HP Photosmart 6510 B211a: network diagnostic test result - no problem found.
Can not print wireless from my HP Compaq 6720s. Document just sits in queue.
Driving me mad.....
How do I solve this issue?

What operating system does the computer use?
What brand and model is the router?
Have you tried the steps for your respective operating system in this document? If not, try them as they have the best chance at resolving the issue when followed in order.

However, it does work when connected to the (also HP) lap top (windows 8) of my husband. I did everything the hp print and scan doctor advised and also what I could find at HP support (like switch of fire walls, reinstall everything, check printpooler ec etc)... it still does nothing except that I managed to print a diagnostic print which should give information about the condition, but it only gives numbers and letters like : 11. SN = [Edited for Personal Information] Yr 12 PER = 05YR etc, that does not really help me :-). It won't print any testpages. H E L P!!!

I understand you're unable to print using the Deskjet 1510. I will do my best to assist you! When you reinstall the HP software, did the installation state it was complete?
I would start off by following this HP document on 'Printer is offline' Message Displays on the Computer and the Printer Will Not Print. From this document, please make sure you check the connection type and the ports.

Well how did you install the new router? New SSID and paraphrase? You have to input the correct information into your drevices.

HT3771 Hp photosmart printer 6510 211be, is not printing wirelessly with macbook pro. Please help in this regard.

I hav buy hp photosmart model printer 6 month back,since day 1 its wireless feature not working,till now its not working,many times engeneer comes and goes,one of them said router is not compatible pls buy BELKIN ROUTER AND MODEM and i followed them,i spend lots of money and time(more pricous). Into this printer
If hp do this things with their customers it means hp is not capable enough to solve problems with in warrnty period.
I m suffering from day 1,and now its 6 months,but problem still same.
Now they also check with differnt machine of same model but printer goes offline after one minute connection in wireless mode.

i think i have a hp photosmart 3200 series
so when i try to print black it comes out a like a blue-green color it started happening after i changed the black i think not 100% shore =(

I have the same issue. My printer worked great until I installed a new HP black cartridge. Now all it prints is blue. Nothing seems to fix it.

Setup printer using mobile device Installed print driver using provided CD. Updated driver software. Printer is networked by wireless to computer & smartphone.Was able to print photo from smartphone, was able to print Word document from computer. Was unable to print photo from computer using Windows Live Photo Gallery. Used the HP troubleshooter, following all possible solutions to no avail. I understand that you're experiencing issues when printing from Windows Live Photo Gallery on your Windows 8 computer to your HP ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer, as your prints continue to default to the letter size Paper Tray. I would like to assist you today with resolving this printing issue. Can I please have you follow the steps below to properly configure your print settings under the Print dialogue window in Windows Live Photo Gallery. 1. Load your Photo Paper in the Photo Tray on your printer 2. Open an image you would like to print under Windows Live Photo Gallery 3. Click on File and select Print 4. Under the Print dialogue window please ensure that your printer, Paper Size, Quality, and Paper Type are all set properly for your specific print job 5. Next, click on the Options button on the bottom right hand corner. Under the Print Settings dialogue box click Printer Properties. 6. Next, change the Paper Source to Photo Tray. If it currently is set to 'Main Tray' please click the Main Tray option and it will drop down to allow you to select Photo Tray. Click OK once the Tray change has been made. NOTE: If the Paper Size shows an exclamation mark, it means that your Photo Tray does not support the Paper Size selected. Click the dropdown next to Paper Size and choose a size that does not show an exclamation mark. 7. Under the main Print dialogue window click Print on the bottom right Your document should print as per normal now from the proper Paper Tray. C5280 no longer prints wirelessly from Vista laptop after purchase of new Win7 PC wired to C5280

My Windows XP desktop was wired directly to the C5280 and I was able to print through my home network from the Win Vista laptop downstairs. Since I purchased a Win7 PC and replaced the Win XP one, the laptop cannot print wirelessly through the home network. What can I do to regain that functionality? Thanks.

OK, first wireless Gateway (modem/router combo) units are terrible for wireless connection. It is always, always best to use a separate modem and router in your network that YOU have control over instead of Comcast. If you have your old router it would be best to call Comcast and have that Gateway put in Bridge mode (disables the router section) and connect your own high quality router. With that said, let's try this. Set the router to a fixed wireless channel like 1, 6 or 11, never 'auto'. If you still can't connect, remove all security off the routers SSID. Now try to connect to your SSID with no security. Are you successful?

Print Wirelessly from Vista Laptop

I had wireless printing working from my old XP laptop, but I can't get it to work with my new one running Vista. Airport Extreme connected to my imac. File Sharing and Print Sharing are turned on in preferences. I can see the printer from my laptop, but when I select print it says access was denied...unable to connect. In Vista in the control panel the printer shows up with a check mark and a green symbol on the network link. Any guidance greatly appreciated.

Printer sharing is also turned on in Visa Control Panel

I just hooked up a new router-Amped. Now the printer will only work with a "wire" and not wirelessly. It worked with my previous NetGear router.
What do I need to do to get it to work?

Your new router is likely using a different subnet than your old router. Go into the printer's wifi settings and make sure it is in the same lan as your router. Follow the printer's wifi set up instaructions.

My Photosmart C7250 will not print wirelessly.

I can print wirelessly from my laptop, but not my desktop. The printer shows on the list, checked as the default, and READY, but document does not seem to find its way there. It never shows up in the print queue.
