HP LaserJet P1007 Not Printing in Sequence

I Own a HP LaserJet P1007 printer. While printing several pages at a time,its printing in an arbitary sequence. Its creating a big problem for me. How it can be resolved,please suggest me.

No, probably not. I have no problems printing to my 3015 from 10.5.6.
Is apple going to do something about this?
Doubtful since it's almost certainly not Apple's problem, per se. Make sure you have the latest printer update, HP Printer Update 1.1.1, which should appear in Software Update if you haven't installed it and will probably appear in the "Installed Updates" pane of the Software Update preference. And if course if it's a networked printer you'll want to ping it to make sure that your system is actually reaching the printer.
If you continue to have problems, you'll probably want to take it up with your IT people or with HP. But you can keep an eye on this thread and see if suggestions to the OP would apply in your case as well.

I just upgraded from 10.5.5 to 10.5.6 and my HP Laserjet does not print. I removed it and added it back but when I try to print it always gives me the following error when the printer queue is trying to connect:
Printer busy (status:0xe00002e9)

laserjet 2600n not printing black on one side of page. already cleaned the laser/scanner assembly. i've cleaned the assembly a few times beofre to restor the colors as the printer is in a semi-dusti environment. after cleaning the printer was fine, then about a week later, the black - and only the black - stopped printing on the right side of the page. the text is straight across left to right then starts to waver and then then stops altogether. i tried a different black toner cartidge and the problem remains.

You could try the old Halfway test just to verify that the problem is coming from teh laser/toner part of the printer. http://www.printertechs.com/printer-troubleshooting/halfway-test Your paper may have somehow gotten a staic charge that opposes the charge of the toner, thus auto attracting all particles in range as it passes over the toner doors. Might want to grab a fresh ream of paper to test and rule somethign crazy like that out. Not very many options left after that.

Even i installed again in my PC. When send print, it reply as " an error occuring".

Laserjet 2300n not printing reinstalled drivers says ready but won't print

laserjet 2300 will not print I have reinstalled drivers and it says ready to print, but when i print test page or word document it does not print? anyone have ideas??

Hp laserjet P1006 Not Printing everyline of text

My printer is not printing every line of text. It omits 3-4 lines. These are spaced evenly apart on the page. Before this started it seemed like the printer, when printing was coming out especially hot and the printer it self was steaming. The paper would actually curl from being hot. Any suggestions. I have replaced the toner cartridge. Run a diagnostic check. Says printer is working properly. Run the printer cleaning. Still to no avail. Need help.

What brand and model is the router?
It does sound like the issue is isolated to one Mac system since it works from the other.
Reset the Mac printing system exactly as outlined in this document from Apple.
Next, install the full featured driver from HP. This driver package includes support for OS X 10.5.
This should reset the printing system and remove any software that may be causing a conflict.

LaserJet M125a not printing with Windows XP SP3

Hi everyone.
Today I bought new printer. I wanted instal this printer on my old pc with Win xp but during installation appears window with warning " software for this device: "printer" has not passed compatibility testing with windows xp system". Nonetheless installation is going to end. After all I can only copy and scan. When I try print something, it looks as if the print process is working, nothing happens and there isn't list of not printed items. I have installed printer on my laptops with Win 7 and Win 8.1 and everything is fine.
Sorry for my grammatical mistakes. I have to translate this from polish
I hope someone can help me solve this issue. A lost all day to find any solutions ;/

I see that you are experiencing issues installing the printer on the Windows XP computer. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

Check your version of .Netframeworks. How to Check Which Version of Microsoft .NET Framework is Installed in Windows?
Run the Windows updates to get the most up to date one installed.
What version of Internet Explorer are you using?
IE is integrated into Windows and is part of the Windows updates.
I suspect you need IE 7 at least. I believe this is because HP software piggy backs from Internet Explorer.

HP Laserjet 2100M not printing with 10.6

Hi,
I've been trying to print a document all evening on my HP Laserjet 2100M with the HP 100 Mbps network module. I've tried it on both my iMac and my MBP, no help there. The printer program is saying that it is sending the job to the printer, but the light does not even blink on the printer.
Any idea?

OK, I reseted the printing system. Then I added my HP LaserJet using the HP Jetdirect - Socket mode (as I always did in preview OS X version). I put the IP address of the printer, let the Queue name empty, Named the printer and the Print Using auto selected correctly HP LaserJet 2100 series. Then I clicked Add. The print dialog tried to "Connect" to the printer for Installable Options. This was taking forever to finished. So I clicked on Configure... and selected the options I knew was there myself.
I tried then printing from Stickies (something simple), it told me the printer was busy. I put it off, then on, and retried and it worked... Try a page from Pages too, working...
Maybe reseting the print system helped, because last week I also put the printer off then on, and the problem stayed there. Tried the same on my MBP, and it worked too! Cannot figure out what I did wrong the first time. Maybe I really needed to print something, and Murphy's Law came in!

