So I was wondering if I get a new one if I can install the Suite on the new one I still have the product key and serial number for the Suite. Or if I decide to get mine fixed and the memory is swept, then can I reinstall it on mine after it is fixed? If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank You

deactivate your installation on your old computer (help>deactivate).

I am so sorry to inform you that Acrobat XI Standard is not available on Mac, you can only use it on your Windows computer.
You can also refer to the system requirements at : System requirements | Acrobat family of products—older versions (XI, X, 9)

If you registered your software, you should be able to retrieve your serial number for logging in to your account at Adobe.com.

Where can I download/get Windows 8 OEM if I have my product key

My laptop messed up and now I have to re-install windows 8 which came with my laptop. I tried to get it for free from the microsoft website because I have my product key but the retail version wont work for my computer because I need the OEM version. The Windows support guy said I could get this for free from HP but whenver I contact them they want me to pay $50+ dollars which doesnt make sense because ive already purchased windows. You had the opportunity to create your own recovery disks when you got the computer if you read the manual.
Repeatedly tap the F11 key at boot to see if you can enter the recovery partition to factory restore your system. If not, you will have to order the recovery disks.
You could download, create and burn a Windows 8.1 ISO to use on your system. It will not have the HP Software that came with your computer though.

The retail iWork '09 suite did not require an activation key, nor do any of the apps purchased from the Mac App Store. If this was an trial version of iWork, launch any of the iWork applications and you should get a splash screen where you can enter in the activation code. If not, there should be a "register" command, probably under the File menu or the preferences, but it's been a while so I can't remember. Someone else probably will know for sure.
