He debh20s. Just to clarify, are you saying that your 'Officejet Pro 8600 (standard, plus or premium?)' is not being seen over the network by your Samsung S4? Are you using the HP ePrint app, or in-OS printing? What version of Android OS is on your S4?

If you have e-Print installed on your tablet, the key thing is to ensure that both your tablet and printer are connected to the same wifi network.

Printing from a Samsung Galaxy S5 to a HP Photosmart 3110 all-in-one

I'm trying to print off some pictures from my Samsung Galaxy S5 to my Photosmart 3110 all-in-one printer. Tried to use two different usb cables to try and print them off as I don't have a working computer and there's no WiFi thing connected to the printer itself.
Can anyone help?

USB cable won't work, full stop. You have to send to a computer and print from there.

Does FireFox Mobile work on the Samsung Galaxy Ace?

Hi I've just bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace and was looking to get Firefox Mobile as my browser but have been unable to find it in the Android Market. After some digging around I found a link to an installation file on the Firefox help forum : http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/772231?s=ftp&as=s
I transfered this to my phone but still had no look installing it as this eventually displays: application not installed.
Am I just being dumb, or is there an issue with the Ace?

How can we print from our Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 tablet to the wireless HP 150 printer?

We can use our phone or other devices but the Samsung says only use a Samsung printer when we try to connect via Bluetooth to the HP printer.
We'd prefer to utilize the bluetooth so do we need an app or cable,if there actually is a cable which can be used to connect to the tablet?

Unfortunately your printer spec indicates that the printer is not wireless compatabile so you won't be able to use any mobile apps with this printer.

Since your printer is ePrint capable, you can use this service to print many items. Have you visited hpconnected.com yet to activate this on your printer?
I simply set up a contact in my S3 named "Printer" and give it the hpeprint email address. I forward any emails I want printed to "Printer".
For other files, you will need to download the HP ePrint app available from the Play Store, and follow the directions in the app.

Printing from a Samsung Galaxy Tab II to a HP 6500a-E710n

I recently acquired a Samsung Galaxy Tab II tablet and am trying to find out if there is a an app to print to my HP 6500a-E710n multifunction printer. We have contacted Samsung and they recommended contacting HP. Our wireless network works fine but I cannot seem to find any info on software or an app for this printer.

I have a hp f4440 printer and my stepdad always takes the computer to work so my mom bought me a wireless keyboard to do my homework but the last time i needed to print my homework9which was half my grade) i had to wait till 10pm to print it. I also thought of Google CloudPrint. But -he states that the printer is normally connected via usb to a laptop that is taken to work during the day. My understanding of CloudPrint is that it would require the printer and the laptop to be online in order to use it.
Of course I guess he could setup CloudPrint on the laptop when it is home, and at any time put his assignments in the printcue. That way he could go to bed and his papers would print once his stepdad returns home and connects laptop & printer-and goes online. How long does CloudPrint hold a document in cue waiting for printer to become available?
Poster doesn't say how or if the laptop has internet access at home- or the Samsung tablet.These are the questions we need answered to help further.
The "classic" printer setup is what would be needed with this printer.This should work- IF there is internet access at home for the laptop & tablet.

You can check for problems with preferences and try to rename or delete the prefs.js file and possible numbered prefs-##.js files and a possible user.js file to reset all prefs to the default values.

Can you include the full model number of your printer (officejet/lazerjet). If your printer is e-print enabled you will be able to use the e-print app.

My friend upgraded his phone last night from an older version of the Samsung galaxy to the Samsung s4 galaxy. I'm an iphone user and now he can't receive any of my text messages. HELP!

So last night my boyfriend upgraded his old Samsung galaxy to the Samsung Galaxy s4. He was able to receive a few of my text messages, but then they randomly started saying "not delivered." I turned on and turned off my phone, and tried the turning off and on imessage and facetime but nothing has worked and I still can't text him. I am receiving his messages just fine, I just can't send any to him. I looked onlne at Apple Support for help but I noticed a majority of the problems were coming from people that switched from iphone to an android, but he has always had an android and I've been using the same iphone 4s the whole time. It is really bugging me, so any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