HP LaserJet P2015 not printing via network

Hi,
looking for help.
I cannot print via the network on HP LaserJet P2015. It works via USB. When I try to add the printer it is identificable by Bonjour (Nearest Printers). It tries to configure the printer and appears as being active (green dot) but when try to print it says Connecting to Printer but then reports an error message of The printer is not responding.
Any ideas on how can fix ? Thanks in advance !

You can connect to Bonjour printers in Mac OS X, just select the Printer in the Print & Fax preference pane as usual and click on Add

HP Laserjet 3050 Not Printing

I have the HP Laserjet 3050 and as soon as I click print, the printer goes into pause mode. I have removed the drivers, removed the printer from the library file, reset all printers and this problem still occurs. Is anyone else having this issue? Also will scanning ever be supported with this printer?

My HP Multipurpose LaserJet 3030 is working NOT similarly. Deleting the print queue, restartin, reseting the printing system, even updating HP drivers thru Software update (to 2.0) doesn't work. The best I can do is have the print queue say the printer is idle and ready. Driver version 5.3.0 is listed as working on Apple's website, interestingly, this version did NOT change after updating HP Drivers 2.0 thru SoftwareUpdate.
Every time I add a print job to the queue, the printer pauses and won't resume, clicking resume repeatidly I occasionally view a g;ajsglsdflksf USB error, but, it disappears too fast to read accurately. If I delete the print the job from the queue I can then resume the printer. That lasts until the next job is added, putting the printer permanently into "Paused" purgatory!! aka the HP PP syndrome!!

HP Laserjet 1018 - Not Printing - Both lights on solid

Hi,
My printer seems to have encountered some sort of fault. It starts up fine and is recognised by XP. However, when printing, it seems to accept the data transfer but stall at the actual printing part.
I've rested it for 30 mins and had a look inside but I can't see anything that sticks out as causing a problem. Attempting to print a test page results in the same; normal operation until the actual print is just about to start and then both lights go solid and the printer is unresponsive.
Any help very much appreciated. I've run the HP diagnostics utility and that doesn't turn up and problems.

HP LASERJET P3005N NOT PRINTING WITH MANUAL SETTINGS

We have a subnet for our PCs and Thin Clients and we have a subnet for our printers. The subnet for our PCs and Thin Clients is setup for DHCP service while the subnet for our printers is setup for static addressing. The HP Laserjet P3005n printer is able to operate effeciently in DHCP mode; it picks up an ip and I'm able to print to it, ping it, etc. However, it doesn't communicate with the network when I manually configure an address to it; I'm not able to print to it, ping it, etc. It was working find with the original settings (static ip address) on a Friday then the problem started when the office opened back up on that following Monday. I've tried different cables, assigning the printer's address to a different printer, different ports, and even installed a JetDirect card into it and it still doesn't fix the issue.....PLEASE HELP!

HP Laserjet 1320 not printing PDF files

I can't print PDF or JPG files from my MacBook Pro to my HP Laserjet 1320, connected on USB. MS Word files are printing fine and so are Test Print commands. This has morphed today from an earlier problem a few days where only the 1st page of PDF documents was printing. The printer blinks the green light for a while and then goes back to normal. The Print Box on the Mac says "Printing - Sending Data to Printer" for a while, and then the file name, etc disappear, and everything is back to normal, as if nothing ever happened. Meanwhile MS Word files go on printing without any problem.

I have been experiencing the same problem.
(I moved from 10.6.8 to 10.10.2)
I did a lot of searching and these two steps have helped. (possibly fixed it for good?)
Run "Disk Utility" —> Verify Disk Permissions (Repair any errors)
The printer settings need to be reset. (see link below) NOTE: You will lose all the printers in your system settings and have to reinstall them.

Please note that HP does not have a update for 10.10.2 for this model.
The last driver version from HP is: 19.8
Adobe does not have a plug-in update that I can find, yet...
The more you change the settings as you use each proram (firefox, word, numbers, safari, adobe reader) the worse the problem seems to get. I would suggest that you pick one setting and keep it. (Program based settings seem to be less prone to errors.)

Hi, I have a HP Color LaserJet CP1518ni
It has been working perfectly fine with my computer until now.
I am using a Windows Vista 32-bit
I just tried to print something on here, but it automatically prints in black and white.
I tried looking in the preferences, but I can't find any options to switch it back to color.
I tried it with another computer in the house, and it worked fine there, so it just seems to be this computer.

HP LaserJet 2300dn Not Printing On Both Sides Anymore?

Hi,After upgrading to Windows 8.1 64Bit my laserjet has lost the abilty to print on both sides of the paper automatically. I assume it's something to do with the driver but am not sure.I have tried downloading different drivers from the support page but I don't know which one I'm suppose to be using and whatever I do doesn't seem to work. Ensure that the driver knows that a duplex unit is present on the printer (assuming that one is): For the printer instance in question, bring up the Printer properties dialogue.Select the Device settings tab.Ensure that the duplex unit is set to Installed rather than Not installed.You'll probably need to be logged in with administrator credentials in order to change the device settings.
