HP Photosmart Plus B210a all-in-one won't display any networks in the list.

Hi, I recently purchased a HP Photosmart Plus all in one printer and I've been having trouble with it from day one.
First off, it won't connect wirelessly.
It won't display any networks in the list when searched for, it won't take my network details when I manually input them and it won't take any static IP address I've tried from other suggestions.
Secondly, the print quality is very bad. Streaks and fading are occuring and after using up 70% of my ink trying to sort it out through troubleshooting it's still bad.
It's extremely important for me to be able to have web access using the printer as all members of my household use it and it'll get fustrating having to car laptops and computers around to print.
Can anybody help at all?

Top line says "The wireless radio is not functioning. Contact HP support"
I take this as a very bad sign and needs replacing?
The tests I done produce streaks, fading and lines. I printed off two photos, one from a memory card and one from a scan. The memory card produced heavy blocked lines of color and the scan was just dull.
I'm using a Wanadoo Wireless Livebox and Windows 7 64 Bit
One other question... is this like a brilliant printer for photos mainly? I'm a Graphics design student and although my final prints are made from home I would like accurate and decent printouts for my portfolios. Should I keep this or go for another one with similar features and better print quality?

Reboot everything. Router, printer and pad. If it used to work, it will again. It just lost itself somewhere.

HP Photosmart Plus e-All-in-One B210a Printhead

I have the HP Photosmart Plus e-All-in-One B210a. I have not had any issues with it until now. It has barely been used. I just now took all of the plastic off of it. I turned it on and I get a "Printhead Problem" message on the touch screen. I have done everything on the HP support site to try to fix it, and it still didn't work. Please help! This printer is practically brand new. It should be working, not having issues!!

If it's out of warranty then one option might be to purchase a new printhead at the HP Part Store. The part no. is CN643A. More details in the link below....

Not Able to Find Drivers for HP Photosmart Plus e-All-in-One Printer B210e

I have an HP Photosmart Plus e-All-in-One Printer B210e. I went to try and get drivers for it and I either get a page that says
404 Page Not Found
Try going back to Support Home
The other page I get when I look for drivers is for HP Photosmart Plus e-All-in-One Printer series - B210 and I click on Software and Driver I get window on the screen to select my model. The models listed are B210a/B210b/B210c. B210e IS NOT LISTED. Where are the B210e drivers.

The touch screen control panel on my HP Photosmart Plus e-All-in-One Printer - B210 has stopped working. I am able to use the Home button and others around the touch screen, but when I touch something on the screen it will not work.

I am having the same problem. Why do we keep using Apple when their support is so pitiful? You cannot contact Apple about problems. Hopefully they will eventually correct the problem. Good Luck.

Wireless on imac won't display any network SSID's - 10.7.4

Hi all, I have an older imac running Lion 10.7.4. My router is a Time Capsule running 7.6.1. Yesterday my imac randomly disconnected from wifi and hasn't been able to reconnect since.
When I click the wifi icon no networks show up in the list; it simply shows a greyed out "No Network Selected". My iphone and laptop each show 5 networks in the area including my own, the imac shows none. I even set my iphone up as a pesonal hotspot to see if the SSID would show up - it doesn't. I tried putting my network name in manually through "join other network"- nothing. I have reset the computer and router several times each - nothing. As far as my imac is concerned there are no wireless signals available.
So here's the odd part, I assume the wifi card has just died and haul my imac into the nearby apple authorized repair center. The guy plugs it in and it works no problem - shows the store's network and another one nearby and connects right away. The guy ran one or two quick tests but everything's working fine. I bring it home, the problem comes right back - can't see any of the wireless networks. Works fine through ethernet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to System Preferences > Network > Wi-Fi > Advanced, and delete all of the preferred networks. Then, try again

I have just installed HP update PSB210_231.exe . The result is that the HP B210a support software on my Windows 7 Dell PC has suddenly lost a number of facilities including the ability to review the ink levels or to run diagnostics and tests on the printer.
How can I uninstall or can you provide a fix?

