Hello @OLAAT ,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand you are having some issues printing over the wireless network to your LaserJet 200 MFP M276. It seems to me, since the printer will print from your Sony Xperia ZR, and the error icon is on the computer, you need to look into computer support for that question.
I was able to find a document that may help with the wireless connection issues on the computer. Troubleshooting Your Wireless Network and Internet Connection (Windows 7)<---
If the above doesn't help, I would suggest posting the inquiry in the laptop Forum's.
Regarding printing from phones and what software is needed, it is dependant of the phone. Some phones, like Apple, have AirPrint pre-installed. You would be able to install and try the HP ePrint App on your phone, if available in its App store.
This guide: Getting Started with HP ePrint Mobile Apps, will explain more about the App.

  • Issue Printing One or Two Checks on HP LaserJet Pro 200 MFP M276nw

I just purchased an HP LaserJet Pro 200 MFP M276nw which replaces an HP Color LaserJet 2605dn.
I've run into an issue printing checkes from Quicken when I print less than a full sheet (one or two) checks.
With my old printer, I used the manual feed for a partial sheet.
Since the new printer does not have a manual feed, I have to put the partial sheet in the paper tray.
It seems one of two things happen:
    1) Sometimes the printer will print the partial page but then displays an error message which says something like "Unexpected paper size, load letter."
It then re-prints the partial page on the next sheet of paper.
    2) Othertimes, it prints the partial page without the error message, but then feeds the next sheet of paper throught the printer.
In either case the next page contains the next three checks, so it's either wasting checks or printing on the wrong check numbers.
Any suggestions on how to avoid these issues would be appreciated.

    Me too.
I've been using an alternate printer for printing the checks, but I'd rather get rid of the old one. (The HP Laser Pro 200 takes up a lot of space!)
KC, Seems like you've been waiting for an answer for a VERY long time.  I'm not going to hold my breath.
Hey HP!  Do you ever monitor this site?!

  • Hp laserjet pro 200 My won't print more than 1 file at a time

My hp laserjet pro 200 m251 won't print more than 1 file at a time. Any ideas?

    Hi @nocastaway,
I see by your post that you can't print multiple copies. I can help you with this.
From the application your printing from, go to File, Print, Number of copies select 2. Uncheck Collate. You can now change the number of copies. Collate should now stay unchecked.
Try printing the multiple page document again.
You might have to disable all the startup items, to see if there is another program causing this issue.
How to use MSCONFIG. Click on the Startup tab and disable all.
    Test the printer.
Then go back in and enable all from the Startup tab.
Download and run the Print and Scan Doctor if you are still having issues. It will diagnose the issue and might automatically resolve it. Find and fix common printer problems using HP diagnostic tools for Windows?
    What applications have you tried?
How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)
What operating system are you using? How to Find the Windows Edition and Version on Your Computer.
What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (did it print or scan, any error messages)
If you need further assistance, just let me know.
    Have a nice day!

  • Network protocols supported by HP LaserJet Pro 200 MFP M276nw

    Hello,
I am about to buy the HP LaserJet Pro 200 MFP M276nw however I cannot find in its manual what network filesystems/protocols it supports for scanning to network folder.
I need it to be able to scan to a NFS share preferably or to a samba share.
Can anyone confirm this printer is able to do this?
    Regards.

Here is a link that will help get you the manual for this printer.

  • HP LaserJet Pro 200 m251 won't print PDF

I have an HP Laserjet Pro 200 that will not print PDFs.  The documents get stuck in the print queue and I have to delete them and restart the printer.  I have reinstalled the driver and updates and reinstalled Adobe Reader and updates.  Called HP and they told me to contact ADobe, but I can't find a number.

I posted this on another discussion.  But here it is again.
One of the things I have experienced in the past with printing PDFs is that it would hang in the print queue. There is a manual method of deleting the print documents in the print queue. But the issue is printing PDF documents that are scanned in and has maybe highlighted text or handwritten notes on the PDF. The printer driver can render it correctly if printing the PDF as a text document. What you have to do is change it so that it prints as a PDF image instead.
To print as an image, open the PDF then click File then click Print. Click the Advanced button on the following window that pops up and select the check box "Print as image".
Now to clear your print queue will be key prior to doing this if the print job is hung in the print queue.
Here is a Microsoft KB Article that explains how to do this. I think it has an available Microsoft Fixit tool you can use as well.

