how do I cancel Susan Nicholson 7 day menu planner?  it auto prints and I never signed up for it. For photosmart 6510

Follow these steps in the order presented to cancel and remove a Scheduled Delivery Print App.
 Important : You must cancel the Scheduled Delivery Print App in ePrintCenter before removing the App. If you do not cancel the App first, scheduled jobs continue to print, even if the App is removed.
Step one: Cancel the Scheduled Delivery Print App
Log into your ePrintCenter account at HP ePrintCenter .
Click the Apps tab, and then click the tab for your HP product.
Click the App that you want to remove, and then click Setup .
Click Update Settings , and then click Cancel scheduled delivery .
Click Cancel Subscription .
The Scheduled Delivery Print App’s icon is still listed on your HP product's control panel display, but the scheduled deliveries are actually canceled. This allows you to access the Scheduled Delivery Print App at any time. To remove the Scheduled Delivery Print App completely, continue to the next step.
Step two: Remove the Scheduled Delivery Print App completely 
Follow these steps to completely remove the Scheduled Delivery Print App. Removing the Scheduled Delivery Print App makes sure that it does not display in ePrintCenter or on the HP product control panel.
Log into your ePrintCenter account at HP ePrintCenter .
Click the Apps tab, and then click the tab for your HP product.
Click the App that you want to remove, and then click Remove .

  • Dell Dimension desktop sometimes won't communicate with my HP Photosmart 6510 wireless printer

    At random times, when trying to print from Dell Dimension desktop to HP Photosmart 6510 wireless printer, I get a message that the computer can't communicate with the printer.  The printer shows that it is connected to the Internet. I haven't changed any settings.   Each time this happens, I unplug the printer and router, but it doesn't fix the problem.  After about 20 minutes or so, it prints normally.  It always happens at the most inopportune times.  Any suggestions about how I can keep this from recurring?

    These settings are for setting up your wireless printer to stay connected to your router, keeps wireless devices better connected and makes your router secure and hack proof.
    1. Set a static IP in the printer (see step 6) outside the DHCP range of the router (check your manual). 
    2. Verify in the printer that 'Auto Off' is disabled.  Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) by going to the  
        printers IP address in your browsers address bar, click  Settings Tab/Auto Off.  Or use the Printer
        Assistant, Printer Home Page (EWS). 
    In the router:  (Refer to your router manual for information)
    3. Use a fixed wireless channel like 1,6 or 11, never 'auto', try channel 1 first then the rest. 
    4. Set router to 20Mhz only, or 145Mbps depending on router. 
    5. Always use WPA2-AES (Personal) encryption, but you can try ‘mixed’ mode. 
    6. Disable WPS and never use it and disable UPnP for the routers security.  Nobody can hack your
        system now and helps with wireless connectivity (if you want to know why, search the web). 
    7. If you have a dual band router (2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz bands), make sure the SSID’s are NOT the same,
        they must be different for all bands, even for any Guest networks. 
    8. Save all settings.  Power off both, wait 5 mins.  Power on router wait 3 mins. 
    9. Power on printer and verify it reconnects to router. 
    Windows 7/8/8.1   Is Network Discovery on or off?
    Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center\Advanced sharing settings.
    Under Home or Work (current profile) \ Network Discovery.
    Select "Turn on network discovery" and save changes.

  • Photosmart 6510 not printing photo in colour

    I have a Mac OS X 10.8.4 and I am new to it.  I have a photosmart 6510 wireless printer, and I am trying to print off a colour photo.  Each time I print, the printer goes through the motions of printing and it sounds as though, it is printing - quite slowly, which is the norm for photo's.  However, when the machine has finished, the photo paper is completely blank, can any one tell me what I am doing wrong?   have checked my ink levels and each cartridge is almost half full.  Thanks for any help you can give me

    I am having the same problem... I have a Mac OS X 10.7.5 and a photosmart 6510 printer, and I am trying to print a color photo on 4x6 photo paper -- I have done this before with no problem from various applications.  But now, each time I print, the printer goes through the motions of printing and it sounds as though it is printing, but when it's finished, the photo paper has come out completely blank. The ink levels  are each over half full.  I would really appreciate an answer - I have used all manner of troubleshooting using the standard HP Photosmart printing guidelines and nothing has worked.

  • HP Photosmart 6510 not printing black after cartridge cchange

    I see the issue of not being able to print in black after a black cartridge change is not new.  This is not the first time I have change the black cartridge but it is the first time I had this issue arise.  I have followed the various peices of advice and troubleshooting suggested to no avail.  
    Troubleshooting done thus far:
    Remove and reseat black ink cartridge 
    Run Clean Printer head tool several times...first used printer menu and then a few times using HP tool on PC
    Run align print heads several times...first used printer menu and then a few times using HP tool on PC
    Black either does not print or is very light, almost illegible.  Any other troubleshooting techniques?

    For the Photosmart 6510 the troubleshooting steps in the document here may help.  Especially make sure the vents are cleared.  If that does not resolve the issue then resetting the printer as described in the post here may help.  If this does not resolve the issue then read the entire thread here and try requesting reset instructions.

