Hp vivienne tam mini laptop noise problem

I've bought an hp vivienne tam laptop edition last Feb. 28,2010 but there was a intermittentent noise at the right side portion near the hp mobile drive or in the security cable connector section. I think it's the hard disk thats making a noise. I've check the bios to see what kind of brand is the hard disk of hp vivienne tam edition made-up, then I've found out that the brand is samsung.
Is this noise is normal? And I want to know if hp is using a samsung brand hard disk in hp vivienne tam laptop because if not may be the hard disk was altered by some technician in the store, In were I bought this hp mini laptop. Pls reply to my email asap ...

Unfortunaterly HP does not supply link for download, you have 2 options:
(a) Order a set from HP (can be USB), the whole set (OS, drivers, utilities) will cost around $30 for P&H,
(b) Download Windows from Microsoft the use the key on machine to re-install Windows, you have to find drivers later.

Sure the laptop know's that the Nikon D800E is connected, but lightroom doesn't recognise this camera. Two weeks a go it wasn't a problem at all.

DOS BIOS flash for MP Miini 1000, Vivienne Tam (HP Mini 1020TU) ?

Hi,
I have a gorgeous Vivienne Tam HP Mini 1000 (Mini 1020TU) that will not boot windows. I can access the BIOS settings and I can boot to a DOS USB stick.
So the normal BIOS flash is out of my reach. I need to do it from DOS. Yet though HP gives the instructions on how to do this, it doesn't seem to offer the actual ROM file or its loader.
Is there any way out of this dilemma?

Vivienne Tam wireless Mouse does not work.

My wife's Vivienne Tam wireless Mouse for HP Mini 210-1032VU does not work anymore, but the light at the scroll wheel keep flashing/flickering.
We tried changing the battery, but that did not help.
Any suggestions what the problem might be? The mouse is still under warranty.

i have a disease in both hands. It causes a boney like process to grow in the palms of my hands causing my hands to draw up like a claw. Repeated operations for the rest of my life are happening. It is more and more difficult for me to hold a mouse of any kind.
So the vivienne tam mouse has a smaller rise. The microsoft a high rise mound that hits the nerves causing intense pain. The pain makes me break out into a sweat. Where can I find the correct vivienne tam driver? It used to be online. I understand vivienne tam hp driver was taken off the site. it got lost on my computer when the computer crashed. What can I do? how do I get that unique driver back. I alread wrote hp and microsoft online and no help. the driver is specific to the tam. I wonder how many other people have pain with this disease process. The logtech also has a high rise hill in the palm as well. Help anyone

What exact operating system do you have on your laptop?
If you use a Windows XP, Vista or 7 Starter edition, only basic drivers are available and only a USB connection is supported by the operating system, A Windows Starter edition do not allow enough processes to run and communicate with a printer through the network. if you use any standard edition of Windows the full software will be installed.

Can the deskjet 3940 be used with a dell inspiron mini laptop which has no cd compartment?

Install the Driver Using Windows Update with a USB Connection (Downloadable Driver Not Available) ►
The printer driver should already be in Win7 (I don't believe it will be any different for the mini laptop).

6120c speaker noise problem

I have puchased Nokia 6120c a month before. It work fine up to my requirement and expectation.
Since last some days, it created noise in the front size speaker and sometimes mutes while listening to some caller. But when I make the volume down, it works fine.
I will be grateful if you please guide me how can be get rid of this inconvenience of speaker noise problem, and suggest me the solution.

Which HD do you have?
1. There is a constant noise from it and by
monitoring the fan sensors it have concluded that
they are not to blame. Altough it sounds like a fan
that is constantly on because it sounds like air
flowing inside the computer. As far as i can tell the
noise seems to be most apparent under the trackpad.
This noise is on from the moment i turn on the
machine until i shut.
It might just be the sound of the hard drive spinning. They don't appear to ever spin down. Especially the 7200 one like I have.
2. I belive or am imagining to my self that the
harddrive is becoming louder when writing/reading
activity.
It not just your imagination runnin away with you. On occasions mine makes some clicks, etc. when reading or writing.
So from these two issues i tought it migh have been
the harddrive that had some fault on it, but i cant
seem to find any, the S.M.A.R.T. status is verified
and there is never any sounds which might suggest bad
sectors on it.
I think it just may be "normal" for these drives.
3. Every 2-3 secconds there is a faint noise from the
PowerBook and i belive that this might have something
to do with the Power as when it is not pluged into
the mains there is no sound. It sounds like a very
quite heartbeat monitor.
No clue what that is.

