  • Hp 15 r014tx, Left speaker volume low?

Hi I have HP 15 R014TX and when I plays music I feels like left speaker volume is low than the right one. It is same when playing games, playing videos too. Is the speaker is complaint or is it because of the DTS audio ?

    Hey,
If you've completed the document, then I'd recommend testing hardware. The only thing software wise left would be a Refresh. As it works from another source correctly, I have a feeling its hardware.
You can use this to test the Audio: Testing for Hardware Failures (Windows 8). This may not provide accurate results as you do have sound from both, just not balanced.
I would also suggest calling into phone support, they may have other ideas for you.

  • Left speaker on macbook pro retina buzzing!?

A slight buzzing sound can be heard from the left speaker on low frequency sounds, its not that loud but is noticable and quite annoying.
Macbook is still under warranty, is it worth taking it into the store or is this not a problem they would consider for repair or for replacement?

Take it in for replacement.  In time, the annoyance will become intolerable.
    Ciao.

  • Dv6 top left speaker lower sound issue

I purchased a HP dv6-6005et laptop 6 days ago which is running w7 x64 home premium. 3 days later, i noticed my top left speaker's sound lower than top right's about 20 percent. I formatted and installed w7 x64 pro.
I thought this might be a driver issue. I updated the driver. Nothing's changed. Uninstalled driver. I noticed without IDT Audio driver top speakers are ok. Balances are ok but bottom speakers not working and sound is not good enough.
I went to place where i purchased my laptop. I used public demo laptop. That laptop has that issue too.
I tried all drivers on the internet. Nothing's changed but now i know this is a driver issue. I couldn't find any solution. Please help me.
    Thanks a lot.

Seems like your settings are a bit skewed.
    Click on Start
Type in "IDT Audio Control Panel"
On the Far Left locate Setup
    Click on it.
Move move the circle to the left or right as needed.

  • Left speaker loud...right speaker very low or not working?

I noticed this because when I hold the iphone I always cover the left speaker and can barely hear whatever is playing be it a song or phone call. I was wondering if this is something I should go into get repaired or if everyone is experiencing this with the iphone?
I cover the left speaker and barely hear anything at all. I cover the right speaker and the left speaker is fairly loud. I'm thinking my right speaker is just not working...too bad I thought I was in the clear sigh everything else is working fine.

Simply because the right grill is a mic, and the left one a speaker, doesn't make the mic grill soundproof to what's audible from the speaker. If sound leaks out of the right grill then that might simply be audio leaking from the playback of the speaker.
But to say it's not true? It says so clearly in the Apple User's Guide, in the keynote Steve himself made to introduce it, and the support videos all over the Apple website.
Call Apple and look into the issue.

  • How to fix left speaker to work on iphone 4 and headphone jack, it has caused my Beats headphones and another pair to become extremely low. first it was the left ear now both?

I first had a problem with the left speaker not working on the bottom of the phone, then when using heeadphones the left er began to lose nearly all volume and now both are damaged. this is permanent damage not caused by anything other than the phone and has already made 2 seperate pairs of Beats By Dre nearly useless. when i use the headphones in any other device the damage still exists also, the iphone vibrates randomly with 1 vibration not caused by any apps or notifications at all. does apple repair this for free?

The "left speaker" on the bottom of the phone is not a speaker. It is a microphone. There is only one speaker on the bottom of the phone.

  • Loud static on left speaker when playing music

Well I have officially tried everything in my power to fix this problem. it is probably not much to some, but nonetheless i am annoyed by this software.
anytime i wish to play anything on iTunes 7, only LOUD static comes out of the left speaker of my laptop. even when the volume is low. I have been to the quicktime menu to fiddle with the safe mode and frequency. uninstalling and reinstalling is hopeless. and i thought it would fix itself when an iTunes 7 update came out, no.
also, i am not sure if this is connected, but anytime I wish to play a video on iTunes it closes and i get the send error report message. and when trying to play it in quicktime every video doesnt play and all the titles are "Untitled 2" while it play perfectly in the IE windows.
i would really like to get matter solved becuz all my music is so well organized on itunes and i dont want to start that process over for a new program.
    best regards

  • When I plug my iPod into speakers or earphones, the left speaker or earphone doesn't work

When I plug it into speakers, the left speaker doesn't play anything at all. When I plug it into my earphones, the left earphone plays really low music, static, and REALLY loud bass. My speakers and earphones both work fine with other devices. Any advice?

    - Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so. There is a little switch in the headphone jack that disconnects the speaker when the headphone jack is inserted.
Try the following to rule out a software problem
    - Check also Settings > General > Accessibility > Hearing. Make sure that the sound balance is not set all the way to "R".
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
    - Restore from backup
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
    - Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Seems you have a bad headphone jack.
Apple Retail Store - Genius Bar
If not under warranty Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for this price. They do not fix yours.

  • Left speaker on pwrbk15" alum sounds rattly sometimes

    Hello all,
sometimes my left speaker sounds pretty rattly when certain frequencies are played, maybe even a little when the startup chime sounds. I can't remember which preference or program file I used, but I played different sounds and frequencies through both speakers and the left one would definitely have this reaction.
Is this a defect that can be repaired by applecare or not? I can't think of another solution unless there is just a piece of hardware that is loose causing vibration.
    thanks for your help,

I have the same problem occasionally, typically with low frequencies when I am near maxing the volume. Personally it is such a minor problem I havent had it fixed yet, despite numerous other repairs. I believe applecare should cover it, they re-replaced my entire screen lid because the apple was was discolored in one spot. But find a song that does make the noise and go in to teh genius bar and be real nice and just ask about it. If they do offer to fix, let me know and I will add it to the list of things I need to have applecare taek a look at before it expires next yr myself.

  • Left speaker sounds weird

    Hi,
I bought the new iBook two weeks ago and I noticed after a few days, that the left speaker makes some kind of a buzz or vibration noise, especially if I play the alert sound «submarine». I take great care of my iBook and did not blast the sound.
I restarted, blew some air in the speaker, tested it with Sound System Pref, and still the same. Funny to notice that I don't have this problem through external speakers...
    Hardware issue? Have any idea?
    Thanks!
    Daniel

Playing the sounds loud will not hurt the ibooks internal speakers. One thing that is common on the ibook is for small debris to fall down into the speaker grills. The solution that many people have used is to either vacuum the speker grills or shake the ibook upside down.
Blowing air in the speakers does not sound like a good idea unless you mean you used a very low pressure.

  • Blown Left Speaker?

I think I have hurt my left speaker. It seems it get more distorted then the right speaker when i play low bass sounds. What should I do?? Can I take in to the shop?? It still in warranty. And Does anybody now of a feedback trainer program that just play a certain pitch that I could do further test with???
    Thanks

Hi, if it's under warranty or not Apple or one of their Approved Agents will carry out any repairs necessary, obviously in some cases a charge will be made if the issue is NOT covered by the warranty..L

  • Why is does audio only come out of the left speaker when I press the latency button....?!?!

    Hello
I have a small problem which I hope someone can advise me on ......
Everytine I press the Latecny button on Logic 9 the audio will stop coming out of the LEFT and RIGHT speakers and only come out of the LEFT speaker ?
Audio sent out of DAW --------> Mixng Deck  ------> back into Soundcard via SPDIF (digital) on inputs 9/10
I am sening al my sounds out of the computer to be summed on a mixing decks and then the 2 channles of audio from the deck is coming back into my soundcard as an digital a signle on INPUTS 9/10.
    Can anyone please advise ..........!?!

Might want to read on what Low Latency mode does + why and when you should use it.
It's basically only used in realtime monitorinr when recording and/or when recording softsynths.
By reading the docs you should be able to figure out why the right side is being muted.
    http://documentation.apple.com/en/logicpro/usermanual/index.html#chapter=41%26se ction=2%26tasks=true
Be sure software monitoring is Off when recording the summed input.
