Hp m270n worth upgrading video and power?????​???

Question

Have done alot of reading and research just not sure if this pc is worth the time and money in upgrading has been a great cpu but just seems like its just out of date.I have done some upgrades but this next step may be out of my league.Any thought would be appreciated

I think it depends on; what exactly were your expectations are following the upgrade...?
Off the top off my head, I'd think the money might be better spent moving up to a newer system.  I don't think the upgrading part would be out of your league, but the spec's of the  m270n are starting to fall behind what is available today.  
For example, I'm putting a rig together to run a relatively simple home security system, and even "upgraded" the m270n wouldn't meet the minimum qualifications needed.