  • Photosmart 6510 not printing black

    I'm having issues with my Photosmart 6510 All-in-one. It won't print black ink. The ink level says it has ink in the cartridge. I've tried running the clean printhead and Align printer apps to no avail. I replaced the cartridge. Still nothing.
    What gives?

  • Photosmart 6510 not printing in black

    My 6510 recently stopped printing in black. (It is out of warranty.)   I have tried most of the ideas posted in this forum, including multiple cartridge cleanings, deep cleanings,  and various reboots.  As with another poster, when I try to realign, the printer consistently fails after the blue cartridge.
    When I did my last couple of test prints, I notice that if I put the text in very large print (72 or bigger), black text will appear in faint grey.  Other text on the same page is not visible.
    Any more suggestions?

    Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums! I see you have recently changed the black cartridges on your HP Photosmart 6510 and are not able to print in black. You have cleaned the printhead and also tried the recommedations on the Forums with no success.
    I would like you to complete ALL step listed here: Printer Does Not Print Black Ink or Color Ink, or Prints Blank Pages, please follow the troubleshooting steps in order, even if you have already previously tried the recommendations.

    I have an HP Photosmart 6510 printer that will not print or copy correctly. So far, I have cleaned the printhead which did not do anything and tried to align the printer cartridges but that has failed.  Now what can I do?

    I understand your Photosmart 6510 is not printing or copying correctly. I will do my best to assist you! Just to clarify, are you unable to print or copy black or color ink?
    Make sure you have followed this entire HP document on Fixing Ink Streaks, Faded Prints, and Other Common Print Quality Problems. Please make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector. I just want to see if this makes a difference. I will be looking forward to hearing from you. Have a great night!

    My printer will not print black.  I cleaned the printer heads I thought.  The screen read cleaning cartridges.  Is that the same thing as the printer heads?  At any rate, it didn't work.  Tried to copy a page in black.  Paper came out blank.

  • Photosmart 6510 not printing black ink

    I just replaced a couple cartidges in my 6510 printer today and the black ink is not printing. The other colors are printing fine.  I have cleaned the printer heads about 8 times and tried to align the cartridges 3 times. I have swapped black cartridges with another printer to rule out a bad new cartridge.  I have reset the printer by unplugging it and plugging it back in. The printer is not in warranty and had been working fine, but then suddenly stopped printing the black ink. What else can I try?

    Not printing black in.  Cartridge is installed correctly.  I went through the document that was post "black in not printing" (e.g. cartridge is not clogged, orange cap is off, etc.).  I've cleaned printer heads 4 times.  I've reinstalled drivers.  Nothing.

    Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I see you are running into some print quality issues on your HP Photosmart 6515, you are unable to print in black ink after replacing the cartridge.
    Please make sure you have not missed anything here: Printer Does Not Print Black Ink or Color Ink, or Prints Blank Pages, I understand you may have done some of these steps already but I need you to complete all steps in order to resolve the missing black issue you are experiencing.
    Please note: There are three printhead cleaning stages. Complete all three stages if necessary. If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes after the last (third) cleaning stage to start the first stage of the cleaning process over again.
    If you are still unable to print in black ink, I suspect the issue may be the printer and not the cartridge. Please let me know which Country/Region you are in as well as the product Warranty status: HP Warranty Checker

  • HP Photosmart 6510 not printing black ink at all, spitting out blank pages

    Hey, 
    My printer was working til I switched black cartridges cuz I was very low on ink and then tried to print and it won't print anything that is black or even greyscale, colors are working fine but I don't have enough color ink to print the documents I need for school. I have tried cleaning printheads multiple times, tried venting the cartridge and everything, don't know what to do, HELP !!!

  • HP Photosmart 6510 not printing in black

    i HAVE TRYED YOUR SUGJESTION MULTIPLE TIMES AND THE PRINTER WON'T ALIGN AND I STILL CAN'T PRINT BLACK. i have almost burned through an intire set of cartriges trying to fix this issue please help. cant afford to buy new printer.

    What suggestions have you tried?  I would suggest the steps in the document here.  If this does not resolve the issue a hard reset (turn on the printer, then unplug the printer for about a minute without turning the printer off, then plug the printer back in and turn it back on) may help.

  • HP Photosmart 6510 cannot print in Parallels for Mac using Windows 7

    I currently use the above model of printer with my Macbook (OSX Mountain Lion) and have no problems printing with the MAC.
    The problem is when I am in virtual machine mode (Parallels Desktop 8) and trying to print from Windows 7.
    Although it seems to be recognising the printer, it is telling me the printer is 'offline: 1 document waiting'.
    The Parallels support pages say that printers should work automatically.
    Can anyone help?

    Sounds like a bit of a mixed setup here, where you are using a Macintosh with Windows loaded onto the system. My first question is on the profile you are working with have you loaded the appropriate drivers from the website for the Windows machine? Here is a link for that :

    What kind of attachement are you sending?
    The file types are limited to Microsoft Office (some of them), image files (jpg, gif, tiff and a couple more) and HTML formatted emails provided they do not have any dynamic material in them.  File size is limited to 5 mb for the email + attachement
    What does it say in your ePrint Center?