    Hi,
Apple's AirPrint only support specific models while using wired or wireless network connection.
Plugging a printer into a USB port of Apple base is not supported for AirPrint:
AirPrint printers connected to the USB port of the Apple AirPort Base Station or Time Capsules are not supported with AirPrint.
As well you must use AirPrint enabled printers for a such, none of your printers are AirPrint enabled:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4356
There are 3rd party solutions which allow sharing a printer connected to your Mac as AirPrint, Printopia as example provide a such:

  • Does the macbook pro have the capacity to print direct to blank cd?

does the macbook pro have the capacity to print directly to blank cd?  If not- can you suggest an add-on product that will work with the mac pro?

Unless you have a printer that can feed and print on a physical CD then you cannot. This isn't a function of the computer. Printers can usually print onto labels of any sort, but not directly onto the disc itself.

    Hi.

    Hello @KeithGilabert
You may only use the network cable (Ethernet) or Wireless as the connection to your computer(s). Both of the connections together cannot co-exist, unlike USB and Wireless, which is possible.

  • LASERJET PRO 200 COLOR M251nw - new printer acts like there is low ink

This is a brand new printer, has never printed a page correctly. The ink is barely visible like it is out of color, but it shows all is fine. Is there something to clean or an adjustment to fix this?

    Hello revlib,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
Turning off the Wireless Direct on the LaserJet Pro 200 color M251nw should have disabled the SSID from broadcasting. Since disabling from the front display did not resolve, let us try from the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
To access the EWS you need to enter the I.P address for the M251nw into the address bar of your web browser. The I.P address can be collected by touching Setup ()> Reports> Network Summary.
Once in the EWS, click Network> Wireless Direct Setup> select Off and Apply.
Let me know if this has help

  • HP Laserjet Pro 200 Color - won't print due to lack of memory

My new HP Laserjet Pro 200 Color printer won't print and gives me an error message saying it has insufficient memory.

  • HP Laserjet Pro 200 ColorMFP m276nw stopped printing

I installed my HP Laserjet Pro 200 Color MFP m276nw printer a couple of months ago and set it up for network printing. It has been working perfectly for everyone in my house until now. Everytime I try to print, nothing happens. Others in my household who are on the network can print. When I go to the Print Queue dialogue box, I get the message: "Printing--the printer is not responding." If I go into the Printers and Faxes application in System Preferences, it shows this printer as Idle. I have tried restarting my laptop (Macbook Air), turned the printer off and on, turned Wi-fi off and on, turned Bluetooth off and on, even tried connecting to the printer via cable. What else can I do?

    Hi Robvale,
    Welcome to the HP Forums!
From what you have described it sounds as though the print job are not leaving the print queue. I have included the document 'Can't Print? Print Jobs are Stuck in the Print Queue'. Please select you version of Mac, and follow through the steps listed.
If you are still having issues after this, please provide me with the version of Mac OS X you are running. I have included the document 'Finding your OS X version and build information', if you need it.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

  • HP LaserJet Pro 200 MFP Loud noise + grinding

This is my second HP Printer ( exact same one). After using it quite often for over 8 months the printer starts out by printing 2 completely black pages before printing the desired document. This will repeat if the printer sits for more
than 15 minutes. Also when about to print it makes a rough grinding noise and then continues onto grabbing the paper and does it's job.  Cartridges are full ( brand new). I even went and purchased another one to see if this is the problem.I print about 100 pages a day and get orders at different time of day so I do not have time to wait and 2 two pages before going on with the thing I wanted to print in the first place.
Also, even though the cartridge shows 80% full the pages print faded images.
I use HP paper for laer printers
    Always use original HP cartridges
    HeLp!!!

    Hi @Dadcia ,
I see that you are having issues with the printer printing 2 black full pages and then it will print properly after that, but makes a grinding noise. I will certainly do my best to help you.
I am assuming you have one of the models with just the black toner. Which one do you have? How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
I would do a hard reset to see if that will resolve the issue.
Leave the printer on and unplug the power cable from the printer and wall outlet for 60 seconds.
Then reconnect the power cable to the printer and wall outlet rather than a surge protector.
This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
I would run a firmware update on the printer first.
Try printing a hardware self test page after the printer sits for the 15 minutes to see if you have the same results.
Inspect the toner cartridge for damage:
    1. Remove the toner cartridge from the product and verify that the sealing tape has been removed.
    2. Check the memory chip for damage.
    3. Examine the surface of the imaging drum on the bottom of the toner cartridge.
CAUTION: Do not touch the roller (imaging drum) on the bottom of the cartridge.
Fingerprints on the imaging drum can cause print-quality problems.
    4. If you see any scratches, fingerprints, toner or other damage on the imaging drum, replace the toner.
    5. If the imaging drum does not appear to be damaged, rock the toner cartridge gently several times and reinstall it. Print a few pages to see if the problem has resolved.
If you still have the other printer, switch the toners to see if you still have the same issue.
Please let me know the results.
I can provide you with more steps, once I know which model you have.
    Have a nice day!
