driver.

  • HP Lazer Jet Pro 200 not installing with Windows 8 64 bit

    My brand new HP Laser Jet Pro 200 MFP M276mw is not installing with my brand new Acer One725-0487 Netbook that has the Windows 8 64 bit operating system. I bought them both at Office Depot this week. I downloaded the software of HP.com/support and when I go to setup the wireless function (Loading from the Acer to the printer) it takes a long time and gets to 99% complete and then has a terminal failure (two times).
    Can someone please offer some advice on how to get past this. Thanks very much, Mark

    I would like to assist you today with printing on envelopes with your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw.
    Please refer to the document below for step by step instructions on how to load envelopes in your printers paper tray:
    Loading Plain Paper and Envelopes
    Once you have your envelope loaded properly, open up the program that you want to print envelopes from. Because Word seems to be the standard program that people print envelopes from I'm going to provide you with the envelope printing instructions for that specific program. Should these steps not work for you, be sure to respond to this post with your Operating System and the program that you're printing from.
    What's my OS?
    How to Print Envelopes from Word:
    1. Open Word and click on Mailings at the top
    2. Select 'Envelopes' from the top left hand side
    3. An Envelopes and Labels page should now open. Enter your Delivery and Return Addresses.
    4. Select 'Options' on the bottom right hand side.
    5. Under the 'Envelope Options' tab ensure that your Envelope size is appropriately selected.
    6. Select the 'Printing Options' tab at the top. You now need to select the appropriate Feed Method for your product.
    7. Make sure that you choose the 'Face up' option.
    8. Also ensure that 'Clockwise Rotation' is not selected.
    9. Hit 'OK' and 'print'

    I've run into an issue printing checkes from Quicken when I print less than a full sheet (one or two) checks.
    With my old printer, I used the manual feed for a partial sheet.
    Since the new printer does not have a manual feed, I have to put the partial sheet in the paper tray.
    It seems one of two things happen:
    1) Sometimes the printer will print the partial page but then displays an error message which says something like "Unexpected paper size, load letter."
    It then re-prints the partial page on the next sheet of paper.
    2) Othertimes, it prints the partial page without the error message, but then feeds the next sheet of paper throught the printer.
    In either case the next page contains the next three checks, so it's either wasting checks or printing on the wrong check numbers.
    Any suggestions on how to avoid these issues would be appreciated.

    I've been using an alternate printer for printing the checks, but I'd rather get rid of the old one. (The HP Laser Pro 200 takes up a lot of space!)

    Hey ,  Welcome to the HP Support Forum.  I see that your HP LaserJet Pro MFP 127fn has ceased working from PC since performing a Windows 10 update.  I would like to help you with this.  My guess is that this loss of functionality can be attributed to the fact that no Windows 10 driver has been released for your 127fn.  Having said that, I have had some success in reloading Windows 8.1 printer drivers on 10 setups.  I recommend you try the following steps:  Press the Windows key + r and type control panel in the box that pops up. Press Enter. Click on the Devices and Printers folder.  If you see your 127fn in there, right-click on it and remove/delete the printer. Go back to the Control Panel. Click on the Programs and Features Folder (might appear as Apps and Features).  Look for your printer's software and uninstall it. Once that's completed click here and install the 8.1-friendly driver for your printer.  Follow the usual prompts to complete the setup. Please let me know the result of your troubleshooting by responding to this post.     Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
    I understand you are having some issues printing over the wireless network to your LaserJet 200 MFP M276. It seems to me, since the printer will print from your Sony Xperia ZR, and the error icon is on the computer, you need to look into computer support for that question.
    I was able to find a document that may help with the wireless connection issues on the computer. Troubleshooting Your Wireless Network and Internet Connection (Windows 7)<---
    If the above doesn't help, I would suggest posting the inquiry in the laptop Forum's.
    Regarding printing from phones and what software is needed, it is dependant of the phone. Some phones, like Apple, have AirPrint pre-installed. You would be able to install and try the HP ePrint App on your phone, if available in its App store.
    This guide: Getting Started with HP ePrint Mobile Apps, will explain more about the App.

    My Laser Jet Pro CM1415fnw color  - will not print ... will let me fax... then it goes to a screen like it is thinking ....the screen shows HP.... enerystar.... and a white bar on the bottom ...then it "initializing"  and acts like it wants to print something. Help

    Does the printer ever come to "ready" or Home screen? If it does not then i would recommend calling support and they may be able to help you with restoring the device to factory settings. If this is constantly occuring every time you boot you may want to try upgrading the fw to the latest version. Also if it is just showing "Calibrating" very frequently in the Embedded WebServer (EWS), navigate to IP if you have it, in the "System" , "Print quality", you can can change the calibration timers and see if that helps.

    Laser Jet Pro CM1415fnw color printer will print from laptop but not from email. Signal on printer has strong internet connection and so does computer.  I tried to send a pic with my phone but it did not print.

     I will need a little more info in order to help out. If you send the printer an ePrint of a text document, will it print that plan document? Also, if the picture that you are sending is less than 100 DPI (dot per inch) the printer will not print that because of the quality. You can send the picture to the computer, open it and the right click on it and look under “properties” and it will give you the DPI information.  It is labeled vertical and horizontal resolution. Lastly, what type of phone do you have? What email client are you using to send the picture to the printer?