Strange noise problem with music layer after replacing the music file using script in CS6

I got a strange problem. Sometime when I import a music file, or replace a music footage with another music file using the "replace()" or "importFile()" method, the music layer added one second noise at the beginning. like this,
Does anyone know what's going on here?
I'm using After Effects CS6 windows Server 2008 64bit.

Thanks for your replay. Actually, it doesn't matter what makes up my comp, this problem just randomly happen when I render any comp. For example, I have a comp named "noise", I run a script to replace the music then render it, I use a "for" loop to do this 5 times and the music noise problem just happen one time.
I'm starting to think that win server might be the problem.

2014 mac mini dual monitor problem

I just brought a mac mini (Late 2014) i have two displays monitors connected, one HDMI to DVI. and one thunderbolt to DVI. I can have both thunderbolts connected and the problem its the same, when back from sleep ,one monitor doesn't turn on. i have to disconnect one and then both work, it only happens when the mac goes to sleep. on cold restart or turning the mac on, this problem doesn't occur. any help.

I have this same problem too. I purchased the Mac Mini with the intention of running dual monitors. I'm using the HDMI and mini-display/Thunderbolt to DVI. I've also tried MiniDisplay/Thunderbolt to HDMI and I'm experiencing the same problem as angelfromfullerton. Whenever it tries to wake from sleep, it can't decide on monitor arrangement and keeps flicking between the two, making the OS unusable and forcing a reboot... EVERY TIME. I've also experienced the issue once or twice on a cold boot. It doesn't matter which Thunderbolt port is used either.
I'm going to have to return my Mac Mini unless this problem is fixed asap.

Mac Mini with Major Problems

I'll try to make this short, but it is a looonngg problem.
About one month ago my Mac Mini began having problems when I boot up. The computer would freeze on the opening page where I put in my password. My wireless keyboard and trackpad would not work. This would be interminent at first but progressively got worse.
I spent hours on phone tech support. Finally realizing that would not help I drove the 100 mile round trip to the local Apple store for a Genius bar appointment.
The first appointment (there have been 5 - meaning 500 miles) resulted in them doing a clean install of Lion. I took the computer back to the office and guess what, the same problem.
I drove back to the Apple store, the Genius did some more work and proclaimed it fixed. It was, for about 3 days when everything started again.
More time now on tech support. One more trip to the Apple store.
This time they kept the Mac Mini for about 4 days are replaced the logic/mother board.
I got it back to the office on Thursday. Everthing works great.
Until today. I boot the computer, it gets to the screen that has the apple on it - then nothing.
I manually power it down and reboot. Same thing.
I've set up ANOTHER appointment at the Genius bar tomorrow.
My question: can I demand that they replace this machine. Between work and home I have 2 Mac Mini's, a Macbook Pro, a Macbook Air and 2 iPhones. I've never had this type of problem. I'm really tired of this.
I purchased this in February so it is in warranty.

G4 mini has a problem with its volume structure

My G4 mini has a problem with its volume structure according to Tech Tools Deluxe. One that the application can't seem to repair. Ran it 3 times and it always hangs before it completes the fix. Never hangs in exactly the same place in the repair routine, but always hangs.
Ran these tests because for the longest time the mini would accelerate (panic) and shut down. Installation on a new system hangs before it completes the install of all the upgrades. Any help would be appreciated.

I realize it was not clear from the original post whether or not DiskUtility had been tried yet to fix the hard drive.
To use DiskUtility to repair the drive, you have to boot from the original install disc that shipped with your Mini.
1) Insert the Install disc and the shutdown the Mini.
2) Restart the Mini and hold down the C key as soon as the startup chime or beep is heard. Hold it down until you see the "gear" spinning on the screen.
3) Select your language, but don't proceed any farther with installation. Use the Utilities menu at the top of the screen to run DiskUtility.
4) In DiskUtility, click once on the hard drive in the left panel, then click on the Repair Disk button in the right panel.
