HP needs to find a new repair contractor

I have sent mine in 3 times.  The first time it had dust under the screen right in the middle that blocked light so it affected the device.  They sent it back unrepaired.  I sent it back in again after telling them how disappointed I was.  They fixed it this time, but didn't get the screen seated correctly and I had tons of light bleed in the upper left corner.  I again sent it in.
This time they reduced the bleed a little, but marked up the underside of the screen with two lines of stuff and left another spot of dust. In addition they didn't clean the unit and left it a mess with goop on it that took a wet cloth to clean off, and screen protector destroyed with tears and marks.  I threw a major tizzy this time and they asked me to send it in and they would just send me a different one.  I am now awaiting my new one, but have no confidence whatsover and honestly and not even sure I want to see what I get back.  
HPs customer support has been great.  The people on the phone have been nothing but apologetic and nice about things. However, HP has the absolute worst repair service I have ever experienced. I have never sent in a device before only to have it come back worse.  They need to dump their contract ASAP.  This repair service is destroying their reputation.

I will say that I've had terrible luck as well. Right after launch I had them sent to the TX repair center & got back defective units.
This worries me though, I have no choice this time, I have a repair box on the way to my house. I do not want to part with my current unit, but it's lost touch sensitivity on an entire line on the top third of the device (when in landscape & volume buttons on top left). Wiped it fully, doctored only to stock...no change in the problem, so I had to call.
I'm not so much worried about getting a 'bad' device. I got one of the richer screens, with the more crisp blues. In contrast, my wife has one of the less bold screens on hers & I can't even stand to look at it I'm so spoiled with the one I have. What worries me is that they won't repair my unit at all, and that they'll send me a different unit, with the undesired screen.
Is it bad that I'm that picky about the screen?

    I use a OLD G3 when I travel and mostly I am connecting over the satellites which is not really the best connection.
    I use GMX which is free and never have a problem getting my emails from anywhere even in the middle of the oceans.
    It does work using Apple mail and the adress book

    I have the Griffin hard case....it's a plastic case that slides on in 2 pieces to cover the back. I then have the Zagg screen protector on the front.

    (Probably overkill but I also found a small digital camera case taht zips up that I use for it....largely cause I toss my Touch into my purse so wanted it very scratch and impact resistant.)

    I have a schema ABC which owns some objects.
    Now some days before I have made another schema XYZ which was a replica of ABC schema.
    between these days some new tables, new columns in the existing tables(with or without default value), comments on the columns are being added in the new schema i.e XYZ schema.
    Now I have to find the extra things which are present in the new schema. I need to find the new tables, new columns in hte existing tables, their default values and descriptions of those.
    Can u plss help me how can I find it?
    I am guessing that I have to write a SQL query with a minus clause but I am not able to write it and also dont know where should I execute it.

    OK, what you have is an iMac G4 17-inch USB2.0. Good work.
    Unfortunately, that model is among the hardest to service at home. Getting one apart is a job of modest difficulty; reassembling it so the heat dissipation system works properly is more difficult. Many have succumbed to heat-related failures following improper reasesembly.
    Did you try my suggestion of booting the computer while depressing the mouse button?
    When you start the computer can you hear a short sound from the optical drive?
    If you put a light fingernail pressure between the tray and the computer case, does anything move?
    If you need it serviced professionally, unfortunately Apple considers that model obsolete and will not work on them. You'd need to find an independent repair shop that really knows G4 iMacs.

    Been building web pages for nearly 20 years, starting with GoLive.  Went to Dreamweaver about 12 years ago, the Macromedia version.  Tried going to iWeb when it came with a new Mac, but found it way too limiting with it's CSS template base.   Unknowlingly, I then bought a new copy of Dreamweaver.   Ooops, Adobe had bought Macromedia and Dreamweaver, too, is now CSS based, which for my money makes it useless to anyone who likes simplicity.   Now I find that even iWeb has been discontinued.  I was told yesterday that Apple doesn't have a web program any more.   At 12 years old, I just don't think it's practical to try to load my old Macromedia Dreamweaver into the new Mountain Lion (I'm getting a new Mac), though it is running, barely, in Snow Leopard.
    I need to find a web builder program that will permit simple construction of educational pages, nothing fancy, nothing artistic, just create a page, give it a color, type or drag in text, insert a table, insert pix in the table blocks, add text under the pix... done!    I should note that I am not looking to build traffic.  I teach simple things for free and people who want to learn those things (antique sewing machine repair, quilting, building longbows) find me.
    I've downloaded trial versions of half a dozen or so programs and looked at maybe 20 more, but all are either CSS based and drive me insane with requirments for constantly making rules and template models, and/or require that you base your web presence in their server.   Also, many will not work with pages built in other programs.  I maintian a volume of over 1000 web pages, many requiring regular updating, and they have been with the same server for more than 15 years.  I'm not about to change.
    So, anybody know a simple, old fashioned web builder that's happpy on a Mac platform?

    Start with a blank page using the Black or WHite template.
    All modern websites use CSS and there are thousands of free templates to be had if you want to use a code entry style application. You will need to go this route if you want to create a site that is viewable on mobile devices although you can create an iPhone version using iWeb...

    Your music should be in your iTunes library, that is how it gets synced to the iPod. If that music is not present in the iTunes library, you will need to get a 3rd party software for the computer to get the music off the original iPod and then move it to the iTunes library to be able to sync it to the new iPod.     You'll have to get a new one from your carrier. I believe the shipping instructions for mail in service explicitly tell you to take it out as you will most likely not receive the same phone back. Apple doesn't repair most phones, they replace them.

    Open iTunes app on your phone.  go to Purchases.  It may be in the more section, (The ellipsis icon over the word More). Tap Purchased.  Tap Music. Tap Recent Purchases.  Tap the iCloud icon next to the tracks you want to download.  On my phone the songs were at the beginning of the list because I haven't purchased anything since it was announced this morning.