Make sure to remove the current software by going to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Photosmart B210 > Uninstall..
Then go to Programs and Features and remove any remain item of the printer, any item should beging with HP, as well you may see the Read Iris software..
After uninstalling the software reboot your PC, download and install the updated software version below:

How do I print pictures? HP PhotoSmart plus e all in one B210

I have been trying to print pictures off my Android phone and my computer and no luck! I got one off the computer but it printed of regular paper instead of the photo slot even though I chose the photo slot... It keeps saying that my email was discarded because it looked like spam or was corrupted when sending it from my phone. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry you are having trouble. Photos that are less then 100 DPI will be discarded with ePrint. Some Android phones default camera settings are less then 100 DPI. These settings can be changed for future photos taken with the phone in camera settings. (Increase the resolution) I think the HP ePrint Home and Biz App may work well for you. Download from the Android Market. Click here for more information on this free App.

HP Photosmart Plus e-All-in-One Printer B210e Does Not Print Through Wireless

I am using Mac OS X 10.7.3 on a wireless connection. I went to print, HP Utility gave me the following error message:
The printer may not exist or is unavailable at this time
It was not being used by anything else at the time. Then 2-3 minutes after I got that first error message HP Utility gave me another error message:
The printer is not responding
Then on the printer touch screen display I touched the wireless icon, chose Run Wireless Network Test, and got an error message:
Load paper into Main Tray.
The tray had plain white paper (10-15 sheets) in a nice neat stack as far back as it would go. I took the stack just to be sure it was still in a neat stack and put it in as far as it would go and pressed OK on the touch screen display and I still got the same message. Then I decide to turn the printer off using the power button, waited about a minute, and then pressed the power button to turn it on. When I did I got another error message:
Improper Shutdown
To avoid damage, use On button to shut down. Do not unplug the power cord or turn off the power outlet to shut down the device.
How is that an improper shutdown when I did use the power button to turn it off. Why is it telling me that I need to use the power button to turn it off then back on when I did use the power button to do that. What is the issue and how do I fix it. I did not have this issue with Mac OS X 10.7.2, but I do now agter the 10.7.3 update. As of right now the only way I can print from Mac OS X is using a USB connection. I can print through a wireless connection using my Windows 7 partition on the same MacBook. I am starting to think that this printer is not Mac OS X 10.7 Lion compatible.
I have a Time Capsule (3rd Generation) with the current firmware for it and the current the current AirPort Utility for Mac OS X installed.

You cannot believe everything you read. For every person that had a problem after installing the .3 update, a hundred more had no problem.
But if you wanted to go back to 10.7.2, then you can use Time Machine to do this. If you are not using Time Machine then you need to start doing so. At least the update only stopped you from network printing. What if it had stopped you from using the Mac?

Multifunction printers display menu, photosmart plus e all in one B210 series

Display menu says there's a memory card error. Unable to use the regular menu or copy. I haven't used a memory card. Followed the instructions in troubleshooting.

It can fix a lot on its own and if not give a better idea of what is going on. let us know the results.

Safari won't display any URLs in the address bar. When I type it in, it'll keep what I typed in, but never change no matter how many links I click.

This makes it really hard to refresh pages. I might be on google, looking something up, hit refresh, and my URL is still showing "facebook.com" or whatever site I was on previously, then I get taken back to the site I had in my URL. When I click around on links on the page I'm on, it'll still just show the url to the first page I viewed. Also, the URL isn't auto-completing as I type in URLs.

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It won’t solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of this exercise is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login. First, disconnect all wired peripherals except keyboard, mouse, monitor, and Ethernet, if applicable. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account that has the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Be sure your Mac is shut down.
Press the power button.
Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold the Shift key. The Shift key should be held as soon as possible after the startup tone, but not before the tone.
Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple icon and the progress indicator (looks like a spinning gear).
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, perhaps including wireless networking on certain Macs. If you usually connect to the Internet via WiFi, and it doesn’t work in safe mode, connect using an Ethernet cable. If you can’t do that, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and perform a safe login, as follows: Enter your credentials at the login screen, then hold down the shift key and click the “Log in” button. Keep holding the key until the menu bar appears. In this mode, your login items, among other things, won’t load.
In safe mode, test again. Same problem(s) now?
After testing, reboot (if you booted in safe mode) or log out/log in (if you performed a safe login) as usual.
