operating system imac has nothing to do with this I am just trying to make a copy.
Just changed the ink today when the problem started. It still will not make a copy I just get a blank page.
No changes of any kind.

I searched other posts and someone suggested that I go to setup on the front of the printer and then tools. I did a cleaning twice and now it makes copies again. The first time I did the cleaning it still did not work, the second cleaning did it. I would strongly suggest to HP that they address this issue in their troubleshooting docs. They don't even mention not making a copy, they only talk about printing, two diiferent issues.

The problem is that the POP3 client is not issuing a DELE command to remove the email from the server.

I too have the same problem working property until about January or February this year...get "bad parameter' message trying to open files and then when I did the upgrade this a.m. it will not open at all, just spins and then disappears. I had this problem about a week ago and our IT man thought he had it resolved, even then kept getting 'bad parameter' and then this a.m. right back to not opening at all. Try resetting up the AirPort base station to see if it resolves the connectivity issue. Also make sure you are using the recommended settings to connect to the internet.

Welcome to the HP Forums.
That you for provided such a detailed post with what you've already completed, for the issue with your battery. I will try to guide you further.
I would like to provide you further documents for troubleshooting, but you've essentially completed what I have for this issue. The only step left, would be to test the battery.
You can do this with another battery, or in another notebook. I know you mention another machine, but if you know someone who does or someone who has a compatible battery. This would test that. You could even see if a local computer shop could test it.
The reason for this, is if the battery is the problem, it's much easier and more affordable replacement. Also, you mention it being new, might have warranty.
The other possible cause to the issue you've touched on, that would be the system board. Testing the above, would just confirm if this is the problem or not. From there you could decide on what you'd like to do.
I know, there really aren't many suggestions here, but I hope this can provide you with the next step.
Let me know how things go, with the route you choose to troubleshoot.

Do a factory reset and try again.
If it doesn't work, turn the wireless back on in the 2wire. There is nothing wrong with doing that. Lock it to channel 1 say and the TC to channel 11.
Does the phone now work?
If not the issue is the phone .. the upgrade has killed it... I suggest you take it back to apple for checking.

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Click: Remove All Website Data
Then delete the cache.
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If nothing above helped, troubleshoot Safari extensions.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.

I get as far as what appears to be restoring my phone then when the software has downloaded, iTunes insists on my phone accepting it's access. I had carried out this action two weeks ago when I had the same issue on my phone and managed to restore it successfully, but it isn't happening now. So you have the 13" aluminum notebook that just says "MacBook" on the display, correct?
You can get a new battery for $100 from Other World Computing here.
Alternatively, you can get one through Apple for $130 here.
I personally would go through OWC - they're a highly-recommended third party for these kinds of parts and their batteries work just as well as Apple's.
